I had the worst experience in york international hotel. Especially Dubai have this kind of non professional hotels , I cant believe. Staff is very rude , rooms are dirty Especially no service, Internet very poor.Staff asking & begging for money because all staff says they couldnt get salaries from last 3 4 months. Very bad experience 😕 😞

First of all this is below a 3 star hotel, the staff are not welcoming, room is dirty and no noise control, its very loud in the area at night.There is no warm water to even make morning tee or coffee and they responded that restaurant is closed when called for assistance.The AC in the room is not cooling, imagine in this summer.I didnt booked for a twin bed but I was given a room with twin bed without an apology.There is no parking availability in the building and no help was rendered in getting a space, if you overslept, you may be fined in RTA parking as the private parkings around a way too expensive.Not recommended to be booked for 3 🌟!Stay away from this hotel pals!

I stayed here in 2017. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s easy access to the metro. Otherwise very poor including internet, rooms and toilets etc. Also, very over priced. Not at all recommended especially for families. I was single so just completed my stay by any chance.

The hotel is very close to Metro station and cheap. but do not book online if you want to check-in before 2 pm otherwise you have to pay double for the first day.the hotel is very old so everything is old inside the room. I did not see any basic amenities such as soap, water and shampoo in the room. But I saw an old blanket, bathtub, television and the washroom ceiling.Wifi speed is like beween 150 -300 kbps very slowBut receptionists are good.

Me and my friends only stayed for a night since metro was closed. (Checked in later and had to check out early anyways) It was the cheapest room.There are PROS and CONS. Id like to start with CONSCONS:1. When I entered the lobby to the front desk, it smelled cigarettes. FD explained its coming from the bar.But they must keep reception and lobby area always feel welcoming and refreshing.3. It was an old model of bulky TV, the sheet still smell perfume from someone so I had to ask staff to change it.4. There are stains on the wall, few cracks, some area of the carpet were dust-moldy.5. Fridge not cool enough for ur soda or water.6. They dont provide toothbrush.7. 1 headlamp isnt working.8. There are switches that aint working and some u dont know what function.9. Baththub isnt the type you would need for a bubble bath, because its paint or coat is flaking10. Shower head and bidet is RUSTY.11.Room smell a little moldy. Not good for someone who has asthma.12. There are party in the other room so there are noisy people outside the lobby since our room is right next to elevator.13. Although sauna wasnt included in my package, but as I went to the area since its next to spa. There are plenty of fire extinguishers being stocked there.So for those who will book at this hotel for that reason. I suggest you to confirm with hotel before booking.PROS1. The concierge managed to somehow accommodate us with our needs like, the iron.2. Manager walked an extra mile of providing us with laundry service even if laundry service is in the morning. They made us use the old stock washing machine they have.3. We were booked for double bed but the concierge gave us a king size bed with our approval.

The all receptionist is has bad attitude and they are charge me 300 aed for single room . Why? (In new year 2021) ... and in the room also doesnt have any shop and shampoo and towels also i request for more than 3 time but they never listen to me ... and finally I get towels after one hours latter....

This is the embodiment of a cheap mediocre hotel. Stay away if you want a non hassle and stress free environment. On the contrary, the only thing good about this, is the proximity to different restaurant, shops and metro rail station.

This property is very suitably located in centre of Fahidi area, very close to the metro station. Day to Day supermarket is just across the street for your daily needs.Rooms need improvement and the washroom ceiling was leaking in the room where I stayed. So yes, it needs a lot of improvement in the rooms and service.But the extra star which I gave in my review is for the night club. It is one of the best clubs in Dubai with nice crowd. You can enjoy the snooker/pool along with the drinks that they serve :)

Stay away from this hotel if you want a quiet and clean place, non stop party even after the permitted time, cockroaches everywhere in the room i stayed for a while and i wish I didn’t.

I travelled all the way from Chennai, India. This hotel isnt good for family. There is a pub in the ground floor and first floor and there was a lot of noise during the night time. Also, the service was quite poor in this hotel. The room was very moderate and doesnt have the basic amenities for this cost. By the time I entered inside the room, the room was dumped with the smoking smell. I asked for a change of room and they didnt care about it. Frequently got the smoking smell and noises from other rooms. Also, even after I turned off the AC, got the air circulation through the AC vent. The only advantage is that the hotel is located very close to Al Fahidi metro station and has some decent food joints nearby. With my overall experience, i wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not really a nice place. Give it a miss if you’re going with a family. It’s actually famous for its night club. Locality is prime. Nearby you can get number of small eateries. Cleanliness and ambience are just average. Can’t expect more, because of the clientele they cater. Most part of the year, you get a room for reasonable price. So if you’re going alone, it’s fine. But for families, I don’t advise. If you are looking for some night time fun, this is the place for you.

Worst experience and worst service bad air conditioning bad television. When did the check out they told me all done you ready to go and didnt return my Emirates Id I just remembered it two days after and no call from hotel to make a reminder about this when I call today call centre staff talks like bits my mistake will never book a room here again.

Stay away from this hotel. It is not a good place to sleep and rest. First, the lobby smells like a cigarette cave due to the adjacent entrance of the bar inside the hotel. Second, receptionist as the prime contact of the facility offers you a cold and rude approach Id suggest that the management need to train their emoloyee about proper customer service. Third, Parking is NOT FREE and you need to pay it in a daily basis. Fourth, corridors smells like an old decaying rug, its very pungent and feels like punching you in the nose. Fifth, Shower water is always HOT as in so HOT that it can boil your egg within seconds. Sixth, AC is not working as supposed to be and it takes alot of time for the entire room to be cold like you need to wait for 5 to 6 hours and when you left the room you need to turn it off because the receptionist gives you only one key card. Seventh, which is good thing about them is that the cleaner always change the linen, towels and keep the bin tidy. Eight, Also, good thing about this hotel is that it is accessible to most bus and metro train and alot of food choices to buy around the area. So in conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel, and there are better options around which the price difference is not that big. Just spend a few more bucks and Im telling you it will save you a major headache.

The room I got was clean. Towels, bed, pillows were all clean. No smell!!! But I don’t want to give more than 3 stars just because the place is not for families. Other than that it was all good. The staff are good and the room service guys were polite and helpful! The WiFi works perfect! Very close to Al Fahidi Metro station. Restaurants are all around to choose!

I didnt enjoy my stay at York International for the following reasons.1. Inhaled smoke from other guests rooms that filtered into my room. Seems as tho everywhere was smoking designated.2. The service was below expectation. The staff werent helpful or friendly.The only good thing is the location. Its quite close to a metro station - Al Fahidi. Asides that, I didnt enjoy my stay there.

Location is very good, Near the Metro. You will get all the Good Restaurant around. Room is very clean, Locker & TV available (WiFi is slow). And you will get a nice veiw from room.*Im not suggesting this hotel for Couple & Family. They have Bar & Dance club at Ground floor. From 12pm, they started making noice and some slutty girls stand in front of Bar. It can make you Disturbing if you have family with you.

It was amazing and the price was very good.
