I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The hospitality at this hotel is unmatched. Every staff member was extremely kind, helpful and they all went above and beyond to make sure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Room service was so quick and the food was amazing; large portions too! The room was very clean and equipped with everything I would need. I even got to experience the 24/7 pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Thank you Dubai International Hotel, I will definitely be back.

Very beautiful and well maintained and quite expensive too.Airport staff try to keep you away from check-in timely (perhaps due to prior mutual understanding between hotel management and Airport staff) and also hotel management try to keep you as short as possible but during stay they serve well. Best option if there is time lag between connecting flights (12 hours) instead going out more appropriate to stay inside to keep refrain from formal entry and visa.

A perfect location to rest when you have 22hrs to spare en route to Europe.Unbelievable quiet rooms, esp. when the planes are less than 60m away.Massive clean bathroom and the bed was comfortable too!

Recently I had a flight through Dubai. Since visa on arrival was not available because of covid. I had a 22 hour layover in Dubai. So I decided to stay at this hotel within terminal. First I called this hotel from a phone within the airport. I was told room available for $225. So I went to reception area to pay and get the room keys. Once there the lady said it is now $286. I agree to it (because I was with kids and they needed to sleep). When I gave her my credit card for payment she said the price changed again now it is $344. I had no choice but to pay for it. My kids were tired. She used this situation to make money. This how I was treated in terms of price.Apart from the price hike I also faced racial profiling. When I got to the reception area, there was 1 customer being attended so I wait in line to be called by one of the other 3 persons at the reception. Stood in line for 15 minutes but I was not called, so I sat down on a seat in waiting area. At the same time a white lady walked in. She was attended immediately by one of those 3 persons. A clear sign of racial profiling.

Worst hotel experience Ive ever had. I travelled Europe, Middle East, North America and tried several hotels during my trips but this hotel is the worst Ive ever experienced.If you want to ruin your trip with rash and itchiness stay in this hotel.Ive seen cockroach in the bed sheet and when I asked the room service they only gave me additional blanket and suddenly when I woke up the next morning I had terrible rash and itchiness that took 3 weeks to resolve.If I had another transit trip through Emirates airline I would prefer to stay at a nearby hotel that is clean, hygienic, caring for the health of their customers.Hygienic and sanitization measures should be intensified especially in the era of COVID-19 pandemic.

A few months ago I would have given 5 out of 5 stars, staff was great, rooms very clean, large portions of excellent food with room service. Now 3 is generous. Rooms are still very clean and well appointed but 2 stays in a row had faulty showers dripping all night and poor internet connection (couldnt facetime and had to reconnect every 30 mins or so, internet voice call was ...fair). Spoke to the person at the front desk the next morning, not sure if they got my concerns as they kept talking over me. The room service portions seem to have shrunk and the food was still good but it use to be great! The saving grace is the concierge service , the room service and room attendants. They are simply great.Little things use to make me feel good like offering an extra hour or so waiting for a connecting flight after booking a 12 hour room, now, 11 hours 59 minutes later better have your bags ready or your CC.Use to really enjoy my stays here, now its simply another hotel, still nice, just not great.Let the concierge and attendants run the show....easily 6 out of 5 stars.

Location: The location of this hotel is located at Dubai International Airport exactly inside of Terminal 3. first when you see you cant believe that this building is the hotel. it looks like the part of the airport. so easy to get everything like food and shopping, just go down and you can see a lot of stores. about the gate, no worry in front of this hotel is the gate.Room: I stay in this hotel from 7 AM until the next 2 AM. the room no doubt is clean and with modern design, I love the scene that they use for the hotel. the bed so comfortable, after a long flight, and sleep here so good. and the bathroom so clean, they have complete amnesties. everything that you want while you traveling this hotel has it.Facility: Lets talk about the facility you never imagine they have in this hotel. first of all like other hotels they also have a gym area. if you boring with the gym they have an indoor swimming pool too, a sauna area, jacuzzi. and you cant believe that everything they have is inside of the airport, this is so amazing.Food: I didnt try their breakfast but I tried their room service. mutton biryani, so tasty and big portion. even when my food already cold and I asked them to reheat it the staff brings me a microwave to my room. wow, this is my first experience in which the hotel bring a microwave to me.Service or Staff: the staff no doubt, theyre so professional and do their great job, so welcome. I asked them to make a wake-up call due to my flight and they call me until I wake up and pick up their call, so appreciate the staff.

I did not get the chance to use their facilities as my ticket was cancelled. So, I applied for a cancellation and refund. The staff was really helpful throughout the refund process and stayed in constant touch.

Coming from the business class lounge I wasnt aware at first that you take thesame elevator to the hotel as the brochure guide says the entrance or the lobby is near gate B14. Anyway finally found the hotel and check in was a breeze. This is ideal for long lay overs especially if you have business class lounge access as you can use it as an extension of the hotel ameneties like restaurant and the bar service. Hotel room is nice and spacious, as advertised can accomodate 3 adults although I was a lone traveller. This could also work for families who dont look to go out of the airport after being tired from vacation (pre pandemic). The bed is nice and pillows are soft allowing for a comfortable rest and makes you ready for your next travel. Internet is fast and it also has the usual ameneties of a coffee or tea bar although I prefer to get my espresso from the lounge below. It also has ample desk space if you want to get some work done. The toilet is nice although I dont dig the old style European style bidet which is separate from the toilet. Anyway all in all I had a wonderful stay and would stay here again in the future with family.

Not at the bar with any five star in Dubai. However it does the job and its very convenient. Highly recommended if you have an early flight and still want a decent night.

Its expensive for the facilities and amenities. But youre really paying for the convenience of having a bed to sleep on in case of a longish connection. It can be up to a 15 minute walk and you have to figure out exactly which terminal and which concourse to go to, which can be frustrating. So plan ahead. If they have your flight details they do attempt to have someone meet you at the gate. Thats a bonus!

The reception was very fast and friendly. I understand that now that everyone is waiting for a connecting flight from 6 to 12 hours, there is a high demand for hotel accommodation. Everyone wants to make money, but it should have a roof. I think a room for 300+ USD should be equipped with better furniture, quality mattresses and a capsule coffee machine. At least room 141 in section C reminded me of a room from my childhood in Eastern Europe.

Very convenient way to travel. We had executive room which give you access to 24h lounge where you can eat and drink. Also all amenities ware in the room like shaving, toothbrush...also very friendly and helpful staff.

I had 23 hours stop over in Dubai so I decided to stay in this hotel.Check in was smooth, room is clean and spacious cpmpare to other countries airport hotel big menu for room service.Highly recommended!!

I wish i can give zero rating.I havent checked out from hotel. I am still here.I could not stop myself writing review even before checkout.Reception was good. But no one to help for lugagge.Worst dealing at restaurant. Specially attitude is not customer friendly. Very slow service. Slowest ever seen before. Behaviour is like road side restaurant with customers.

Could not be any better transit. Traveled with family and they just made it so efficient and hassle free.. I had a massage chair that you want to keep using.Highly recommended.

My mother stayed at their hotel in executive room this week. She had 22 hr of long lay over. Though it was expensive, we were relieved that she was safe and in comfort. In addition to that you can get unlimited access to their lounge and they have a good menu you can order from. That was without any additional fee. Staff were very much cooperative. I had to reserve the room in last minute and all the room were booked. They immediately responded after room availability. I recommend their whats app number to communicate like my situation.

I had a 23-hour long layover between two long haul flights. Dubai International Hotel was a perfect choice for me. It is very conveniently located in the heart of transit zone, only 10-15 minutes walk both from my arriving and departing gates. I could not have imagine a better place to spend a long wait for my next flight, without having to deal with UAE visa or immigration control. The room was big, fully equipped, clean, elegant and comfortable. I had all amenities that I needed: kettle, iron, tea, coffee and good toiletries. Fast free Internet; large choice of satellite channels; and an interactive TV with COVID-related information, online room service menu and access to departures timetable. Bathroom was impeccably clean with big fluffy towels, bathrobes and spaceous shower. The best of all was friendly staff that attended to all my needs immediately. They waited for me at the bridge, right after I exited the plane; and they escorted me to the hotel reception. I was checked-in in no time and my check-out the following night was equally fast and smooth. Room service was very fast every time I ordered something. Helpful concierge answered all my questions about the airport facilities, shops and flights. Excellent value for money!

If I didnt have to stay here for work reasons I wouldnt bother. Some of the staff are very nice. Others are stealing and getting covered up by their manager.

It is not worth exploring other available restaurants in the transit area, especially with the social distancing measures and high risk of walking among travelers from all over the world. The hotels room service menu offers a perfectly satisfying and diverse choice of food and beverages. You will only waste time on long walk and you wont find anything better or less expensive at other establishments in the transit area.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. it is clean and the hospitality is great. and the best thing is you can check out in a short time before your flight boarding unlike other hotels you have to checkout noon time.

They’re offering free welcoming service, even though I informed them at last minutes they send someone to guide me to the hotel. They do care about details which I liked it, there staff are really nice. Definitely worth the money to spend your long layover comfortably.

The hotel is neat and tidy. Located conveniently inside Dubai airport. Beware that prize keeps going up so book the room in advance. They only deduct money 24 hours before your arrival time. The room service is good and the quality is good too. The only challenging part is the email support is very slow. You have email them couple of times to get a response from them.

Me & my wife was in executive room and food was included. It was AED 912.45 (CAD $349 /24hr). The room was very specious and we found most off the things that we use in day-to-day life: study tables, locker, mini-bar, coup board, iron, dryer, coffee machine, big washroom, King size bed. Water, beer and other soft drinks was free. Room service was pretty fast. For food we had to go to Executive launch, people were very nice there. And free internet service, but for voice or video calls you have to use IMO.

I had a long layover in Dubai and during the Covid situation, its next to impossible to take a hotel outside the airport. So the option was left with the Dubai International hotel. Their customer team handled my enquires really well and werent too late with their replies. They planned with me to ensure my arrival at Dubai airport and checkin at the hotel was seamless. They also had the gallery restaurant at concourse B, where I stayed, that had a good buffet( limited items on menu) for the price I had to pay. My only concern was I found a long strand of hair in the wash basin in my room and also the 30 minutes of waiting I had to do just to check in at the reception. There were a huge influx of customers who came all at once and the staff were slow in handling those numbers. Atleast there should be a separate counter for those customers who made reservations so atleast we could go ahead to the room. Anyways at the end the overall experience was really positive and I do recommend their services for anyone who could be in Dubai airport for a long while.

As transit passenger I was greeted right after the boarding gate. My check in was pretty fast and my bed option request was maintained. Actually management seems very professional and immediately after I booked they were very prompt to reply all my queries. Room is really very specious and clean. Must mention about their quality pillows and very comfortable bed. Toilet amenities are so so but all towels were bright white and clean. Shower tiles could have been more clean hope management will look into it. Front desk staffs are very helpful. Hotel is just two floor above duty free shops and boarding gates. Had pleasant stay.

A great hotel right in the terminal. Plenty of locations in Terminal 3. I stayed at the ones in concourse B. Great rooms, plenty of space and perfect amenities. The service was great and the ease of getting in and out is simple. I used the spa services too and its open 24/7.

It was good to have been met at the arrival gate and escorted to the hotel. The team were extremely friendly and the customer service was exceptional. Ill definitely be using this service again when needed.Its the easiest option when you have a long layover and need to get some sleep. The convenience of not having to travel from a hotel outside of the airport in the morning is worth the cost.

We accepted the offer to an upgrade to Executive Suite and really appreciated the Meet & Greet on our arrival. Staff were all very friendly, accomodating and helpful. Hotel lounge was small but impeccably clean and service was very attentive. Food was also very good. Overall great stay.

Not good experience , there is not much food court available apart from McDonalds and two cafe , so you wont have much options to choose the restaurant to eat . Should have been more availability with different types and origins

Outstanding Airport Hotel. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. They actually walked me to my connecting terminal transfer shuttle. The room was very large, very clean and super quiet. Highly recommended for long layovers or as a way to check out the worlds most amazing airport!

Good price for good and spacious rooms if you are 2 and have to stay for more than 4 hours its better and more economic to get a room, theres literally everything you might need in the rooms including ironing set, and they give you discount coupon for restaurants outside.

Had a great stay, the personnel were really friendly and very informative. At the Gallery restaurant, the food was great and the restaurant has great ambience. At the hotel Bharat a receptionist was the first person who received me and had answers to all my questions. The room was nice and clean.

I had an overnight stay here. Be the deluxe room was great.vhadveverything I needed. Cosy bed. Seating area. Electric Tea kettle and complimentary water bottles were there in room. Bathroom was clean and supply for travellers - shaving set, toothbrush, etc. It is worth every bit of money.

Rooms are comfy and just what is required for a long stopover waiting on the next flight. Travelling with a family of 4 asked for additional bed a little added to the bill but no problem. Easy access from the terminal. Very quick check in upon arrival at the front desk. Staff would assist by taking you to your room. Provided gate information and morning call. Rooms and clean and quite, much better than alot of 4 star hotels in cities.

Love this place and the duty free shops. A silent but a vast airport. You have the airport staff everywhere to guide you for questions/queries.

This was an excellent overnighter rest for interim travel.The room was sensational. We upgraded and had all meals and drinks included which was well worth it.The location is just brilliant for a quick stop over as you can do all your duty free shopping at your leisure before your fly out again.I will definitely be coming here again.

I was concerned that staying at the airport would be noisy and loud with planes landing and departing, I was wrong. The rooms were quiet, comfortable bed and nice accomedations. Even ordered room services. I will definately stay here again when I have a long layover.
