My husband and I are beyond grateful and thankful for the wonderful experience we had as we celebrate our wedding reception in this hotel. The creek view in the restaurant, the set up and arrangements are all amazing.. All the staffs are very nice and accommodating specially Mr. Nolan who assisted as on everything and made sure that we will be stress free on our special day. We also had an overnight stay, we love the buffet breakfast and morning swimming the following day. Indeed it was an unforgettable and remarkable experience for us and our friends. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends..

Wow is the only way I can explain my stay at this exemplary hotel, from the kind and warm staff. The very diverse and positive staff members that cater to youre every need. I wouldnt mind if this hotel charges my a million dollars a night. The food, service, and room are all outstanding. And Mr.Rishi is the most comforting and kindest man in the building, he deserves the world for his consistency and effort in what he does. Visited and stayed in this hotel way back 2008 with my family. My kids were grade schoolers that time and really enjoyed the facilities. Now they are graduated and have not been back ever since. Love the location at the Dubai creek and the hotel evokes the hustle and bustle of the mega city, but still steeped with UAE traditions.

Warning: Covid restrictions for this hotel mean no valet parking and no club lounge access. If we had known this prior to booking we would have stayed at another Marriott property, as there are others in Dubai with valet and lounges. Mr Lee at the front desk did his best to compensate us for the oversight in not having this information available on the website. Parking is outside so my car was covered in dust, bird droppings and cat prints. Instead of a club lounge with breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour, the tea and happy hour are combined and must be enjoyed in the lobby. Was not the quiet afternoon like I enjoy at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates. Our suite was nice, overlooking the Creek, but the coffee maker didnt work. Room service was delicious and reasonably priced. Security working the front door is very friendly. The proximity to the Souk isnt bad but its too hot to walk at this time of year. I hope all services return to normal later in the year so I can stay here again and spend more time in the Souk.

Good and clean hotel. Need little upgrades like the. Couch in the room was worn. The shower design represents a risk to senior citizens, mainly because the edges are high and could cause falling to older guys.

The hotel itself is exemptional and the staff are amazing. I like to commend the hospitality and hard work of each staff. We stayed for 3days with breakfast. Absolutely brilliant hotel and staff! If you are booking here make sure you sign up for the marriot bonvoy membership, you get discounts on food and drinks at the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location for the gold souk, spice souk, bur dubai, Old souk, and plenty of other places. It has amazing views over the creek and you can see the boats travelling during the day and the dhow dinner cruises happening at night! The hotel has some lovely restaurants and the bar staff are amazing at the British style pub! So friendly! There is also a swimming pool there. There is a desk at reception where you can book many excursions too! Highly recommended and will be going back next year!

A great hotel, perfect location in Old Dubai... The staff here are phenomenal, super professional and always willing to help/assist... This is my second stay here, I really have enjoyed my stay... My room is beautiful, super clean and an amazing view of Dubai Creek... In the evening, I enjoy my walks here... Lots of space to walk...The gym is open 24/7 which is great... The hotel maintains strict Covid protocols... This hotel is spotless and beautiful... I have really enjoyed my stay here...My travels with Marriott, my breakfast buffet is always been included and here it is not... I have asked to have the manager contact me and unfortunately that person has not... I had assumed that all my Marriott perks would be available here and that does not seem to be the case... I dont really like the nickle and dime approach... I hope that this corrected for future travelers...I will definitely be back!!!

What an Amazing place, beautiful lobby and one of the classic hotels of Dubai the service was exceptional I was greeted at the door and assisted the whole way. The place had great views as you can see by the video of the Dubai creek and yachts and the old Dubai architecture. everyone was extremely helpful and I highly recommend this place to stay

I my humble opinion, its the best hotel in Dubai. Ideally situated, and has all the amenities enjoyed by tourists.

Not recommended, they are cutting costs, few staff are handling 10s jobs, service is ok, staff is cheerful, but management is not helpful, they will not help you in case your schedule changed or you need couple of hours after check out limit, they will pursue you to last dirham in your card. Be ready to pay for each minute you stay more. No appreciation for stay long period like 5 days continuously as I did.Go for other hotels nearby it if you prefer crowded and near creek areas. Parking is not near, be ready to walk under summer sun.

Had Iftar at Vivaldi restaurant. Fantastic setting with views of the creek. The food was nice, but not a great selection. Very poorly organized for how to get the food. Worst however was the lack of knowledge from the waiters/food servers....no clue about what food they were serving...even simple questions was too much! For a 5* hotel I was expecting more!

The future of the world class living is now here in Dubai. Theres nowhere in Dubai you feel uplifted as you do here. LOVE the place, love the mood around

It was our honeymoon and Mary Ann, Kelly along with their team made it perfect. It cant get any better. Kelly assigned us an amazing room with a creek view from a top floor though we arrived much earlier than check in time.. Mary Ann arranged a chocolate mousse cake, flowers and swan bed with rose petals to make it sooo romantic. We were very surprised by her gesture. Breakfast buffet was excellent...had enough food selections, room was very clean and service was within reach. The shoreline view of the creek from our room was breathtaking...overall an excellent pick for work or leisure. We will definitely be back.Continue providing your best. My warm wishes are for this team. Future bookers...highly recommend this hotel. It is genuinely 5 star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is a gem of a hotel! Me and my partner stayed here for 2 weeks so we really got a feel for this hotel. The view of the Dubai Skyline you get from the restaurant and your Creek View room is worth 5 stars on its own. The room is lovely and spacious and I felt at home right away.Every single member of staff is doing a fantastic job and they were also so helpful and friendly. I would like to give a shout-out to Tariq (the door man) and John (from the Chelsea Arms) for really going the extra mile during our stay, you guys rock and carry on the great work!We had half board during our stay and the food was delicious, from the breakfast curry (trust me try it) to the amazing pizzas and pub grub it is all delicious!The location of the hotel is great with only a short taxi to the airport or downtown Dubai or a short walk to the metro to get you anywhere in the city.My only feedback is that there is a limited amount of TV channels for an English speaking person (if you dont want to watch the news) but the complimentary speedy WiFi means you can just watch whatever on your device!Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and me and my partner will be coming back in the near future!

Couple of weeks ago, we had a pleasure to stay for a weekend in Sheraton Dubai Creek. We really enjoyed our time over there. Our suit & the view were the best! Huge apartment with windows all around and magical view during sunset and sunrise at Dubai Creek, Burj Khalifa, The Frame etc.. Cannot describe it in words!I will post some pictures for you to see :)Hotel Staff was were nice and helpful too! We felt very welcome and taken care of! Thank you so much !!I definitelt recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai, or as a weekend staycation.

I cant believe that I have to rate this Sheraton hotel a 1 star. I was expecting to atleast give it a 3 or a 5 star rating but after my privacy issue. This was far the worse Sheraton hotel I have ever experienced.Dont get me wrong, This hotel has a beautiful view of the Creek view, Deira city and downtown Dubai that I really love from this hotel but my gosh. I dont know as to why I keep having new problems.I requested a room upgrade to simply determine to use my points or pay by credit card. I spoke with livechat by using the Marriott app. I just wanted to know If its available or not. The livechat agent couldnt give a straight answer right away. It was just a simple yes or no question since I have always spend so much money using the room service and spa and I thought why not ask since I am an Gold Elite member. I decided to cancel the reservation and switch to paying by credit card. Since I got no answer but Surprisingly, I got a room upgrade and the view was amazing. So I knew I was definitely going to rate this hotel a 5 star rating until I had to experience room service. Every time I call, The agent I speak to from room service felt like he wanted to rush the call and really wasnt helpful. I assume it was the same guy that came to my room and provided the food. He was always stressed out for no reason twice. The food is absolutely great but the service sucked.There has been situations that I use the Marriott app to request towels and some bar of soaps and dont bring it at all. Despite all that, I still wanted to give a 5 star rating to this hotel just because of the view but my gosh. Day by day, My stay was getting better to worse. I was deeply disappointed to find out the maid decided to throw around 20 plastic bags that I was planning to use for my luggage to secure some stuff since some of them are strong plastic bags and had receipts that I could have claimed at the airport for tax refund. I just dont know how the maid could do such a mistake like that!!! It was next to the TV. NOT NEXT TO THE GARBAGE CANS and still throw them out. After that, I decided to stop ordering room service which would have really been atleast over 1000 AED. The manager Ms.Anne Mary apologized for the experience. Which was such a kind lady and ensured to make sure your stay is comfortable whatever you need. So I decided to extend my stay for another two nights because of her amazing customer service.Later I realized the room had an issue every time I would take a shower. It seemed like every day I stay at my room. The water leak would get worse and worse and worse. Which affected both sides of the floor of my bed. My gosh, I really think this hotel hasnt done a renovation in a very long time, Since you can actually see a Cisco wifi modem on top of the room. Which in my opinion is very unprofessional to see and makes the room kinda awkward but the bathroom is very modern and updated.I decide to go see the swimming pool and just walk around the hotel. The swimming pool is alright but I walk around the garden section of the hotel to see so many chairs just laying down so ugly and unprofessionally to see from a Sheraton hotel.The manager Ms.Anne Mary still made me happy and I still decided to extend my stay for another 2 nights since I didnt finish my business plans and the hotel is close to everything.The last day of my stay. I missed my flight. So I had to extend it for one more day. I was required to go to the American Hospital at Al Bashra. I had to wait atleast 4 hours to do a covid-19 test. Which resulted myself to be very tired and get back pain for sitting there at a very long time.I decided to take a hot bath. Which I needed to do since having a hot bath can help with the back pain. I have always used the same setting of heat. All of a sudden this engineer employee opens the door completely while Im undressed. IT WAS FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCED I HAVE EVER FACED AT A SHERATON HOTEL. TALK ABOUT PRIVACY!

One of the most hospitable hotel in Dubai. Stayed here for a couple of days with family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 We really enjoyed our days here, rooms are great, the view is nice and the buffet is delicious. They are also offering membership fee for their amenities. 🛏 🛁

I had very good stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers. Located little bit out of centre, witch is perfect to me. Regarding to this i was able to discover more diffrent local things. Water Bus and Water Taxi stations are next to hotel. Breakfast is good, afternoon tea is good, happy hours food selection could be more varied. Service is good, especially in executive lounge. Staff member Anna-Maria is really kind and good conversation partner. Only small thing that they dont do welcome gifts in the room like ive expected to get from most of Marriott hotels. Overall : Nice hotel and i would come back there any time.

A great hotel with fabulous breakfast buffet!Small but decent fitness room, nice lounging area by the pool. Free shuttle to the beach. Rooms quiet, clean, and well-appointed. Downside is alcohol ain’t cheap in Dubai. Staff was very helpful and attentive. I would stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel right on Dubai Creek with great views of the creek and downtown area (and Burj Khalifa). The staff, and notably Camille at the front desk, were exceptionally professional and warm. All of our questions were answered, and the service overall was impeccable. A sign our front says the hotel was constructed in the 1970s, but you cant tell that at all. All new finishes, and the rooms are very clean and well furnished.

Amazing place. It is one of the oldest hotels in Dubai around 30-40years back. Keeping that in mind it has an amazing variations of food items. Rooms are outstanding since its time. It is on the creek side so the view is undoubtedly beautiful. Must visit the Indian restaurant called ashiana.5/5 for view,4/5for gym ,3/5 for pool, 5/5 for food,5/5 halls and conference rooms.

We had a really lovely stay. I am a long time Dubai resident- since 2006. This summer we cannot go abroad because of work, so we have been doing mini staycations here every weekend in a variety of Dubai hotels. I had not been in the Sheraton for 10 years. We were absolutely charmed. We will definitely return. We loved the junior suite. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were wonderful. The food was super. I was staying with my two small children (twins age 5). The only small issues concerned things for the children. There is no kids club. Every other hotel weve stayed in - in Dubai- has one. This is very handy for the very hot hours in the middle of the summer days when they cant be at the pool. The other thing is that they are not allowed in the club lounge during happy hour- in every other hotel weve visited they were allowed in the club lounge during happy hour. The lovely staff were able to bring me a glass of wine in the lobby where I sat with them. This was very nice but a little awkward going back and forth from the lobby to bring snacks. We ate in the Japanese restaurant and it was a FANTASTIC experience. I was eating alone with the children and the staff were amazing. We toured all the stations and learned all about cooking from the lovely chefs. I adored the wide sushi selection and the kids got to try all sorts of different foods. It was really lovely.

We have recently returned from a 5 day break in Dubai for my wifes 50th birthday. We stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers.We could not have chosen a better hotel and would be happy to return there in the future,From the moment we arrived to when we checked out the service was first class.The staff were so professional and nothing was too much trouble. The selection on offer for breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging choice.The location on the creek was fantastic, and if you wanted to get to the tourist attractions of Dubai the hotel was close to a Metro station. The cost of a taxi in to the centre was very reasonable.All in all a fantastic Hotel & we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A reasonably priced 5 star hotel with good standards of rooms, restaurants and facilities. The friendly staff are always on hand to assist as required. The club rooms with creek view are lovely, and club lounge facilities are well worth paying the extra for. The hotel has a nice pool with adequate sunbeds and wasnt busy during our stay despite the hotel being at almost full occupancy. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from a metro or bus station and 5 minutes walk to the boat station. There are nice walks along the creek. The Indian restaurant Ashiana does a great budget offer of a thali lunch for only 49 AED.Breakfast on the terrace of Vivaldi restaurant is great with lovely creek view rooms.

There were 11 ladies from all over the United States that came together to celebrate their birthdays and celebrate we did! I would recommend a trip to the UAE! The hotel was comfortable and accommodating to us! I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel!

Amazing views ( sea view is a must ) the in house restaurants, Vivaldi has some of dubai’s finest views to compliment great food. Asiana is very authentic Indian culinary experience, with great live band. One of the swiftest check in and check out Iv endured .. great team, great hotel. Would definitely recommend, and will be returning soon.

I stayed on the 8th floor overseeing the Creek. The view was excellent from the room. The bathroom and linens were very clean and comfortable. The Air Condition worked fine. Very close distance from restaurants in the vicinity. Public transports are easily available.
