The staff is very kind.The room is not the biggest Ive stayed in before, but the bed is perfect and we landed a good view and we have an overall feeling of being in good hands.Got a quick bite before the pub/restaurant closed (ordered at 22.30) and we were not dissapointed.The staff even had a small surprise for us on our honeymoon, which was completely awesome.Id clearly be coming back again

Do not expect a 5* experience here - if you simply need somewhere to stay to sleep , passable hotel - otherwise go elsewhere.The room was rather bare - there are NO plug sockets anywhere near the bed - only a single very slow charging USB slot. The only other plug was on the other side of the room for the kettle.The TV was extremely basic - not a Smart TV and only a handful of basic channels. There was no clock or alarm, or bluetooth speaker in the room - so one could not play music or listen to podcasts. The window was extremely dirty, despite a note being left saying that these would be cleaned soon. The staff member at the check in desk promised us a lovely view - in reality this was a dirty window with a building site in front of the building. The wifi is slow and unreliable.The Air Conditioning- if you are planning on getting a good nights sleep at night forget it. When it starts up it is louder then the Jumbo Jet that brought you here - you can either be hot or deaf.There was also dust and dirt in some parts of the room on flat surfaces - clearly not all parts of the rooms are cleaned which is worrying in these times. The breakfast was forgettable especially for the price - save your money and go out. The bakery downstairs claims to be fresh but the food was stale and coffee tasteless.The hotel staff are not as attentive as in other 5* hotels. They do not go out of their way to make your stay memorable, When we mentioned the dirty window - they simply did not care. You ask for something basic - such as a taxi and the staff member would wander off and then be distracted and seemingly forget. I asked if it would be possible to have a rental car dropped off in the morning and if not I would hire my own - this is normal most hotels have a partner they work with for this - instead the car was not dropped off until long past midday wasting half of our day despite them promising it would be there on time - again, not what you would expect from a 5* establishment.The pool is very small and does not appear to be any sanitation between customers.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful view on the canal and wonderful staff. The receptionists are very competent and friendly. The hotels restaurant is very good (and half price at lunch).

Service and rooms were excellent. Hygiene satisfactory. Location though, is not so good. I enjoy having some walk around my hotel, thats not possible here. Also, the sights are not that great, I only saw constructions from my room. Overall, the stay was good and worth the price.

The hotel is very classy with a business vibe. The room is very spacious and covered in leather while the bathroom is elegant and clean. Mr. Ajith was very welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in till the check out and all the room service employee as well. I liked the variety for the breakfast menu and the quick table service. The only negative part is that there is no nice view due to constructions and buildings surrounding and the windows are dirty.

Simply incredible! We were impressed by the service provided. All staff is very nice and helpful. Special thanks to the manager and engineering guy who helped to unlock a broken suite case, you saved our luggage as we were already ready to cut it in pieces😂 The only thing that might have been improved is breakfast. Is it possible to add some vegetables? There are too many options with eggs which I don’t really like, so more vegetarian or even vegan options were a perfect match for me and other guests.PS. Also thanks for a small cake presented for our honeymoon 🧁it was a real surprise and exactly what we needed after a long and exhausting flight.

Very nice hotel with simple and modern design. Breakfast was really good and loved the room, the only thing i had a bad experience with is that i woke up 1 mornibg from the sound of something which i think was maintenance. Staff is really friendly especially there was a man called Ajith that was extra kind and helpful !

Staff was very kind but not very reactive, especially for cars. The breakfast is alright but the view is on constructions. Maybe later will be nicer :) and Dubai is always in construction.But for the price it’s still a good value for money. So if you have a small budget I would recommend it because rooms are cleans, staff kind and the location is central.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. This has been the best staycation ever. I have visited many hotels earlier, but nothing comes even close to this one! If you are thinking of coming here for a staycation, don’t think twice! It’s worth every penny.We were greeted by Mr. Anas at the front desk. He was quite cheerful, helpful and gave us everything that we thought of in our room. Made all arrangements for us. We took a superior room with the Dubai canal view and what a view that is! It’s quite a romantic view both at day and night. The room is quite spacious, has all amenities for the stay. When we couldn’t find few toiletries, we just had to call the reception and they would send it in minutes. The bathroom is stunning with black walls and a good bathtub. Clean sink enough stock of bathrobes, loafers & towels. We have no complains whatsoever neither did we see any flaw in any staff or the hotel. Full 10/10 on the location, room, amenities, facilities, service. The best part is their breakfast buffet. Vegan, vegetarian & non vegetarian options alike, u will find everything there in.Special thanks to houskeeping staff Mr. Tegy for cleaning our room amazingly, Mr. Oussama, Rahul, Ahmed, Krishnavenendu, Kris, Srijom, Tanish, Gany, for catering to our breakfast needs.This staycation proved the best so far in my life for me. Ajith is a lovely person, friendly and helpful, at reception as well.Good location.Room is well cleaned up.I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful hotel.There is an African woman (sorry I didnt get her name) who is particularly pleasant and smiling shes in charge of spa, gym and swimming pool sometimes and shes looks very easygoing and caring.I wish I could have said the same about her colleague (I dont have the name neither)but I cant. I did sauna her colleague gave me towel with difficulty (after I asked for) she didnt provide water for sauna I must to admit I didnt dare ask for because she didnt seem friendly at all. I was absolutely dehydrated...Globally, my 9 y/o daughter says the hotel worths it 5 stars and I absolutely agree with that.

Yesterday was my first day at the hotel. We arrived at 7 am from Melbourne and was supposed to check in at 3pm. The concierge checked us in at 7.30 am and even gave us a free upgrade as it was the only room available at that time. This was such a life saving move for us after a 14 hour flight. Cannot be thankful enough. The staff are so welcoming and warm. The views from the room is to die for. Overall an absolutely 5 start performance by the hotel.

4 stars because of the staff. Overall I didn’t like the interior or the aesthetics of the hotel, but the staff is great and very accommodating. Also the food at the breakfast is everything you could ask for.

Brilliant Hotel. I was staying in 1201. All the personnel is super friendly and helpful from reception, front office to room service lads and lassies. Pointing out anybody special would be unfair to the unmentioned.Its located right at the Canal, so if you want to go for a jogg, you just need to step outside and you can run along the picturesque business bay. The skyscrapers even providing shadowy stretches.Also it is only a stroll (1,7km) away from the easy to walk there Dubai Mall.Also only a short drive from DXB.Its really highly recommendable. Ill return for sure.

It was a disappointing experience. I attended a show in at the ballroom today evening at this hotel. The buffet was laid out with a server serving for the guests. I guess that how it is in CoVID19. The biggest disappointment was that the server was not dishing out the food but rationing the food quanitiy out to the guests and more so.... openly denying serving two kebabs and i was cohersed to eat whatever he served on my plate.No choice and courtesy towards guests was given. Felt like sitting in the economy class of a third class airline where you get a set menu on a plastic tray.... eat or dont eat what you get...Yeah I think that it.... its an economy class hotel scrounging wherever it can. So sad 🤕

Our stay at Radisson Blu Canal View was great. Hotel is exelent, clean, with a nice pool and great food! The only problem is that you cant go anywhere by foot (especially if youre traveling with a baby or small children), but taxi in Dubai isnt expencive at all and very convienient.Ajith and Dally at the reception were so nice and at our service for everything, they helped us organize the service of doing a PCR test in our room and later printed it out for us, which is very practical when traveling with a baby!Ferdi in the lobby was the babys best friend 🥰 and always helping us with our stuff and a taxi.Our baby also had a friend Ayesha at breakfast who was very nice and helped around the baby every day!We won’t forget Kedere either!Thank you all very much for making our stay in Dubia even more beautifull.

I stayed there this weekend everything was amazing the service, the room the team hospitality all was great , Miki is one of the staff he is so professional and nice person , so friendly, out of 10 i can give him 12 , also Andrew who was in the reception ,was so friendly and helped me to do the check in immediately without keeping me waiting . I’ll strongly recommend it. Also I’ll definitely be there again very soon .

Bad service, my room had a very bad smell and they couldn’t fix it neither did they offer to change my room. You can only get 2 complimentary water bottle and not more otherwise they will charge you. Overall bad experience

Just got back from a shorttrip to Dubai. I picked this hotel due to its brilliant location: just a 15 minutes walk to Burj Khalifa, Dubai-Mall, the fountains and even a short ride by taxi to the beach, Deira Souks, Glow Parcs etc. Despite Dubai is always a nice place to be, I would like to mention the hotel staff who makes it quite special this time. ALL of them were incredible nice, helpfull, customer-minded. Two of them indroduced themselfs by name, so I wont miss to mention Miki and Saroy to say thank you for being so lovely. But even all the others we met during our stay were absolutely warm-hearted and professional! Just remembered the nice chat with the two ladies at the reception about the best beaches in Dubai....Furthermore the Room was very tidy, wide and comfy. The pool is nice and also the guy who cares about the pool-guests was always friendly, polite and kept the area clean and safe.So, next time this hotel will be definitely my choice again.

Nice hotel. Brilliant architecture. Hotel room afforded good view of Dubai canal with all the yachts. Just opened 2 months ago. Nice ambience. Good breakfast options, could be improved on though. Excellent staff, very friendly, helpful and respectful. Close to Dubai mall. Sports bar still picking up. No washing machine in the 1-bedroom apartment. Glass table tops a bit unfriendly for toddlers/kids. Hotel location not well known by taxis.

We just had our first family trip to Dubai and we chose this hotel for our stay, and we are extremely satisfied with the selection.The entire stay experience was excellent. The amenities are nicely maintained and cleanliness is worth mentioning!The entire staff was very friendly and specially with our son. Would like to mention one Mr. Ajith who helped us several times in coordinating with our tour operator and arranging taxi.

The staff were very approachable and helpful. The variety of food was good and delicious. Service for kids was very helpful. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again. And recommend it.

Beautiful property, nice food in the bar but big big big mismanagement problem. The hotel doesn’t allow self parking, meanwhile they do not hold any responsibility for car damage if you go for the valet parking. They also force you to give them car key if you stay in. They find many excuses even being told it’s a government rule that guest doesn’t allow self parking. Really disappointed during the stay only because of this issue. This have to be fixed.

It is okay although I was just visiting and didnt stay there. It is close to Dubai Mall, about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic, and the entrance to it from the Marasi Drive is a little tricky as there is not a clear one to it. You can get taxis but you have to call or the hotel concierge has to call to get one as no taxis were readily available or lined up at the hotel. Maybe there are more restaurants in the hotel.in different floors but downstairs there is only one coffee shop.
