Nice location, not very plush hotel but worth for money. All staff were very helpful and courteous. Special mention to Danish who surprised us with birthday cake for my daughter once knew its her birthday.

We passed wonderful days in the hotel. Umair, the guy who cleans the rooms, leaves them for you as if no one had ever passed by, besides being a retailer, he always left a message accompanied by flowers in a very creative way. Ariz the guy at the reception was very attentive at all times with us and especially with me since he always helped me, especially with my English. A very rewarding experience. The brunch girls are very nice and very attentive. I recommend it 100%

Amazing hotel with just a few minutes walk from the beach. Great stay and always felt safe and welcomed. The staff in particular were always nice to see. Suresh & Rahul at the bar always friendly and send drinks to you at the poolside quickly. The room cleaning staff, especially Jerome always did a great job and even left me and the Mrs a handmade teddy bear out of towels! Kaur was always smiling and welcoming at breakfast. Thankyou to all for making our stay one to remember.

One of my favourites hotel in Dubai. It has this extra thing, that makes your stay a little bit more comfy. The rooms are pretty nice but a little bit too dark. Love to come back every time . Specially thanks for cleaning team staff miss apsara👍👍😃😃

This place is perfect, breakfast is fine until 11:00am 🔥🔥. People working there are so nice and helpful. The dream team for your experience: Patricia and Winnie, very nice and so gentle with a perfect service for the Lounge , Rahul for the swimming poo always keen to help and will give the perfect cocktails (frozen daiquiri for me), Ushan the chef (fish and chips with the tartare sauce, is a must). Since one or 2 years, in Dubai, I noticed that security and swimming pool employees are always doubting you asking for room number, names, etc.. and control everything, taking too seriously their jobs when everything is on camera in Dubai. Here they ask as well, but no doubting, they trust you which makes it very smooth (and not obliged you to justify yourself). The hotel is nice, gym open24h, they will have the patience and kindness to give you the room you want, and upgrade if possible. Location is perfect. swimming pool is nice with a very chill pool sundeck as well as shisha lounge and cocktails, affordable with good services provided -perfect combo. Chocolate distribution during the afternoon is very nice!. Parking available. Thank you Alex and her colleagues for making my stay very pleasant. High standards services and quality. I spent (only) a week and loved it! Everything was great: smiles, hospitability, making me feel special. Hari made my room beautiful and clean every day and I thank him especially 😊I would love to be their guest again and I recommend them!

Overall, I liked the hotel. Delicious food, helpful staff. I would especially like to highlight the employee Hari. Always cleaning the room for 5 points, helped to resolve any issues, always friendly, attentive.

This hotel in general is nice, rooms are good and clean, stuff is friendly.However, as long as this is a feedback during normal times, it would be 4 star.But we are in pandemic times, there is zero observation within the hotel, no security observing the governmental requirements at all, elevators packed with people against regulation , even without masks, people without masks all over the hotel, no one looking after it. Queques not at all having social distancing caused by over filled breakfast room.So, in case you want to have a positive visit, come here.

Immediate response to maintenance when needed.Good location at the beginning of JBR.Almost 400 meters from Dubai Tram station, which is connected to Dubai Metro.Sports cafeteria on the ground floor with large screen to follow football matches.Billiards table available.

Good hotel, well situated, good value for money. Some points in service can be improved, and some rooms can be renewed.Unfortunately, they changed their price policies for long stay right before Ramadan by increasing the monthly rate by 2000 AED. That made me leave. Otherwise, would stay one more month. That’s why 3 stars, not 4.

Excellent service from staff at the front desk, check-in was smooth, upgraded to a room with a partial view of the marina and waterfront including the ferris wheel - very picturesque.Ariz at the front desk helped me out on my lost but found item - went out of his way to investigate and retrieve. Kudos!Overall great proximity to the beach, the swimming pool is excellent, buffet breakfast has lots of healthy options. Bed/mattress comfortable.Amenities like carpets and sofas could do with some improvement.

Very bad experience we had with Movenpick JBR, one of their staff kicked us from the hotel in the day of checked out. For breakfast you should stay on long que waiting for your turn and can listen how customers complain about their experience with Movenpick they pay money for 5 star hotel but they staying in the que waiting to much time to sit and have your breakfast. Mostly all staff very stressed not helpful at all, very rude during the explanation if you ask something else they tell I DONT KNOW!!! Movenpick JBR i will suggest to you. Very bad place with NON PROFESSIONAL STAFF AT ALL. Overall our travel to dubai was very good except this stupid hotel Movenpick JBR, you will waste your money for their negative emotions and non professional staff. They should change their 5 star to 0 star Highly NOT recommend to go there!!!

Remarkable hotel, staff are really nice and polite, always willing to help you ( I called every day to Housekeeping and asking them for water, forks, glasses for juice and etc) and always helped me without any delay. On breakfast we had two options menu 1) Eggs (omelet) with bacon (or sausages) potato, coffee or tea, grilled tomato and bread basket (toast, croissants) 2) Second options, oat meal. milk, bread basket (toast, croissants) and fruits ... but we asked waiter to give us fruits from second option menu even though we ordered First option menu and they never refused. I was really grateful for that...Good location for everything, 5 min to the beach (which is really good especially when you need to always wear a mask, but on the beach no need) MacDonalds, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and more restaurants also near to this hotel. 20 min to Metro...In room we had bathroom and shower cabin which was really good.

Brand is good but in the time of Pandemic they are careless about sanitization in the coffee shop and bar.

Great hotel : good location, amazing service and delicious food.From the moment we walked in : Akash helped us in any way possible: recommended what to do on our first day , checked us in earlier, picked an amazing room in the 22nd floor ( with partial ocean and partial marina view) and even arranged a small cake for my moms Birthday 😀Raj and Prakash helped us with luggage’s and all taxi arrangements during our stay !Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner was delicious!!! Manager, hostess, chefs and all the servers are very professional!!! Hostess remembered our preferred table from day one , manager always made sure to ask how is everything, chef had my poached egg ready for the breakfast and servers were sharp to tap off my coffee and clean the table !Special thanks to the lady on meat carving station/ fruits and desserts ( during dinner)- I forgot her name 🤦🏻‍♀️ She is very funny , helpful and a total sweetheart ❤️P.S:MUST TRY THEIR ICE CREAM !!!It’s not our first stay at Movenpick chain and we love their ice cream and jam !!!

The hotel is really nice, clean and well located. Ashish in the reception and Winnie in the restaurant was super helpful and nice. Thank you guys for the great service! breakfast was nice with good variety of food. however it was not much organized. there was always line to have a table and then also for coffee. when the cups are over, or sth has finished, renewing takes a while. and please dont remove coffee machines as the first thing when the breakfast is about to be over :)

Checked in at Movenpick JBR. From the moment we step in, we were greeted by very nice staff at the door, checked in and assisted by their very polite, cheerful and professional staff Hashani and all the other staff in the reception were all smiles too:) Got to our room and it was beautifully decorated for my husband who we are celebrating birthday in advance - big thanks to Bilal who made the room squeaky clean and beautifully decorated for us. Gina helped us amazingly to pick nice wine for our small celebration, and all other staff from the night operator to the people who delivered us all the other stuff we need in our room were all wonderful. Marvin delivered us the wine in a bucket of ice with glasses too which we highly appreciated. CJ was also very cheerfully helpful in discussing our choices for breakfast. Mr. Ramy was very nice and well accommodating right from the start until we checked out making sure we were enjoying our stay, we got all we needed and we were happy with the services. I worked in a hotel once too so i know well that we got one great experience booking in this hotel. Thanks to all who made our stay worthwhile and went over and beyond our expectations!Only teeny-tiny issue i have, which is nothing to do with staff, is the TV in our room. Me and my husband can only see 1/3 of the TV from the bath tub area - or maybe we are just too short - LOL. It will add a little bit more to the vibe if the TV was facing the tub or at least the TV is 100% visible from the tub area.

The service Personal in this hotel is absolutely friendly and helpful. Prakash Rai at the reception even tried to repair my headphones by taking it to several stores.In the restaurant everybody was corteous especially Samir Das (Pastry) and Sarmila.Even the cleaning service was highly friendly and accurately at every time. Clean, friendly staff and when we you call the room service they are fast to serve you. We went their for a family weekend we enjoyed the pool, although it was small. But we had an access to all JBR restaurants and shops which is a plus. I loved it specially it’s not very pricey, 204 AED per night and it’s affordable price for such a hotel. They are taking COVID-19 precautions restricted .

I fell in love with this hotel because of location, facilities and outstanding hospitality of staff. I truly appreciate the way they welcome and treat guests to ensure that you are comfortable, well-attended and properly taken care during your stay. The way they talk and interact with guests are genuine. I highly appreciate that despite the pandemic, they strive to continue the same services that guests and Accor members can enjoy under normal times. They didn’t use the pandemic as an excuse to temporarily suspend services. They find way to show how committed they are despite the difficult situation.

Room size is ok, however except a bottle of mineral water dont expect anything else in the room, no mini bar, no iron, and no coffee or tea maker! Breakfast variety is too poor, nice pool but small

We stayed for 4 nights over Xmas. The hotel and room funiture is a bit outdated. It was not perfectly clean. The reception area had unbelievably overwhelming smell from a diffuser, I felt sorry for the staff to be breathing it the entire day. We also booked a couples massage, which wasnt the best. To my surprise the staff was not trained at all and the room was super cold.

I like this hotel very much ! Attentive friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, great views from the highest floors though no sea viewThe only one i suggest to improve is the restaurant menu - so little assortment of the meals! And if you come later there is only a few left.

Very nice hotel facilities, warm and welcoming staff. Nice rooms, clean and well maintained. I would definitely come back to this hotel in future.Only little problem is the traffic and building works just outside the hotel, which is beyond their control.
