Imagine being with the only money on mi credit card and with cousin soo late night having tiresome day but saying our names are not the some we are not allowed to sleep there we hard to sleep on street the all night

The hotel was the worst I have every stayed in , I left immediately after seeing lots of bugs and insects running on the floor even after changing the room to another I have found the same problem, the area around the hotel is completely unsafe and lots of bad smell and bugs and not working television and worst possible toilets with cigarettes smell all over the hotel and the rooms. I asked for a refund and the hotel told me they will do it and follow up with the bank and it has been more than 5 days with no response. I recommend no one stays at such low quality low grade hotel with uncleanliness

A normal place to crash while travelling. Services are okay and cheap too. Nothing fancy to be expected here.

Highly recommend. Reception desk stuff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms were nice and clean. The bakery a few meters to the right from the hotel entrance has a naan bread to die for, especially the one with za’atar (local herbs and spices). Neighborhood is not very touristy which I thought was nice.

Cockroaches, a shower which barely gives hot water. No power back up.

Was a short stay but amazing in vudget with full services from the staffs made my stay more comfortable.. thumbs up !

Very bad location... no hotels parking the parking is beside the sidewalk and paid parking 5 AED for 1 hour. what a bad hotel location.

Facilities are not upto the mark ..... employees are not much hospitable.....but you could get a cheap accommodation....

Ill jot down the review in some points for your ease.Pros:✓ TechnologyRFID and ACs are a value for money for a regular hotel in budget.✓ LocationCentral location if youre interested in markets such as Naef Souk, Baniyas Square and even Gold Souk.✓ MobilityHigher mobility due to Baniyas Square (Metro) as well as Naef Instersection (Bus stop) being in a walking distance.✓ ConvenienceEconomical eateries are right outside the hotel. You can eat your breakfast within 5dhs and lunch/dinner under 10dhs. There is also a 24hr supermarket nearby by the name of Malabar.Cons:✓ No CleanlinessI rate the hotel 2 out of 5 in clealiness. Reason being that the hotel does not have dedicated cleanliness staff. Their is only one staff member in each shift who attends, cleans and make rooms alone in all rooms. Its a hassle for you especially when you stay longer.✓ Questionable ProfesionalityIf despite your confirmed booking they offer you a room in another hotel which they do, DONT GO.

Very bad to reception.If u have marriage certificate u can get it room.u r couple or bf and gf u didnt get it room.so if u book the room before should be keep ur marriage certificate. So takere.agoda also cheat u .if u dont have marriage certificate lost yr money and time.they have more hotels .thats a groups.sutchi hotel thats also include this groups.take care yr self.

If you have family and friends with you you should visit prime hotel if you are in dubai with out any hazitation

Very nice budget hotel. Nearby from Banyas square metro station around 5 to 8 mins walk. Overall Dubai is very safe place so no issues of safety. Mr. Ram at reception was very very helful. Arranged the city tour for us. Also was very much approachable for other needs like sim cards, electronic markets etc.Didnt expected such good service from this hotel. Rooms were also very much clean. They dont have restaurant but lots of indian restaurants nearby.

I must confess that I was not pleased by the action of Mr AATAMRAM (receptionist). I would not forget the embarrassment he gave me and my pregnant wife on 4th of August, 2016 just because of his inability to make sure that our visitor submited her identification card before gaining access to our room. We have 2 weeks visa and planned to spent 13 nights at Prime hotel but we had to check out to another hotel due to his embarrassment. The management should call for an investigation and possibly train him on customer care relation or rather employ a competent staff. Such incompetence and poor attitude towards work can affect the reputation of the hotel. Thank you. Lawrence.
