Hotel is modern and newly furnished with good service. Staff is pleasant and courteous, however the odd bugs and cockroaches kind off puts the experience to a level beyond expectation for such an establishment. Its located next to a restaurant which makes it convenient for late evening dining or lunch. There is also a row of stores and a supermarket which makes shopping for groceries and snack very convenient as the rooms are equipped with a basic kitchen.

Very Bad Business Oriented Hotel. They only care of money not of customers. I’ve done booking with agoda via booking.com. I travelled from Ahmedabad india and reached at property at 9:00 PM. When I reached at property they told me your booking is cancelled by the system. I asked Why but they don’t have answer, I requested to give me new booking they Told me we are full and not having any spare room. I waited for 30 minutes to know the reason.Finally I got answer that the booking rate is double for the dates I have done booking so to earn more money from another customers they canceled my pre booking. My booking was for 4 days they totally ruined my entire trip.I suggest all to not book this Hotel in advance from Booking.com or Agoda as they will cancel it without your knowledge and your trip will be ruined.

I called up to the contact number to speak to one of my guest staying in suba star hotel apartment. The call was answered by OYO CUSTOMER CARE.When asked the customer care agent Eliyas to contact my guest, He asked me the registered mobile number even though he knows that i want to speak to guest staying at hotel. Then he lied me by telling that he wants to help me and wants the guest name to identify the room number.At last but the disaster customer service agent was telling me do whatever you want .I am very clear that i will inform all my guests, family & friends not to select suba star hotel or book through OYO....There is no option to rate zero !!!!
Never Book this hotel online. They cancel your booking when you reach at the hotel and refused the entry.Worst policy to do business.
Nice apartment, value for money, nice service.
The hotel was dirty . When I complained about the it .I was given cleaning materials to do the cleaning by myself. I saw roaches on the wall. Used Utensils (with food all over them) were in my apartment. The picture of the building is over exagerated.
They canceled my booking because they were getting higher paying customers on vacation seasons. Never book this hotel. Worst experience
