Excellent service and great hospitality.. The cleaning service department is amazing and specially the person Nizam has been good with his work. He had come to clean the room every single day. A very decent place to live.

House keeping by Raju needs a special mention. Courteous, punctual and efficient. Also pleasant. As our interaction during long stay is with the house keeping staff, it makes our stay comfortable.

Shoriful is the best service staff in this hotel. He ensures room is serviced well and as well as communicate well with guest. Our name was not included on breakfast list have to wait & get embarrassed for staff mistake.No towels were kept in room every time I have call for towels which took so much time.No live counters at breakfast buffet.Staff didnt informed about visitor policies & I have to pay for my visitor which is very absurd.The standards has gone very low I would never come back to this hotel.

Nice hotel, our room was cleaned each day. From the minuses - we didnt knew how to turn the hot water (there is a button to turn on the boiler) - later they put a sticker there, our window had a small gap when closed, so all the sounds including the ears on a road and mosque was clearly heard in the room.We had breakfast in buffet style. Each day was almost the same food, and its diversity was practically nonexistent.A nice bar on the ground floor.

Pathetic Guest service. There was a Toilet smell in my room for more than 45 minutes. I have been complaining and their team were just coming without any clue and focus. I will NEVER EVER Stay or recommend any one to stay at CityMax Bur Dubai.

Raju from housekeeping has always been nice to me. I dont need to ask the reception for a room clean because whenever he sees me walking at the corrider, he greets me and asks if I need a room clean. He makes sure that my complimentary Coffee, tea, and bottled waters are refilled every single day. He asks if I need to renew my towels also. My belongings doesnt also go missing because he makes sure that wherever part of the room I leave my things, stays where I put it. 5 star for this hotel because of his politeness and hospitality. I know what is service and creating memories for guests from the heart is all about.My stay so far in citymax hotel Bur Dubai is amazing experience from the Employees of the Hotel to mention all but few that has done exceptional service to me are.Hayas the Sale Manager is a great chap very polite and professional who knows how to handle and resolve they guests problems.The two ladies at the reception with African looks and origin are very hard working and putting smiles on their faces all the time with all the pressure they faced. So disappointed and its the worst experience staying in this hotel..when we enter the room its very hot and we complain many times but the management no action.we always call but they just ignored.We checked in 1am and sadly check out 5am.never comeback again and never recommend this to others.

I am a long term customer here. Have been staying here for a couple of weeks. I go to work in the morning and return back in the evening. Housekeeper Masud takes care of everything in the room; from extra towels to coffee and water bottle. I only requested this once at the start of my stay, but never had to repeat it again. He is also very respectful and polite. These little things make you feel valuable.

The personal is really helpful and polite, especially Sateesh the cleaner, and the receptionist Daisy. We have breakfast included and in the morning I enjoyed fresh and tasty food. I loved Indian meals I dont remember the name of food though)) Everything is just satisfying.

- Over Priced: I am staying in room no. 693. People living here and paying 2800 AED per month. While I have been asked to pay 5,278.80 AED to extend my stay for further 20 days. I asked for discount, no discount was given. Moreover, I am living in Room no. 693 since 18th July, 2021. I have never been offered any discount, no matter, even if I extend it for 30 days.- Bad towels: I have complained multiple times about the towel, which has some kind of strain mark, it could be blood strain, or something not sure. But got such towels multiple times.- Water: If you ask for the 1.5L water , you need to pay 15 AED for that, and it will be Al Ain water. While you can order the same water of 1.5L from Talabat, which would cost you just 2 AED.- Reviews not Legit: Moreover the reviews are not legit. People who live in this hotel are asked by housekeeping to give good reviews with their name. And we do so, so that housekeeping guys could get the reward. You can find the name of the housekeeping guy in each of the review and you can simply ignore those reviews as they are most probably not legit and was simply done because was asked by housekeeping guy. However, in reality the hotel doesnt worth that much star.I will not consider this hotel in future. Even if I have to extend my stay, this time, I will move to a new hotel, where it is worth paying the price.

Never choose this hotel for family or ladies.We got very bad experience from management team and their treatment towards guests is vey bad. No facilities available here. We came Dubai for 1 week visit and unfortunately we booked this bad hotel and after 3 days we are moving to another hotel due to bad atmosphere and service. Its a budget hotel. I was really disappointed with the room size. I stayed in interconnected rooms which is very small even adding two room size. the service was pathetic. to get checkin it takes me 20 minutes even for four people they provided two towels only. It was fully crowded and people are not helpful.The parking was horrible. Luckily I went on holidays where I can park for free in outside the hotel. Underground parking was very small and its very difficult to park even a sedan car. The food and beverages prices are nominal.

Some of the staff have no respect to talk as they’re not at all scared of the top level management. The only thing good about it is they make sure to clean the room everyday and the guy who usually cleans our room Basheer is very honest and well spoken person.
