I chose the hotel because of my friend. as he was staying in the Dukes. really i like it very much the hotel view and the staff are amazing. always welcoming with a great smile. i would like to recommend this hotel every one. thanks Dukes and specially Wahid the security in charge. he did a great job. thanks for every thing.

Stay was fantastic. Mine and my girlfriends first holiday together. The pool area is frustrating as work is still being done for the bar outside to be open, so it was very noisy round the pool but that opens in October I believe so future guests will be very lucky. The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible and so much choice. The staff as well are very attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. I want to give a special mention to Awfar, who is a fantastic man and couldn’t do enough to help us with anything we needed, nothings too much for him, he’s a credit to the hotel.

Great hotel and location. But what a disappointment, restaurant at the beach club is in renovation so all day long construction sounds. Not very relaxed. The breakfast usually is self service buffet. Now due to Corona there is a waiter who gets you the food when you point what you want , not so comfortable. The music at the breakfast area is way to loud, not nice in the morning to wake up relaxed.I think I have to look for another hotel next year.

This was my first time staying at Dukes the Palm and it exceeded all of my expectations! Breakfast was lovely and the staff were all super friendly and attentive - especially Akbar who always remembered our food which we ate everyday. I would definitely return to stay here next time I am in Dubai.

In August, my mother and I rested in this hotel. Here is the best view from the pool (the pool is cool), its hard to enter the sea, due to the rocks and the water is not for everybody (very hot), but we had a great time sunbathing and swimming in the pool. The cuisine is different every day: Italian, Arabic, Asian, British, there was even Russian (they ate dumplings). I want to express my great admiration for the staff, organization, everything was at the highest level. All hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and sociable. Thanks to all managers, administrators, waiters and chefs. I would like to highlight Mohamed separately, thank you for the warm atmosphere in the restaurant, for your humor, excellent attitude towards visitors, for your professionalism. Hopefully we will come back to this lovely hotel again.

It was a great stay at the hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were exemplary. The breakfast was great and the 24/7 service was great and they satisfied all my needs. I really liked the cleaning staff, always polite, on time, quick, and great people overall. The only issue I had was just the chair in the hotel room being a little low. Other than that the stay was great. Something in particular I also liked was how the manager came to our door before we left and asked how our stay was and how they can improve it. Overall like I said great service.

This was the worst experience I had for a day pass. The service is terrible and the staff are very unprofessional. Such a waste of a day to spend on your weekend. We arrived at the pool and asked to be seated by the pool. We were informed to sit by the beach because the sun beds are occupied. We found 2 empty sun beds and sat. Hours passed and after a resident complained there is no sun bed free for her use, they asked us to leave the ‘resident’ area and sat us in a completely isolated area with no sun and piercing loud music. To top things off, we had provided the waiter with the redeemable vouchers for our food and beverages. We asked TWICE before we leave how much balance we have remaining and we were informed we have 240 dhs. According to that we ordered food for takeaway. To our surprise a waiter comes with a bill telling us we need to pay additional amount (keeping in mind what we ordered for takeaway doesn’t even cross 240) and they were Insisting we pay. We did not pay and we gave them the food and they actually took it back ! How unprofessional is that. They are also claiming this is because there are 3 different service providers. Super unprofessional I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and besides all the mix up the service is super slow. Would not chose this place to relax. So disappointing. Even the valet do not inform you that you need to stamp and we had to walk all the way back to the pool to get it stamped. DISAPPOINTED

Duke‘s The Palm is a perfect place to stay in Dubai. The hotel impresses with its great location on the Palm Jumeirah. It is beautifully presented and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and really spacious. The employees try to make you feel at home quickly and to fulfill every wish. The indoor, the infinity pool and the beach are a feast for the eyes and invite you to relax.Special thanks to Mohammad and Aamir who made our stay unique.

The hotel has a very pleasant ambiance, great for relaxing.The big buffet breakfasts meant that I didnt need lunch most days. The optional buffet dinner also seemed like very good value compared to other restaurants in the Palm area or down town.A wide selection.The staff are really wonderful, so friendly and helpful, which is really nice if staying on your own.

We had an issue with an item on the menu in their Great British Restaurant which was relatively minor, which was advertised as a Vietnamese Spring Roll but not cooked in the way a Vietnamese Spring Roll is usually cooked but Other than that it was a brilliant stay. The room was beautiful. The facilities are excellent. The staff are incredibly helpful and its the only place I have found in Dubai so far that does a good attempt at a Full English Breakfast so I would give it a 4/5 and definitely come back.

Service is always excellent at the Dukes but somehow this year they had become even better! Akbar, the waiter, was so proactive that he memorized our drinks preferences and would place them on our table even before we thought of requesting! The security officer Mr. Singh is rushing ahead to ensure that the taxi driver understands where we are heading off. GBR has introduced a highly balanced menu incorporating a whole variety of gastronomic preferences. The cleaning personal had become invisible and even more attentive. Can’t imagine if there is any space for improvement!

My stay was excellent. I had a great time in the 7 days I was here. Great and friendly staff such as Bijay and Akram made us feel so welcome and safe. I highly recommend Dukes The Palm!

Best family getaway. Words cant justify the experience. Housekeeping was extraordinary, F&B Breakfast experience was satisfactory. Entertainment and leisure facilities are very well maintained during these tough C19 times. Appreciate the team and looking forward to experience again.

The hotel staff were lovely, especially Dilini who worked in the GBR at breakfast time, she could not do enough for us and catered for our every need. Breakfast time was our favourite part of the day thanks to the amazing food and lovely staff!

Luxury beautiful hotel. Very comfort, east beach and pool access. Breakfast not highest quality (to my test) by sure for most of people its fine. Rooms clean and well taken care of. Only management abscessed with masks even in open air and restaurant. But generally we like here!

What I liked:1. The cleaning team is very kind and does their job on a very high level.2. Their Chef Omvir cooked porridge and muesli with plant-based milk and yogurt for me every morning as I’m lactose intolerant and they don’t have much dairy free options in their regular breakfast buffet.3. The location is perfect, very close to the mall, and 30 min on taxi to Dubai mall and fountain show.What I didn’t like :1. The restaurant reconstruction made awful noises that you can hear from the beach.2. The tv doesn’t have Netflix :)In general, the hotel is new and clean, so I would definitely recommend.

The room lacks natural light and there is a building in construction in front of it so it can get noisy in the morning. Apart from that, there is everything we need in the room and Krishna and Nabin did a great job at cleaning, changing the sheets and towels and replenishing the fridge everyday. Very nice people !

I’ve been here twice it is a lovely place but I didn’t have a great experience here the first time, it was only the second time I came I had a much better time. They are doing building work directly opposite and this is what gives them a 4* rating instead of 5* otherwise the hotel and staff are amazing. Good food and drink, lovely beach and restaurant areas. My son really enjoyed his time there in December 2020 when it was just the two of us. I enjoyed myself in January 2021 when my husband took me back. Much better experience for me the second time.

The property name speaks for itself, indeed it was the best hideaway hotel within Dubai, if not the UAE. On the day of check-in, staff called to confirm that the room is ready which is extraordinary. Martina, the receptionist, showed warm welcoming and really admired her customer service skills. The room was super clean, spacious and luxurious. The house keeping staff took extensive care of it. During the stay, I didnt even went out of the hotel as their facilities, beach, infinity pool and lazy river were the best escape to relax and unwind.The breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties and staff welcomed everyone warmly. They were taking precautionary measures to combat Covid-19 and maintained proper social distancing between tables which made me feel comfortable and safe.It is worth mentioning that I have extended one more night as I enjoyed every moment staying there and will surely stay there again. Highly recommended!

I love Dukes - it is the best price/value hotel in Dubai in my view. There might be hotels with more eccentric design or more pools or more restaurants, but Dukes has a superb combination of all of that accompanied by excellent staff and for a great price.In detail:1) The hotel staff is great, friendly and helpful. To name a few - Lara in the reception, Irfan, Ajesh and Ane during breakfast, Rashid who cleaned our room to sparkling perfection.2) The infinity pool, beach and lazy river are great. Love the view, love the size of the pool and love floating in the lazy river under the palm trees.3) The indoor pool with a great view as alternative when you do not want to get sunburn.4) Breakfast buffet, Great British Restaurant and Khyber restaurant - for the great value/price5) The extra size kind beds

We stayed in a superior studio room. The room was clean and well maintained, and the small kitchen was well equipped and has everything you need during your stay.The infinity pool and the lazy river made our stay special and memorable, its a big pool and with an amazing view.The beach was also clean and the water was warm and enjoyable.The kids pool is also safe with reasonable depth.The breakfast had a wide selection and varieties of food items, and they all tasted delicious. (Especially the croissants, waffles and pancakes were on point!)Highly reccomended for a memorable stay with reasonable price.

We’re here on vacation my wife and I and had an amazing experience. Aamir was great helped us out, Service, food, and house keeping we’re on point. They have a nice private beach and view of downtown city. Definitely recommend to stay here.

The hotel is located at the beginning of Palm Jumeirah. The position is great, from the room and from the pool/beach you have a stunning Marina skyline view. It’s also only 7’ walking from the Nakheel mall (literally on the other side of the road), which offers good dining options. The only minus is that also due to some constructions in the area, it is not so easy with a stroller to go from the hotel to the mall.The staff is super friendly, everybody is smiling and helpful. I want to mention especially Dilini, which has been always very nice to us and so sweet to my daughter. She took care of us at breakfasts and provides some vouchers for dinner.The rooms are also very specious (we got even a free upgrade) and overall all the facilities are nice. We loved the lazy river, which we enjoyed in the morning when it was too hot to stay in the beach. In the late afternoon instead, we started by the sea and enjoyed the beautiful skyline view.

Great 4 star hotel. Average service. Poor attention to detail. Some, but not all, Staff need prompting to correct obvious mistakes like providing broken chairs, dirty air conditioning. Super great hotel with a great location! You are very central and everything is easy to reach. The staff at the hotel are all super friendly and helpful. A real royal hideway. From the entrance all is giving you a royal feeling and is great. The reservation manager made a big surprise by upgrading my room deluxe to premium suite that was a great gift, so thank you so much again dear Minocha!!!…. what else to say just to give 10 rate for all they offer you there, from the facilities with private beach and infinity pool and ending with very good breakfast in a beautiful restaurant. So advise you all choose this hotel and you will be happy after arrival!!!

Hotel itself very friendly. I was most impressed by the pools esp the indoor pool which is heated but also had a good swimming coach Adil who was very helpful in explaining all about the pools and safety but also excellent swimming lessons! Im now super confident!

Clean and luxurious rooms. Access to private beach and excellent pool area (infinity pool, good view at night). Delicious cuisine at both restaurants with good service. The Indian restaurant at the top has a good view and great menu. Friendly and courteous staff in the entire hotel. I want to especially thank Indra from Concierge for helping us with room upgrades and printing pcr test results!

Amazing hotel, would definitely recommend. The pool is very refreshing and the views on the Marina are stunning. The interior of the hotel is classy. Good breakfast buffet.A few minor drawbacks:- The shower temperature is very inconsistent- The coffee at the breakfast is not amazingOverall an amazing experience. Most unpleasant experience at the reception. We were looking for a room for the day with early check in after a long flight and a 12 hour layover in Dubai.Although rooms were available, the rude receptionist lady this morning tried everything not to help us. She couldn’t get something as simple as the breakfast organized for the same morning instead of the next (since we were departing the same evening). We stood there without been given anything helpful. Not acceptable, not recommended!

Swimming lesson with Adil, he is punctual good with kids and great swimming coach!! Highly recommended if you planning on swimming lesson at Dukes.

Adel, the swimming instructor at dukes is amazing! I am someone who was always afraid to swim but with Adel I learnt how to swim and overcome my fears in just a few lessons! He is professional and knows all the right swimming techniques, I highly recommend him (swim With ADIL)
