SKAF hotel = fraud for food. They have two kinds of food (veg and non-veg). Since the cook doesnt know what is veg for multinational people. He makes something(In this world nobody knows the name of the food he makes) and says that it is international. If you are fed up with the one and only chicken curry available for lunch, you can ask for fish curry and they will put fish in chicken curry and say that it is international. They say that they change the menu every day. Yes, it is Upma to Poha, Poha to Upma (breakfast), Lunch (Chicken curry-> fish inside chicken curry and vice versa.), Dinner(same as lunch)This is the best example of food fraud in Dubai in a Four Star Hotel. The Restaurant manager doesnt know how to deal with the guest. If you are coming through a travel agency, tell them to arrange food separately. It will spoil your whole trip. People commenting here good about this hotel either dont know the facility that has to be provided by a four-star hotel or, afraid of things.

This hotel is a fraud! Half board meals will just give you 1 food type amongst a short list of dishes! The rooms were dirty and incomplete with the basic amenities like slippers, refreshments and even toothbrush! A total disgrace and sub standard 4 star property!

Absolutely horrible hotel!! One of the worst stays. It took such a long time for the receptionist to verify our booking and kept asking question like how/when we made the booking when he should have been able to verify this info in his system. The room was too small, the bed sheets had old markings like it wasn’t washed properly. The air conditioner was broken and couldn’t adjust the temperature as the room was too warm, there was no hot water and as soon as I opened the tap water came running down in brown colour and both washroom taps were filled with air every time I opened them, the drawers would open on their own ?! There were loud music coming down from the club until 2 am and when we complained about the noise the receptionist said he will send a technician to check ? Like really ? Poor customer service like they don’t even listen or care. Never staying at this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely disgraceful when it comes to sticking to their words for an event. After going through all the decisions of making a menu and fixing prices for the party hall, the management takes full pride in changing their prices without any hesitation. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from hotels like these that would make you feel cheated. I did waste quite a lot of time in negotiating , deciding , and finalizing , and when you get such a response , it actually is frustrating. Definitely ain’t going to be hosting my party , or stay here !

Happy with the room ,but not with the staff serviceI came for check-in with my girlfriend at the hotel in the afternoon ,after a long drive from palm jumeirah ,where we stayed before and we requested to have a king room with balcony like i requested at agoda booking but they told us is not available .The staff saw us that we had a lot of luggage but noone even moved an inch to help us.We went to the room ,the room was fully equiped and modern but after we tried the bed it was very uncomfortable and in a bad state ,i even noticed that they have joined the bed so badly and didnt even inform us upon check in ,that they gave us twin room .They offered us a room change after but it was too late ,and we were tired because of our trip to Atlantis .The breakfast was horrible ,only 2 options to choose for egg and some coffee ,nothing else and the place was like a 2 star restaurant ,and when we requested to go to the pool they told us is not available ,i stayed 3 days and i didnt even have the chance to check the pool ,when in agoda it says pool provided at the hotel.I would like to mention Francis Fernandez from IRD for his awesome 5 star service ,he is truly an asset for your hotel .In overall you need to give the guest more information about facilities and what you provide so the next time would book to a better hotel who knows how to welcome guests!!

This Hotel Not even Eligible for Single star. How its became 4 * dont know.The rooms are not cleaned daily basis.Dont have any check list for House keeping , cleaning, sanitisation.Even we called them so many times by intercom provided for cleaning the rooms.But The hotel staff answered once in 3 to 4 days only we will clean the rooms. Also rest room also same once in 4 days they want clean.Breakfast area is small not spacious, Every morning crowded. The variety of Breakfast also no up to 2 star. As mentioned this is 4 star Hotel. The menu should be improved lot.Room also not spacious.Hotel Management need to focus to retain the customer by Proper daily cleaning, house keeping, sanitisation, with proper scheduling and implementing .

I stayed this hotel for 16 days i was amazed !!!! is it 4 star?????? very bad service these days they didnt change my bed sheets didnt cleaned my room.... also the breakfast... i ate the worst breakfast ever in my whole life.from this hotel when we reached the restaurant we need to wait 45 min from the live station. and i got all the day the same dish upmavu there is no changes they served the tea in a small pot for 50 people... also the staffs are very rude not friendly and responsive appreciates only one guy from the security department south indian ... i will not come back this hotel again .. also i will not recommend my friends... pls improve first... otherwise change the status to 1 star or a lodge..

The hotel staff are unfriendly , they are tough and un helpful , very bad service and impolite guy in the reception , the rooms are not clean and the air conditioner is very bad , I found insect on the bed sheets and the room service refused to change it ...there comment we change the bed sheets once only , I advise to check for another hotel specially there is a lot of wonderful hotels at the same area

I am a car rider i was in the hotel for the delivery i call the customer please come down that time security guard black man ask me to go outside you are not allow in the hotel I said customer is coming down in 2 minutes but he tuch me and take me out and then other guard come to me and said i will punch you and open your head very bad experience with security very very very bad if the delivery riders not allow then they don’t allow the customer to order outside or why they don’t have specific platforms for delivery.

This hotel is faded glory. What must have been a nice hotel is now old and out dated. I asked for a wake up call but nobody called me. Luckily I woke by my alarm. The carpet in the room was full of stains. It was a non smoking room where a lot of people had smoked in. When I entered the room I noticed that the bed sheets had stains and holes as well, so I asked housekeeping to change them. It took her 3 bed sheets before she found one without holes in it... During the night a very loud noise kept me awake due to a faulty toilet pump. I understand now why the hotel was so reasonably priced for a 4* hotel. The location is still very good.

Simple hotel .. i guess 2 stars are fare enough..the hotel although its still new but looks consumed .. the maintenance there so weak .. seems they not care about guests rest and satisfaction .. i hope they could do much better to move on ... we are here in dubai our standards should be high as usual ..

Bad & poor service in this hotel not advice able to any Customer dont recommend any person their is nor facility for taxi or Grocery it located on the silent area specially families cant allow to stay in this property... even though room service also and front staff also not good.

A reasonable place to stay. Underground parking gets full if you come after 11pm or so. Room ACs are not so powerful. Or may be our unit was on the top floor so was hotter than usual but not uncomfortable

The bell boy was very kind and helped us extremely. I recommend this hotel. The rooms were very nice with a private balcony. It was very nice to drink tea on the balcony and have fresh air . Great place .

Nice folks at the front desk and security, lightning-quick room service - all let down by dirty, unclean rooms and washrooms, hallways, which was such a major letdown! Rooms were borderline filthy, carpets stained, washrooms unclean with cockroaches, smelly towels. There are 3 clubs in the hotel (1 on ground floor which has an entry fee, 1 on the first floor and another on the roof which is open will 6am). Good hotel if youre a single traveller or are looking for a hotel with clubs inside and arent bothered by the loud music the whole night. Definitely wont recommend this hotel for families or people looking for a clean place to stay - there are better (cleaner) options in Jaddaf.

You dont get tea, coffee, sugar and milk in time, I had to go and buy from a corner shop, so also tissue papers. The swimming pool need to be upgraded. The restaurant Manager is not friendly, he finds it hard to communicate with customer,he wont respond to greeting, I suggest he goes for Customer Service Training. Staffs are friendly, hard working and polite. Room very big and save.

Good place had a nice stay. Hotel can accommodate more people. Pool is one of the nicest I have seen in a hotel, it’s on the rooftop! Staff is thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding, a wide variety of things to choose from and omelets cooked to order if you desire. A place that you can enjoy!

Clean and cheap. Great location in terms of proximity to everything especially to the train station. Did I say great customer service? Excellent internet. Everything a traveling practical businessman needs except line thing: show off and glamour. Its not a big name and the area is a humble clean and safe area. Not great for a vacationing family but possible if theyre on a tight budget.

Visited the hotel restaurant for a birthday party. The hotel is situated in the new area - Al Jaddaf - which is being developed from scratch. Hence infrastructure of roads and public transport is still not fully functional. Road leading to the hotel too is very confusing for same reasons and the building seems isolated. The hotel itself is decent. Lobby and lifts seem new. However the restaurant walls seem old and worn out already. Food served at party buffet was good. Staff around are freindly.

Ultimate luxury hotel.swimming pool,gym ,night club everything is here.but surrounding of this property so many construction going on and u never feel about inside City.

My experience was good but the location is little far also there are 3 nights clubs in the hotel ! And we hear the voice all night .. the swimming pool I think its only for the night club

I had the worst nights of my life in this hotel, I booked for 4 nights but it was a very bad experience since there is two night clubs in the hotel one at the first floor and one at the top. so if youd like to be sandwiched between to beats al night long up until 6 AM book there. even when I called the reception complaining about the volume they said that the club have separate management and they cant speak to them. and if I want to complain I have to call the POLICE for them imagine that, how rode of them and they didnt even bother to apologize for that. I asked for the manager and obviously there is no night shift manager and the reception said I have to wait until the morning. Each day I come to my room until 3:00?pm not cleaned and call receptionist,?he reply that all the team busy with check out many rooms and also the breakfast very bad and everything in this hotel very bad and My last advice DO NOT BOOK THERE.

Wow this was a wonderful place.🤩 This hotel is very new and afresh. The service and hotel staff were very kind and helpful even at the first sight. The WiFi is excellent I was able to download movies and screen share hotel TV with my laptop. 😃😃 This is way outside of the city but we have a metro in just 4 mins walk so its easy to get into the city. Very calm location. Good swimming pool and bar 😁

Indeed, an amazing place. Food was good, hospitality was great. Co- operative friendly staff. Rooms are very good with all the modern amenities. Most relevant places are nearby. Creek and city view from the room made it nicer, they also have a rooftop pool and a spa within the complex. I strongly recommend for family stay.

A very great experience. I stayed on for 1 week. Excellent hotel with luxury facilities. Very good dine-in especially lots of option in Breakfast, moreover needs some extra vegetarian options in dinner. All the staff was professional and helpful specially Mr. Arshad at breakfast buffet lounge. Strongly recommended for all !🤗

Bad hotel no service nothing no one visit

Good rooms with almost no outside noise and great staff. Decent breakfast and gym. Location is a bit far from most places, so make sure to have a car.The biggest thing that was really bad and why I likely wont stay here next time is the swimming pool area. There was construction the whole time and the whole place looks like a warzone, workers had their electrical wires in the swimming pool while working and the whole place is a really big mess. I looked forward to a little swim after a hard days work, but ran away. It was like this each of 3 times I tried to go for a swim. Employees apologized, but that didnt change anything.So if your not planning to use the pool, a good option to stay at.

Such a nice place! Easy access, comfortable and clean! The staff is so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast hosts were extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed also the front desks was very approachable for everything we needed.

We are planning a party this month at Perola restaurant of the hotel and we are very impressed to the R&B Team.. very accommodating and got a good package. The place is nice, neat and cozy. We hope the service will be more impressive and the food will be great.

Good and helpful staff, my family had a great time and our stay was extremely relaxing. Basic rooms are also well-maintained with lot of space and upscale amenities. If you have kids I can guarantee you they will enjoy near the roof top pool. We had a nice time, thank you.

Best and best economical hotel of Dubai . The negative point of this hotel is they have small rooms. But staff and hotel service is very good, impressive, and fast. Hotel staff are professional not like other hotels. They gave you complementary tea , water bottles, shampoo unlimited, soap, body wash, iron and iron table and least but not the last they have small mini bar. The hotel has good daily breakfast, we also enjoyed the evening cocktails and were always facilitated well by the dedicated concierge. This hotel is a great place for business traveler to work and have some fun at the same time. Loads of complimentary amenities, had a great time!

A wonderful experience, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Nice and happy people.We arrived a little bit early, the front desk lady was very accommodating gave us the wifi password and access to the pool while waiting. The food was top notch. The place is really close to the Al Jadaf metro station so we were able to go almost everywhere we needed to go. Really loved it, 10/10

Nice clean well located four stars hotel, front desk people are so friendly and welcoming, the check in and check out procedure was fast. I expected bigger rooms with sofa or couch instead of the single chairs and the refrigerator wasnt working well. Good value for money and very nice location to reach anywhere in Dubai and all services are around including Al Jadaf Metro station. Good to reserve here and stay. Also they should keep more coffee in the room. Very quiet and clean.

My sister has visited Dubai. for her we booked Goldstate Hotel. today morning after my duty around 3:00 am I went to meet her.first I were not allowed to visit in room and second hotel manager doesnt want to meet us because he was busy some where else. And when I asked the managers name the boy who stood at the reception told me that if you want to complaint write my name and didnt give us any Authorized Person contact or Email.It was very rude behavior that we received from hotel management.

Metro is nearby as well as the tourist places are close to the hotel. Room are tidy and cleanliness is maintained in a timely manner. The room I stayed was good and you will feel like home.I would definitely stay here again.

Value for money, compared to any other hotels in this city. Rooms, food and lot of amenities. Had a short stay on one of their summer packages, I am so happy that I got a great deal!! Cheers!!
