I passed by a friend of mine over there Dear, I dont think its bad This hotel or. hostel

The place was great. Stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean. Mr Sameer guided and insured my safety.

I have stayed in this hotel for 9 nights with my family.For us, we havent came across any bad experiences during the stay.The staff were friendly and was always willing to help us.The rooms are not as big as it seems in the pictures and the streets are all filled with traders as well as the roads are narrow.Other than the above, things went quite well for us.Recommended for those who are looking for a comfort stay for a decent pay!!

Nice hotel, not too expensive. Almost turned away the first day because they gave us different price from what is seen on their sites as other booking websites . However one of their bellboy Shrinavas came to our rescue, helped us negotiate better prices. We got a good bargain for 8 nights and the guy assisted us throughtout with transport and made our stay comfortable.

Phonix hotel is totally bad no proper bed space nd washroom is not clean nd staff directly came to room for check out without knocking the room

Room well furnished and good with kettle tea and coffee sets also mineral water. Good for money. But no facilities in the hotel the only thing that they have are gym and spa.Staff are friendly and helpful. But room not that much clean.The location is in the middle between union metro station and salah Al din metro Station around 15 minutes walk.

It is a very weak hotel. I think we shouldnt tel this place hotel. Even its not the real Phoenix hotel. Their breakfast is not good.The door lock was damaged. After 2 days someone came and fixed it. The toilet was broken. The towel was torn. There wasnt any sleepers. The telephone and the refrigerator didnt work.I never want to go back to that hotel again.

Edited 2021: visited the same hotel after almost one year..things got changed...room are not up to the mark..not even providing drinking water......2019:Cheap and best..metro station is near, within 600 meters...rooms are big enought, clean and well maintained.Staffs are helpful...through OyO i got this room for 14 dhm..

Dirty rooms with unchanged sheets and unclean mugs and glasses. Lounge chair is so dirty as well. No free parking. No other recreational areas are available either. Small rooms but quite adequate enough. Sheets are the major problems. Stains are still there. The best thing only about this hotel is that it is smacked right in the center of the old dubai. Union metro station is near as well.

Staff are friendly, every time I go dubai with my husband we always book here. Hussle free. And because we feel comfortable with the hotel and staff even sometimes its far from our real destination we end up staying in Phoenix hotel. 😂 But no regrets in terms of trust. I can give poor rating only even my bedspace sounds better.... The First impression when i get inside itself they made disappointed. I can find lot of cockroaches and bed bugs not only in room but also in washroom too . Mini bar is like hot oven with no cooling at all. AIR CONDITIONING Unit is also having issue not upto the mark you can feel that in the reception also..you need at least 20 minutes to take shower coz water is drizzling in that speed .I missed out this theres not even complementary water and coffee welcome drink whereas we are getting it in other hotels.I think OYO you should look into this and also inform to the hotel management for their poor services....

Best for continental foods. Sitting area is small but clean. Washroom is too much dirty. Staff is little bit ignorant and some time you order different item and they deliver different dish.Prices are very reasonable. but sweets are too much costly.recommend for Continental food lovers specially who have low budget.Never saw females there so not recommend for family

Horrible breakfast. The reception is irresponsive to your needs especially if you arent Indian so youd better set your alarms if you asked for wake up service. The faucets are rusty. My room had a leaking bath tub. Maintenance didnt even bother even after I made a request it be checked.

Good interiors inside the room and outside of this area is too much crowded.

Good place to stay. Price reasonable. Nice people, good food. All shops are at walkable distance. Night time is also active.

Ok to spend a night here since the price is good and it was ok to be 4 adults and 2 kids in a room with 4 beds. We stayed here when we arrived in the middle of the night and slept a few hours before leaving for another better hotel. The cleaning was ok. Very poor breakfast.

The room wasnt clean and full of mosquito, they didnt change the towels in the bathroom and the things at the bed, we had to ask please tidy up becouse like this is imposdible living here.If I have to choose Im not booking another time.....sorry!

Not encouraging. Staff did not respond to complaints about room facilities. The fridge in my room was not working throughout my 10-day stay last November, despite my several reports. At checkout they slammed a fictitious additional charge on me. The breakfast and wifi were ok, though.

Not recommended, very dirty hotel.staffs are rude and dont know how to spoke. No complementary water ,untidy rooms and toilet. Door lock damaged not comfortable for families.

Pheonix Hotel in Dubai was the worst experience of my life. I found towels with brown stains and cups with pieces of old food in it. When I told the management about this, they sent a cleaning boy to wash the cups in front of me and he then told me angrily: Check! Is it good now?! and then asks: Where are you from? I say Canada, and he laughs and leaves the door.....then I told the management I want to leave because of rude staff, and dirty room and they told me: I need to pay the full amount as my booking is non-refundable. I refused and they had 3 people from the hotel surround me and telling me I cannot leave until I pay, I told them to call the Police, they did. Police came after 3 hours of me being held captive in the lobby, while 2 hotel managers watching me simply because I refused to pay for a full night when Ive been there for only 2 hours and realized the hotel is incredibly dirty with rude staff. And when I say rude and dirty I mean beyond belief or any standards. Even third-world standards. Im a very patient and accepting person, so if I want to leave a hotel, Im sure ANYONE else would too.Police come and they start speaking Arabic, and I objected asking them to speak English so I understand. The police said he doesnt have to explain anything in English and told me, either pay them or go to Police station. I finally paid, and then after they STILL tried to take me to Police station to see if they can take more money from me. At the police station, I met a decent Police officer that spoke in English to me and realized what they were trying to do. He told me, Im free to go, and if I have complaints about the Hotel to come personally to him.

It is near al riiga metro station..but my problem about this hotel is that..the bathroom is so old and rusty..the shower is so very noisy..the mirroe is faded..I booked for a big bed but what they did is the combine 2 small bed toqether with separate blanket..

The hotel is fine and a a little maintenance to the shower and bowl stain should have to consider as well

Phoenix Hotel is a affordable 3 star hotel with 170 rooms for family and short time guest. Phoenix hotel has parking, wifi and Restaurant facilities available.
