An amazing getaway. Bulgari never disappoints, and you really get what you pay for. Such a welcoming staff and the hospitality there is exceptional.

You pay a premium but the service you get is impeccable. Amazing. Staff that cares and is attentive and can actually hold a conversation. It comes with a price tag though. I tried Hoseki and it was amazing. Very expensive. The menu should be a bit generous and a bigger portion especially with how expensive. But the food is amazing and the chef is the best.

I visited yesterday hotel lobby lounge in the evening and we were extremely disappointed. We waited for a table around one hour and the staff in charge gave and arrange table for people came after us not respecting her word to us 100% sure they don’t have booking. I wouldn’t expect this at a 5 star hotel and a luxury brand name.. really disappointing.. on the other hand coffee and desserts was average.. this is a first and will be last time to visit this place

What a perfect resort, the decor and architecture is stunning and feels like a little slice of paradise away from everything yet you can still see the Burj popping over the tree line from the beach. The rooms are wonderfully designed, every small detail is thought about, your personal space is incredible well stocked for tea and coffee and they bring the most incredible spreads to your room. If you want to treat yourself, this is the place. They have free kayaks and paddle boards on the beach too!

This hotel is really wow. In many kind of aspects but once you asked for cash advance from the cashier they must respect this and provide you what you exactly want you requested to provide them tips. But asking you more information ℹ️ about what you asked for. My special gratitude to Mr Saeed & Mr Issam and his entire team. And I do asked them to make sure all early mornings managers “Natasha” the authorities to make the good actions not acceptable now. With words and T&C are not available but they did invent it from them. To avoid backfire from visitors.

Very disappointed, We went to the yacht club for a pool day. The deal that was advertised in whats on they told us they wont do and tried to charge us double the amount.We showed him the advertisement and the price, there was literally not one person at the pool. He said he cant do it because they are a luxury brand and its the marketing team. It seems this luxury brand doesnt want to take accountability for their marketing team. Wont be going back.

We went to bulgari hotel lobby lounge in the evening and we were extremely disappointed. The service was extremely slow. The waiters were not around and when we saw them and called them for service they took forever. I ordered a club sandwich and asked for ketchup on the side.. by the time they brought it.. i finished it.. it took too long. Also we asked someone to clean the table from food so we enjoy our dessert.. we ended up cleaning our own table to make space for the dessert. Finally, the glasses, cups, mugs, are not polished, they have scratches on them and the colors are faded.. you wouldn’t expect this at a 5 star hotel and a luxury brand name.. really disappointing..

I am a regular customer and I Iove coming to the lobby lounge because of the staff, I am always served by Diana a very nice and warm employee. Very smart and welcoming , makes the customer feeling at home. She has amazing service and very pleasant. She really provides five star service and beyond.

This is my 1st review about the tell as I have not visited all the sections so far.My 1st impression is that it is very luxurious and comfortable place. The food in the restaurant with satin was average and does not keep with the brand name. However, the seating was comfortable and the staff were well experienced and knew how to solve the problem.Will update and edit as I experience other parts soon.

Awed by this amazing property, love the furnishings, architecture and everything about the Bulgari. Thanks to Lina for showing us around, its a huge motivation to come back for a stay. Lunch at the Yacht restaurant was unforgettable with a waterfront view and fresh seafood, topping our evening off with drinks and sunset at the Italian restaurant by the lobby.Will definitely make a trip back to Dubai just for the BulgariThe place is amazing so relaxing, beautiful weatherfood is so tasty (seafood pasta ) is so yummy Joseph he welcomed us in very nice wayLovely hotel and so quiet placeAlso desert is amazing so so tastyThe resort is fabulous and amazing. We stayed there for 6 days and tried many activities on the beach, the safeguard is very nice, explained everything with patient.The restaurants there are also very good.Room is super clean and spacious. They let you take a beach tote bag with you when you leave.The reception is very helpful and polite too, especially Bella, we forgot a robe there and after 10 days she still helped us to find it, she is so nice and polite, I think she is the most helpful receptionist I have seen in Dubai so far

I have never done any review in my life, this is the first one, I just can’t leave w/o reviewing, this one of a kind Bulgari Resort. Best experience ever,I am from USA and I have travelled the whole world pretty much, but this was one of the relaxing experience, staff was very nice and very well trained, you should try jet ski on Bulgari Marina, kayaking and relax. I had so many plans to see places but I cancelled all my bookings and just relaxed at Bulgari, had a best sleep after such a long time. Will not stay anywhere next time, Armani, and other similar hotels are waste of time. It’s not about the money, it’s about the experience, again best staff and very professional at same time. Make sure give them good tips, they deserve it.

I tried hardly to find something negative but found nothing, the hotel is charming, beautiful, chic, decorated with style, furniture is stunning, bathroom amenities with quantity.You can eat at each restaurant everyday, they are fantastic.Hôtel personnel available, polite and helpful.People coming to this hotel are always the same, they are calm and, respectful.You pay for a service and you receive beyond expectations.

I am so disappointed about the staff of bulgari caffe, they treated us as strangers!! Is that because we were local ?? I set with my family in one table at 5:30PM , i raised my hand too many times and no one come to place the order ! After that one of the waiter “ lady” came and said that the table is reserved at 7:30PM .. what!!!!! I told her that it is 5:30!! I will not stay 2 hours for sure !! And i am her from 15 minutes no one come to take the order , you just came to tell that after two hours this place is booked !!! I just left and no one even care about the reason !! It is really a bad behavior I had ever seen.

It was my first time visit to The hotel and i had a special occasion to celebrate, the customer relation department was Very helpful and supportive with the early check in..everything was smooth and quick. I faced a small issue at the arrival time but the bulgari team was VERY VERY professional to solve it specially (Mr.Amin) he was the best to solve it in no time,running all over the place to make sure that we get the best of our stay there. This is one of the best resorts I have ever been to especially when it comes.to hospitality. The location is amazing and one does not feel like leaving the beach area.Chef Ayaz is great at IL cafe if you like Vegan food. He can make special food for your requirements.

Stayed here for a staycation for my birthday and I must say that I think this is one of the only establishments in Dubai that has put this much attention to detail, in terms of design, staff, service, ease of movement, circulation, materials, food, etc... the property is stunning and everything exceeded our expectation. Special thanks to Bharat who is by the main pool, he is one of the kindest and nicest people. And a big thank you to Lin at front desk who also was very thoughtful! I stayed at this resort for 2 weeks during summer-time in 2019. This was the best hotel that I have been to in my whole life. There was great service, delicious food choices, clean, spacious rooms with amazing designs and much more to add into the experience.The rooms in the hotel were very spacious, with a lot of space for activity and an amazing view of the beach and bay. The rooms were very clean and it smelled of fragrance. There were a variety of light choices, with different themes for different times of the day. The TV set was new and updated, with several functions such as searching on the web and much more. These are only some memorable functions that the rooms have, Im pretty sure that there are much more.The service was amazing and the staff fulfilled all expectations. They even provided more service that we didnt require, which was why this was a very memorable experience.Overall, even though the hotel price was expensive, it was an amazing experience to stay at Bulgari Hotel and I would love to visit it again sooner or later.

One of the best projects in Dubai. Highly recommended or a short or long stay term in Dubai, very quite, high level service and very friendly staff. The island is very close to the city center with variety of Restaurants.

Very refined place where all is perfect, starting from the amazing perfume that fill the air. The caffè outside sitting at lower level with the view on the harbour is a very nice venue for an afternoon tea or glass of wine.

This is more then impressive, I had a wonderful night stay in this resort with my aussie client big thanks to him as he agreed and reserved this property. I wasnt slept for a minute even this time i didnt gave a proper attention to my client and was roaming here and there in this hotel to see everything. This is more then a superb, upsclae and classy property. Being a High End Nuru Therapy Masseuse ive been to most of the properties in Dubai with my client but believe me this is something which i havnt seen yet. Kudos to Management and Architecture. This review relates to The Festive Afternoon Tea. Sadly it’s not worth the eye watering price you pay. Firstly, we were not given any menu, so we had no idea what to expect. The food arrives on a 3-layered serving plate, and we were not offered any explanation on what each item is. You get 4 savoury sanwhiches, 2 scones and around 6 ou 7 sweet petit fours. The balance was off, too little savoury and too much sweet. We were also not offered a choice of plain or raisin scones, you just get one of each. That said, everything was delicious, just not worth the price you pay.

Its a five star hotel, some of the staff are really great, guys like Boris, Franklin, Steve ( by the door) great guys. But the management is sleeping. They initially didnt do what they agreed to provide as requested for before arrival to the hotel. And although they did come back to apologize and did a free upgrade by this point, after coming from kempinski and Mandarin hotel. I was just already tired. But the hotel is for the true lover of the brand. And breakfast is all day and delivered to the room for free but Im not sure if you pay for the food and not for the service. But its very private and silent and peaceful. If thats what you are after.Bed is amazing.Room service is great, they do meet almost all your request.Shower was just wow. And they provide you will all you need to get clean and remain clean.Location, well you want peace and quiet and you are on your own island off Dubai. So yes you will need to transport to get to anything but then again this is Dubai anything can be ordered in and delivered in without you leaving the room or showering.Come check it out and tell me your own view.

All you can say is woooow.. its such a beautiful place I really loved it.

Been here twice and the service never disappointed me. The atmosphere is lovely and the view is spectacular. I sat outside. I honestly didn’t have any troubles or anything but they didn’t notice me nor do they come outside often enough to notice you when you want the bill.I ordered Green Tea (not sure which it was) and it was delicious and they got Italian biscuits on side with it. I loved the place and I’ll like to try their desserts as well.Also, while you’re there have a walk around the yacht area.
