Very bad experience,service 1 star but asking money 5 star. Ill never come here even they offer as free, very poor WiFi 😡😡😡

Try other hotel. This is a 3 star hotel but you can find other 3 star hotel much decent than this. Too noisy at night. Many loiterers at the lobby. Bed not clean. Toilet stinks. Cigarettes smokes still clings to the sheet and curtains.

Good prices. Warm reception. right in the middle of the city. Self accommodation rooms. Clean rooms. Room service is not best.

Very cheap service in high rates. Poor staff. Even not delivers drinking water in room. I had to call them 4 times for one bottel of water which was only 500 ml.☹️

This is the worst hotel, drunk men loitering around. Totally not safe. When we asked for refund, they refused. The receptionist said to process the refund with Agoda and we can get our money back but we didnt. Liars.. And bad security. Poor maintenance of building

25days stayed in Signature Inn was so great.The staffs are friendly especially Abdur the house keeping. Thank you so much

Very bad attitude with receptionist and very complicated process I dont recommend it to any one to have a book with this hotel not to mention bad furniture in the room

The room size is pretty good for the price but the toilets are cleaned halfheartedly like it still stinking. The receptionist is a rude one too when I wanted to change my room. There are also some maintenance happening at around 2am when I stayed.

Nice and comfy hotel there is a separate hotel which is connected to it and gives delicious cuisine

Great staff very help full room very small after check in room its clean but no towels and tissue roll what ever after request we received on time

Service is bad. The receptionist is not accommodating. I arrived at 2am and waited until 2:35 am before I can get into the room. Said there are still cleaning the room. But when I get into the room its still reeking with cigarettes smell. I booked a nonsmoking room. Then I requested to be transfer to another room the receptionist told me they dont have any available room and gave me the option to be transferred in their sister hotel which is at least 15 mins away from the hotel at 3am. All in all not worth the money.

The worst place to sleep,dirty is not a word for it,Mould,cockroaches,maggets,and worst manager, we booked for 2 nights and paid for but left immediately after seeing the filthy rooms,We never received a refund or even apology from manager.

Extremely disgusting hotel!!! Cockroaches everywhere in the room and even on the bed! They don’t have any pest control! Horrible smell of mould and dead bodies! Their official pictures of the rooms are very misleading which made me book for 14 nights, but I ended up only staying for 2 nights and had to book other hotels for the following days. However they refused to cancel my later booking even if I checked out early, and didn’t give any refund! Gross hotel! Worst place ever!!!!!!

Sewerage in bathroom, smells all the time. Too cold in room and cant control the temperature. Might club music is noisy at 3 am even, and it is not mentioned in the description that prospective guests see while booking. Dont give us towels and bathroom floor mats. And they get mad at us when we voice concerns each morning of our stay. How is this a three-year hotel again? Has no reason to be. Never doing this again.
