The entire stay was just so bad. Dont think this hotel or its staff understand the concept of a quiet room. Ive clearly and explicitly requested a quiet room, they put me on a floor that literally has not one room empty. I one complained about doors banging at 1 AM and requested a room change, the reception rudely said well instead of changing rooms you shouldve told us first. The doors bang at 1 AM, and 6 AM, how is anyone supposed to sleep. Honestly I had no time to argue and I had work the next day. Im still staying here, if my booking wasnt non refundable, I wouldve left this sorry excuse of a hotel and their staff. Just so rude, super unfriendly and unhelpful, rooms have paper thin walls, just highly unrecommended for a good night sleep. Please dont come if youre here for work, you wont be able to sleep. There are many better hotels surrounding this one, dont do my mistake and stay here, money down the drain.

I have stayed in the hotel for 5days and One of the breakfast staff called Dorryn made my stay very special. She was very attentive, remembered my name and call me with it. Super proactive, friendly and people person. Remembered what type of coffee I drink and what pastry that brings me before even I ask. #staffmakeadifference keep it up! Can’t wait to come back again. ☺️

Weve been to several Radisson Blu Hotels here in UAE and as usual we like how friendly and accommodating their staff. The room has it homey vibes, where we can arrange our stuff and have space for our babies stuff.They were so kind enough to let us have a crib for our baby, he loves his space where he can crawl❤️. The breakfast buffet was amazing.The rooms were cleaned very well.❤️They have free parking, we were able to explore Dubai without worrying where to park after.We would definitely come back and would recommend it.

Media city hotel very nice place and near metro station and near plam jumeirah beach

Frankly, it does not deserve even one star because it provides new parking spaces for more than 4 hours, even the items for the third room. There is no shower for the bathroom!! And the biggest mistake is being exploited in this way, and the room is very narrow and small, and I treat them with full respect when we told them that there are no options, only to go out or go down to the Hajj, who spoke to you from the heart of the event!

Stayed here for 12 days in April’21. The entire staff was super polite, friendly and always ready to help. Room rates are affordable as well. Will recommend 👍🏻

I went there to get some food and found a very cozy place called Icon. Food was very delicious especially steak. You can also try Punjabi Samosa which was very tasty.

Below standard for 4star.Firstly the staff were really helpful, polite, well mannered.My room was very small and not very clean. The dust on some less noticeable areas of the room was dense.The shower blew either red hot or ice cold with low pressure. Despite fiddling with it for a while I could not get a decent temperature and choose cold!The rooftop pool is in need of a tidy up. The cushions on some beds were ripped and the water didn’t look to clean either.Breakfast was good.The gym situation wasn’t idea but that’s partly due to COVID. When I checked in on the Thursday around 5pm I was told I could have a hour slot at the gym the following day at 5pm. I kicked up a fuss and they allowed me to use there and then…when I got to the gym it was empty and the booking in sheet for the entire day had about 5 names on it. I think guests book but don’t show!To top it off I just received a rewards programMembership but they got my name slightly wrong…I’m not called Sergei and when I tried to login and change it I can’t because I don’t what they’ve used as my surname.

Amazing rooms, amenities, restaurants bars and everything you will need to have a good time in Dubai. Located at the heart of Dubai with easy access to taxi, bus, marina and Dubai metro.

Rakibul and stephen and the rest of the staff is VERY NICE but there is NO VENDING MACHINE on site and if you plan to walk to carrefour market good luck walking 10 minutes in the dubai sun. Also the parking garage is where they keep trash so it STINKS TO GO TO YOUR CAR. but there is a FREE POOL and PAID SPA. also we were on the 7th floor in the second tower right under tamanya terrace and the club is blasting music until 2am so you cant sleep. NICE STAFF but NOT A PERFECT HOTEL 3/5 Stars

Im from Kazakhstan, from Pavlodar and Almaty cities. I lived in this hotel when i visited Dubai from 30.06.2021 to 02.07.2021. Very comfortable Hotel, gentle staff and good location and tasty food. Good location. Plenty of work space in the room. Ideal for business use away from tourist post hotels. My only criticism is the design. Dont understand why so called experts in design feel the need to put a window in the bathroom for all to see you taking care of your ablutions. No bum gun either.Room service good and large portions.

Probably the best and the most friendliest bar in uae , staff are just simply above excellent specially haya a very wonderful person and friendly and peasant is an amazing person .. overall this place makes you feel like home in a way or another even though its just a bar .. you will probably think Im exaggerating and being nice but please if you have a time to spare and chill give it a visit.

It is not a secret that if you want to be at all places at once - come to Dubai. There are located all of the places around the world.Like in this place it was a real Latina Party! And for a moment I forgot that I am in the Middle east. Live music, violin, flute, songs. Nice shisha for 75 aed only.The food was satisfactory

Ive been on this hotel for 2 weeks, amazing experience, a couple of names that made the difference for me in the stay were Arvind, Dorryn and Sameerq on the breakfast, and Joy at the reception and the guy who fixed the toilet for me 2 am in the morning, which I had been broken by me

Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media CityHad a billing issue where the hotel held the amount and didnt charge it, instead they charged another transaction and thankfully I extended my stay and noticed this mistake (that happened to double the amount deducted or held from my credit card) and only when I spent 30 mins explaining and debating till the reception guy talked to finance then they released that the did and a mistake and released the transaction which will take 15 days or more to reflect and I had already got my credit card overlimited by 1.1K AED which daily markup and daily interest because of this. and couldnt finda senior person to talk to and Ive asked to get someone to contact me and cannot find any email from the hotel side!The worst hotel experience Ive ever had in my life. maybe worst experience overall. never interacted with a business that created that much of financial damage to my credit card and with really no care to solve the issue or even take the proper actions or talk to finance, or whatever!

A decent hotel with some spacious rooms. The check-in process was smooth but my requested late check out was not recorded in the system and got locked out of the room once. The walls are also quite thin, so except to hear the people living in the room next to yours. The food however is really good! A little pricey but with good quantity and top quality ingredients used.

They were good!EXTREMEN AND URGENT Update: eventhough corona pandemic affected hotels, this has been the WORST experience in my life in a room let alone a hotel.Fanta dropped on the floor by a client who came after us, yet privileged because they paid more.The disrespect and lies of the clerks are unbelievable.Booked a double bed room and received a single bed extremely small room.Placed 2 guests and received equipment for half a guest not even enough for on.The communication is We changed your booking. Take it or loose your moneyUnbelievable that my favorite hotel has been so destroyed. Never expected raddison to be so horribleI will not wait for questions on which platform did I book! (It doesnt matter, your service does)A client is not to be questioned but rather background checked with the cameras and the reservation code!PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO EXCUSE YOURSELF BY ASKING A QUESTION!Even a fake upgrade (in reality a super downgrade was provide).I really hope this brand shuts down as even their compensation was a lie and rather a downgrade than a promised upgrade.Worldwide a compensation would even be different. My one week business trip in Dubai was a pleasant one,thanks to Eunice the receptionist who was very helpful and cordial. This property would get 4-Stars if it wasn’t for a horrible experience from reservations and being upheld by the general management.First the overall review: This property is well aligned with Radisson’s premium properties line Blu. It’s a hip, comfortable and modern hotel, even though its age is starting to show itself (worn carpeting & dirty grout). Perfect spot if you have meetings in and around Media, Internet or Knowledge Cities. Even Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina are quite close and walkable if you’re not visiting during summer.Walls are a bit thin too as I got a morning and evening audio show of my neighbours passions, and their kids.Front desk staff and housekeeping are exceptional and I looked forward to seeing the welcoming staff on the pool deck daily, however due to being sunken between buildings the sun only appears on a far corner for a couple hours a day so if you’re hoping to get a tan, find a beach as you won’t get it there.Now the dirty: I booked via Airbnb as I needed a place in the area value priced for the 65 days I was working and studying in Dubai. Snagged this for $45CAD/nt and was told a suite was available for me as given the duration of my stay I need the extra space for my own sanity. Well, after booking, I went to confirm the suite and that’s where this property’s true colours showed and yes.. they’re very BLUe! A dialogue ensued of absolute reluctance to budge on their cancellation policy of 30 days non-refundable even when the implied terms were voided and the request to reverse the charges was well within 24 hours of initial booking. So here I am stuck in a place I don’t want to be.I get it.. we’re in a pandemic. Revenues have collapsed, Dubai is literally flooded with inventory. But what’s the worst is that they’re so desperate to hold onto that $1500, that they’re willing to tarnish their entire brand in the process. This is why they lost another 2-stars.Now will you have this same experience, likely not. This is still a great property and a wonderful brand. But I will definitely never return and the entire Radisson brand will have the memory of this stay in my memory.

Very nice hotel, great for working in Media City and a short distance from JBL. The Icon sports bar is very nice too. Breakfast is the usual wide spread of food and is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. He staff was really helpful. Good breakfast buffet which had almost everything of something.They also have a tourist help desk, they arrange for all tours and travels. The staff at this desk also helped us a lot.Room was really good and well maintained. We didn’t face any problem.Location is also really good, because it is close to both the metro station and the tram service which goes towards the Atlantis.Overall 4.5-5/5!!
