Had been to this hotel with my family, am not sure if they clean or wash their linen and toilet properly. We stayed few days and after that my wife got herpes in her body. We are a good family with kids. I personally dont recommend this hotel. Either the linen or toilet seat god knows. Then we were running away from their. Still she is suffering, its a non curable disease. I should have sued them for this. Anyway its our familys fate

I visited the place once just to check if I can move in... Economic place. Great location. So close to Burjuman mall, metro etc.. Kitchen is good, pretty good in fact with 4 way stove... Room was a bit small.. Sofa wasnt that great. That was my only gripe. If you can adjust with all that, its a great place. I preferred to stick with a slightly costlier place that had spacious room, 2 great sofas and a big balcony... For a higher price. Your mileage may vary! Good luck!!

One of the worst hotel in Dubai, Hotel manage is too much arrogant, They given hotel parking on rent and the boy Ahmad is totally dis respective person for guest even he did misbehave with me when I raise a complaint against this guy Ahmad to the hotel manager he also misbehave with me So, as per my suggestion dont go to this Tulip hotel Apartment hotel Mankhool even they given free.I totally disappointed with its management even they dont bothering regarding the guest at all and telling me to complaint the police and when I complaint the police they told it hotel management issue they will solve and hotel manager Mr. Saeed Yahya misbehave with me and telling me to go the management and what I want to do just do.I was with my family and stayed in hotel on 28th Aug 2021.

Nice place but a bit old. Still great value for the money, and their gym and pool are still opened even in pandemic times. Staff is very welcoming.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The night duty reception guy is very arrogant.Although they changed the room next day upon request but kitchen, bathroom are not cleaned properly. Cleaning is not done everyday and room had cockroaches.I will thank Azam, day reception guy and manager who changed my room were still helpful.

I am not satisfied with the way they dealed with the customer. I book 1 bedroom apartment for all together 10 days. When I checked in I told reception that few things are missing and few things are not upto marks, they said dont worry sir we know and you will not have any problem from our side but after 3 days when cleaner came to clean the room he told that I have broken the chair(which was already their- hinges were loose) and they have forced me to pay aed 400. They were arguing that why you have not told particularly for the chair and not accepted that I have already informed them on first day. Room service was also very rude and were coming only after 3 days to clean.Not satisfied at all...

Just checked out yesterday from this property! Terrible experience with Tulips Hotel Apartments, Karama - Dubai. They will offer you bed filled with bed bugs. My wife and kid got up late night with rashes all over and found bed bugs. That was a terrible experience, which spoiled my sleep as well as my next day assignments. Alternative room was given upon my request. Before occupying next room I personally checked bed and found there also bed bugs. In the middle of night i was running with my things from one room to another and finally i managed to get a room which is free from bed bugs. The worst thing is the following day i approached the hotel manager to register a complaint, who surprisingly said “we don’t produce bed bugs here, customers are responsible for their presence in our hotel” so now you all tell me what more should i expect from their team.Do not expect room cleaning, i requested a linen change and room cleaning after 3days of my stay. Finally got the room cleaned after raising a complaint.Receptionist to cleaning staff all of them are seems to be very frustrated about something. Me and wife were seriously thinking what could be the reason for such arrogant staffs for a property like this. Anyway, dears please read the reviews and book this hotel, eveyone can read a lot in google about this property. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Great apartment facility. Very responsive technical support staff to handle your requests in time. The serviced apartments have a lovely interior design I would recommend to tourist. I would love to stay there more permanently. The apartments have a balconies and living room has glass walls so can open the curtains for sunshine or just enjoy the view.

Worst experience ever.. better to stay any charitable place. no facility as they are charging.. hairs in wash basins, blanket, bedsheet not changing on regular basis, no toiletries from 4-5 days even after lot of calls, Rats, cockroaches are their, no cleaning, staff coming only to collect garbage. Rude and argumentative staff.. I thinks hotel management is not providing salary to their reception staff.. thats why they are misbehaving with guests.. asking money frequently.. slow wifi,, stayed here 3 year back in same hotel , that time it was awesome experience, so blindly booked.. Was very dissapointed with the stay. Although the pictures look nice the place is nothing like it . There was nothing when we entered the room , we had to contact the room service several times. Further the rooms were very very dirty , slabs were broken , bathroom is too small . Over all we werent very happy with the experience as a family. The only good thing is there are a lot of supermarkets near by and the metro is also close by .

This is only to let management know, I have gone through such a bad experience, the guys sitting in the reception are not at all helpful. I dont think they deserve to sit there. Mostly they doesnt care for customers at all. They called 4 times a day for a tourist fee, but cannot provide basic items like cello tape etc. Overall hotel was good, there are issues with service, which is ok as they are going through bad times due to covid, but this kind of behavior from the reception is really not acceptable. If this kind of behavior keeps on happening to customer, they will loose all of them. I would seriously wish Management to do something about their reception team, an honest advice.

Affordable and good rate hotel appartment.

As a couple one of our worst experience in our life.we didn’t expect such type of treat from the management. The rooms are really unclean and feels uncomfortable. Furniture are order less and damaged. While touching we can see dust everywhere. Cooking items not working and not properly cleaned. Same condition also seen in bathroom. I am sorry to say that before each customer entry you should make sure the room are tidy, clean and ready for guests.

A filthy and rundown establishment, didn’t expect from tulip chain. Should’ve gone thru reviews before I booked and was non refundable else would’ve left.Poorly furnished, stayed in studio but didn’t have any cups or glasses. Stove and washing machine had broken knobs, etc. A cockroach infestation and very noisy with staff and tenants (no sound proofing)!Dirty bedding with hairs in bed when I arrived, had it changed but was a fight, first they just wanted to change fitting sheet! Everything is old!

Very nice hotel apartment. Affordable rates. Basic Kitchen utensils available. Rooms are neat and daily cleaning done by staffs. Cleaning is average and some complaints not taking care of staffs properly. Locker is also available in the room. Flat TV available but minimum channels. There is supermarket and metro station near by.

Really a good place to live. Its a hotel Apartments and they provided in room amenities like electric stove, some vessels, washing machine and refrigerator. Too spacious and good staffs. Would recommend it anytime.Near by grocery store is available and you can cook if you like to.Al Fahidi metro station is just walkable distance. Also, most of the tour packages will give pick up point as Spinneys which is again just walkable distance not more than 10 mins.

Booked studio flat for family of 4 with two kids. After staying two days found out was bit small for family. Told reception lady and in two days was shifted to 1 bedroom suite room 304 without any extra charges. The staff is excellent and two ladies on reception was absolutely brilliant in there job. Had no trouble in two weeks. Boy from staff called Azam Ansari was always there to help. Clean rooms and best service in prime location. Thank you to the staff of Tulip for making our holidays pleasant.

My worst hotel experience.Ive never have an experience or been treated so bad in a hotel like this. Very poor customer service and arrogant RUDE receptionist special mention to him (SANAULAH) when we asked his name he throw to us his name badge, the rooms were dirty (hair on shower, blood on curtains and bed sheet , really bad smells in the whole hotel we asked them to re clean our room.Some of the hotels worker were good people but some of them didnt care at all no proper communication about the visitors they immediately ask for extra payment with high pitch of voice looks like he (SANAULAH) is the customer.It was so bad i had to check out on the same day because it was unbelievable. Same day other guest was complaining too. I prefer to stay in a shantytown than this hotel, I really dont recommend it.Will make sure higher management will notice how rude there staffs. Will never ever come back in this hotel apartment.

The location is good with a lot of convenience stores nearby. The staff members are friendly but there is an irritating factor regarding service. As in they do not supply many utilities and outsource causing the person staying at the hotel to consistently explain where to deliver the supplies.

Studio apartment - open kitchen and room was nice but it has very small toilet like a matchbox.Internet wifi was tripping often.Room maintenance service is available only after 10 am. Light bulbs were missing on bedside lights, TV was our of service when we checked in but sm1 came after couple of hours. So 3 🌟

Wash room small, no floor mates, no lunch plates, no towels

Staff is nice, but every day there is something wrong. One day we open the faucet and water is reddish. There is a problem in the system, which the staff is fixing quite rapidly. Then entrance door is blocking -it does not open- almost every day, so we need every time to go downstairs and ask assistance to enter our apartment. Bathroom is very small, and shower was almost completed blocked with hair. Moreover, sometimes you cannot see the tv (there is signal but nothing can be seen). Having said so, staff is always very nice and supportive in helping us with these issues. Position is good, and price includes daily cleaning, car parking, as well as wi-fi.

This is an apartment hotel, located in prime area called mankhool. It is near to metro junction called burjaman. Rooms are specious and equipped with microwave, hot plates, washing machine, refrigerator, TV, wifi, digital locker, and all kitchen utensils. It has centralised AC. 24 hrs. hot and cold water supply. Enough parking space is available. This hotel has its own restaurant also. Staff is kind and rates are fair. We enjoyed our stay here.

I just visited Dubai and stay was at Tulip apartments. HOSPITALITY was good, staff was courteous, location is perfect but my suggestions is to big time need to work on infrastructure .

It could have better if, even if the rooms are old, maintenance is still at par. However, cleanliness is quite of an issue. They barely make it a habit to clean up whatever garbage you have in your room, and throw it away for you. Bathroom tiles are full of yellowish stains ..On the other hand, Front Desk/Reception and Housekeepers are warm and friendly.

Nice and New Facility in middle of Bur Dubai. Situated next some good restaurants, currency exchange houses, bars etc.A 15 minute walk to Burjuman Center and Metro.Rooms are decent size and clean. A preferred place for lot of Tourists coming in with Travel Packages.Takes special care for Jain Food. Jain Breakfast options available.Most of the times have a very strict check-in Policy of 02:00 PM and do not issue the room before that.Getting a Taxi from this place might be an issue. Hence either use Uber, Careen or Walk to the Bank Street or Mankhool Road which is 5 minutes walking from the Hotel.If you are driving in, be prepared to get out of the car and walk to reception as they dont have a proactive barrier opening on arrival of a car.There is a Travel Desk on the ground floor which can help you plan your touring calendar if you havent planned one yet.

Wonderful hotel kind hospitality and professional staff.Its location is near two metro stations one of them is borjoman station is an intersection between red and green metro lines.So you can reach mostly any of main Dubai areas.It has a nearby hypermarket and pharmacy too.

I liked it but they charge extra for extra member for everyday, which is truly a lot of money! Rest, guest rooms are big, spacious and good for families. Location is excellent, nearby metro and BurJuman.

Exchange your currency from here only if there is an urgency. Otherwise currency exchange houses are at walking distance from the hotel.
