Good service and great place for chilling out

Just a cheap hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel rooms were dirty, the AC was not working properly. Overall the staff was very helpful but this hotel needs a major overhaul. Not recommended.

This hotel is rated one star (saw that at the entrance) and its not bad. The rooms are fair and are well maintained. It is a 3 floor building with a lift befitting its size. It has nice interiors in the rooms and good arrangement too. The entrance to the hotel is choked within some shops making it not easily visible. All the same its a nice place to lodge.

GREAT Location! Right at the heart of the Naif Shopping Area. Very ideal for business shoppers since you will cut on transportation cost..just shop and drop into your room as many times as you can...

Cheap place to stay if you are staying for a night or two but you can probably find other better places for the same price

Chip hotel in dubai and nice staf on reception pathan staf

Well, for the price its good. Its safe and relatively close to a metro station. But our room had a relatively dirty feel to it, A/C was loud, and it had some small cockroaches. Be careful with the breakfast eggs, mines were 2 months old, not expired but maybe not refrigerated well because my stomach hurt after.

Staff amenities treatment everything is fine at this price including continental breakfast. But be sure they will collect the money only in cash - AEDs (cheques, cards are not accepted. )

Hotel is located near metro train station, intercity bus terminal and congested markets. Rooms are simple, clean and have all necessary facilities. Its a good value for money. Breakfast is included in the room rent and has fixed menu of 4 slices of bread with butter, jam, 2 boiled eggs and two cups of tea.

Quite old building. No bath tubs. Only one towel, old furniture. One star only but price was same as 3 star in bur dubai area. May be due to congested business area.Only had included continental breakfast ( 4 bread slices, jam, margarine, boiled egg and tea or coffe.)Did not have lunch or dinner there since several good options available down the road.

Decent accommodation for the price paid. Bus stop is close and lot of good eating outlet close by.

This place should be renamed Emirates Guest House. Ants in the room was off-putting. Not impressed at all

Though opted for non smoking room we were given a room which filled with smokes which didnt get cleared even after using room spray. Though room is small but is good in the budget but 2 star is for the environment n the smokyy room

They say that they do offer wifi but it is never working. Rooms are equipped with AC but do not cools. 5 min visit to a room is equivalent to have a steam bath. And when you complain then the staff is rude and compalins you that they are offering rooms at cheaper rate. Messy and uncleaned rooms with no services available.

Pretty affordable ,Convenient because its right in the centre of deira market but it isnt quiet or big. Bed is small, the service you get isnt the best. But if you are there for trade, its perfect. upside, it isnt crowdy

Cheap hotel with mainly guest from Africa. Clean and some what noisy. Wifi is not amazing. But included. My bed was very hard.

Booked 2 nights with this hotel on makemytrip. the grand total is 222 AED, inclusive of tax as shown on my confirmation slip. Unfortunately, when I got there, the staff insisted I pay a higher price of 284+ AED, justifying that he added extra taxes. Hence, he misquoted the prices on makemytrip.

Not a good experience ... heavy drum sound till night 2 a.m. very difficult to sleep before 2.00 a.m because of noise... I checked out after 2 nights although had paid for 3 noghts. No refund for 1 night
