It a nice hotel. Rooms are neat and I love their bed. Its comfortable and has a spacious room. Also close to metro station. Have a lot of nice restaurants around you can choose to eat from. The hotel staffs are hospitable and friendly.

I havent stayed in the hotel however I was there for a business meet..I personally felt it provides a 5 star hotel experience in a 3 star hotel...full points on cleanliness, decor, furnishing, friendly polite and welcoming staff...it has a decent restaurant with absolutely clean and well equipped kitchen to accommodate any cuisine..2 minute walk to the main terminal metro station.. right opposite to a huge shopping mall..walkable distance to the famous eatery joints.. I would have given full 5 stars if I had stayed in the hotel and if the hotel had its parking..if I have to ever stay in a hotel or recommend a place to friends, LEWANA will be my first choice...

In Dubai, Al Riggs, near Fish roundabout, New hotel at prime location, beside to Al Ghurair mall, walking distance to Union Metro Station, Exit 2 - Dubai. Rates are reasonable, recommend ed to book through various online platforms for cheaper rates to enjoy your budget. A 3 star hotel I would say as its new. Very convenient to shop or dinein within walking distance.Landmark 1963 Deira Clocktower, Al Riggas streets are filled with fashion stores, electronics shops and casual coffee and juice bars. In Naif Souk, long-established stalls sell clothes, leather goods and souvenirs. Baniyas Road has views of traditional Emirati boats plying Dubai Creek. Dubai international airport is within 15 mnts by taxi.

Amazing place to stay in. Amazing location near metro station with delicious food. And very jumbo size room. House keeping is also top class. 3 star hotel with 5 star services. Breakfast was also outstanding.Will visit again and again.

Its a decent, clean and most of all its near union metro station which makes it easier to navigate.

I have been to many hotels, and if I have to compare this building is one of the cleanest with such amazing staff. They are very helpful, presentable, professional and friendly. I will most definitely recommend this Hotel

Good budget hotel. Its 1 minute walk from union metro station. Rooms are a little small, but clean enough. Stuff are friendly and helpful. If you are here for work and dont want to spend much, its a good choice.

Very disappointed.. I came to visit my friend all the way from sharjah and the reception did not allow me to go to his room. I understand this is covid situation but never seen this kind of policy. I asked in the reception thats why they denied. His other friends visited without asking in reception. Novotel doesnt have this rule. I strongly advise not to book this hotel whoever looking for a decent hotel.

Place is good to stay I booked it for 2 nights how ever the security guy has no respect to how to talk to there customers and very rude behavior as if he the owner of the hotel and have direct authority to throw out from the hotel without any reason further need the replacement incase if the hotel owner want to grow the business however its was my first booking and it will be last. The worst hotel ever. At the first day fridge wasnt work. When came evening they said that we must to change the room. We reclaimed our baggage, but the janitor came and changed Socket. And we must have to reclaim our baggage again😡

Good location very close to mall and metro. Staff if helpful, initially they have give me a room which has some electrical issue, however changed it imideatley. Premium room is good & specious. Overall good hotel. Food is delicious.

I have very bad experience I booked online twin bed sharing room when I reached my hotel room they put one more folding single bed in front of me when i lay down its folding and Its hurt on my face when I tell to the staff to change only bed they said they dont have extra bed to give I said I pay money even they couldnt do anything I pray to all dont come in this hotel very bad experience and no helping staff and lewana staff

My firend and I arrived on Thursday around 9 in the evening. Jess made us feel welcomed from the moment we set foot in the hotel. The check in process went smooth. As we left the reception, my mind started travelling from how the room looks like, the comfortable bed, clean bathroom etc. I stood in awe when i opened the room as it was a huge, cozy, clean room and definitely exceeded my expectations. Besides, its a new hotel and i was hoping that they will maintain the cleanliness of the place as it is. I had a peacful quiet first night but not until families check in next to my room the next evening. Children were loud and played with my rooms doorbell which i forgot to deactivate before i went to sleep. By all means, if you are looking for a hotel at a reasonable price, close to shops, mall, restaurants this can be your perfect choice! Thanks once again to Jess for making our stay a brilliant one!

I must say that my stay in this Hotel was marvelous and was like home away from home. Proximity to city centre and important places was superb. Most importantly front desk guys especially Mr. AIMAN and Ms Salic. They are exceptional and hard working. Always available and willing to assist. I observed Salic spent about 48hrs on duty 17th through 18 to 19th Dec but she is always smiling and agile to help. You hardly can notice.The only thing I didnt like was that i had to leave early hours today. Braimoh A.
