Horrible experience, the customer service is practically non-existent, the wifi that is offered is faulty and need an upgrade (Keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes, the rooms are filthy and has had no refurbishment since their opening (There were scorch marks on carpets in multiple rooms I switched, with the sofas in most cases cut to a minor extent)Rooms 1/5Wifi 1/5 (Not free as mentioned in the amenities section - they charge 150/- per month)Customer Service 0/5Amenities 2/5Location 4/5Parking is not available in-case you need it...as they quote it wont be available in the next year (Great!)All in all a horrible place - avoid at all cost (thats their only good point I think)

Extremely pathetic, poor, disgusting and low quality hotel for stay. Stay away from them.They seem like just getting money from customers in return for no service.No drinking water in the room was available, no towels, bed sheet was torn, no double bed, instead two single beds we joined in such a way that you couldnt notice in the first look, bugs in the room, corridors outside the rooms were pathetic and dirty to the maximum possible level.

Quiet rooms. Parking available.Nice staff. Overall positive experience. Except the smoking area is too hot, needs a solution.

Very worst hotel in Dubai, they dont know the meaning of customer service,if you ask for a room you will get a stupid answerBig or small room sir?after they will told you they dont have although they have!!!!If you are resident there if you asked for a parking they will told you that they dont have and they are manipulated for that as they rent for who will pay more even from outside-Food, you should go for doctor after having food there- cleaning service is very very worst cleaning service, they are very lazy to clean rooms-No cleaning for the swimming pool- they dont know how to speak with their customers.- they only have a good price 😕
