Its been a while when I have this experience to stayed in one hotel with no hassle at all.Everyone is very friendly and accommodating and location is accessible for many restaurants and supermarkets also. We loved the hotel as the interior was nice and our room was spacious but the view that we got is a parking lot area which is not that relaxing. Jacuzzi was not working and there is a miscommunication between the staffs in regards to their pool opening hours.In case we’re hoping and looking forward for improvement on our next visit 😊

I chose this hotel for my father to stay and did not regret a second about my decision.Great comfortable light room. Very nice stuff, especially Rachel at the reception.Beautifully designed. Close to Mall of the Emirates. And no need to get a food package as just 1 min away a freshly made Pakistani, Indian, Arabic, European, Turkish food to be delivered or dine in.Wonderful experience.My father is coming to Dubai in autumn and he said he wants to stay in Al Khoory Atrium only.

Great customer service. Especially the gentleman at the front desk by the name of Ahmed. The building is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. The pool is awesome. I’m booking there again for my family next time for sure.

Downsides1. Rooms were pretty dirty. Although they do clean them, the carpet, the floor, the surfaces are full of stains etc. that is hard to clean2. Theres not much to do in there - no bars, no disco.3. Miscellaneous stuff like shower gel, bathrobes etc. - minimum of that.4. Didnt enjoy the locationAdvantages1. Very quick, responsive and welcoming staff2. Nice swimming pool

So happy to stay in Al Khoory Atrium Hotel. The experience is wonderful from arrival till departure. The staff will greet you with a warm welcome the moment you set foot in the hotel lobby. Room is complete with all facilities and super clean including the public areas. They have a nice rooftop pool where you can chill with the Dubai skyline right in front of you. Ive very much enjoyed the personalized treatment that i received from all service staff who are very friendly and helpful. I will also not miss out to mention their food which is awesome and recommended. Thank you Al Khoory Team especially to your Hotel Manager for a job well done and for giving me and my family a memorable stay. We will be back!

I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff , reception, Bell boys, room service are very friendly and they do their job even a little extra everytime you approach them.My room, every day was like a brand new. The guys make it shine!. Havent tried their restaurant food though.Colours of the hotel quiet interesting. You will find interiors in orange and green. And always always clean.As for facilities.. gym has few selection of machine however, many of them will have a note do not use. Swimming pool is small. Good for relaxation but you cant much move if there would be more people in.

Stayed for 3 months, much appreciate the hospitality. Will come back for sure! Just dont go for Food at spices.Rest is perfect. Thank you very much! Wish you continue the great service. Very heart warming goodbye.

Al khoray Atrium is a very beautiful and well managed hotel. Excellent parking system. Very good staff available 24hours. The view of the atrium looks very beautiful going up from the lift. The swimming pool and gym are also so nice. We had a great time with family at this hotel.

Average, the security and the bellboy act like bouncers, one rule for the white person and another if you look Asian. Re reception staff are well mannered and pleasant.Nice hotel but for those that like to have an alcoholic tipple, this is one of those dry hotels. You have to go outside to Donatellos or holiday Inn for a beer

Its been our 4th stay and I highly recommend the place its super clean, quite place to stay, the service is amazing.During my stay shfaq from house always made sure our room was neat and we never lacked anything and he was always smiling .Thank you shfaq.The receptionist are amazing and honestly which make it easy for understanding guests.Kudos to have amazing team.

Good for rate.Room is good designed and cleanAC works fineStaff are good except two persons, one is Lebanese I think from restaurant service and one of girls in reception was speaking bit aggressive otherwise most are very good especially Asian staff I noticed.House keep guys are very friendly but the problem the mask was not well weared always nose was apparent which not safe.Set menu variety is very low and bad, team was offering few options and they call as exception while I see this should be the normal although it is fee options however food quality was excellent!TV support was bad, MBC2 channel was breaking up and they failed to fix it and my stay was 2 weeks!Reception guys need to be friendly enough however there is Asian guy was very friendly.They taking 200AED for security reasons and refundable I didnt like this forced action at all, was very weird!Overall hotel is good however when back I might consider other options over it but I will not annoyed if use it again it is nice overall.Big thanks to Asian staff they were the best there.

I stayed in this hotel for more than two months. And Im not making this review to state the little things that really got on my nerves sometimes during my stay because they were mostly honest mistakes, so I will skip to the big problem:I stayed in the hotel from May 26th till July 30th but I was tested positive for COVID 19 on July 29th so they evicted me out of the hotel and told me I had to go to an isolation hotel (which is fair).But heres the thing, I paid for a reservation from July 30th till August 7th, which I wasnt able to make use of because of covid and they charged me extra 300 AED for cleaning and locking the room. So I figured they would at least be understanding enough to refund me my reservation money, but that never happened.I made this reservation through Booking, and requesting the cancelation was complicated because a third party was included in the deal but to make it short, I sent a request to Booking for canceling the reservation and I told them the whole story. Initially they refused and replied with a mostly generic template but after I replied they told me they contacted the property to request canceling the reservation. And after trying to get to the person in charge in Al Khoory for 5 consecutive days, I was finally able to speak to the guy who I had been contacting during my eviction and transfer to the isolation hotel and who promised me on the night I left that he would help with the refund request once the hotel receives it. He transferred me to the reservations team who told me they received an email from the other partner who was responsible for the offer but the email didnt mention anything about my COVID test result so they couldnt refund me (needless to say, they already have that data on me since they forced me to leave the hotel because of it 10 days ago!). I expressed my discontent so the guy I was speaking with gave me the phone number of his supervisor and told me to call her the next day (today) to discuss the issue further with her. Ive been trying to call her all day long but no one answered so Ive really grown sick of it.The pandemic has been ongoing for long enough now that one would only imagine COVID infection should be considered a special exception for refund requests by now, but apparently thats not the case.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Overall, this is really an amazing hotel, but I had to give only 1 star for certain members of the staff.My stay at your hotel was near perfection and Im sure your hotel must be one of the greatest in that area, but Im afraid I had unpleasant experiences with two of your staff members on July 19, 2021.This man at the counter seemed to be a manager as he was in a black suit without a name tag. He was wearing glasses and looked to be in his 60s and was typing with only his index fingers. His English must have some room for quite an improvement, but it was not the real problem. The bigger problem is he only selectively understand and respond just as hes willing to. Also, his guidance only left with me a horrible experience with the hotel.From my experiences in Abu Dhabi, I expected I would need to prepare some cash for taxi. When I asked him Is there anyway I can pay with card with a taxi? In Abu Dhabi, they didnt accept cash he said you can pay if the taxi has the card machine, which was totally useless obviously. Of course, they will accept the card if they have the machine. I didnt feel he was even listening to me at all.I didnt want an argument so I asked him again Okay, if that means I would need cash, wheres the ATM here? He said ATM is in the back. I thought they had a vestibule or one in the hallway since it was my first visit to this hotel. It turned out in the back meant 200 meters away out of the hotel past two corners. I came back without success and asked him again.This time he asked a concierge named Saji to show me the way . His or the concierges guidance were not helpful at all. Mr. Saji was only explaining go straight, turn the corner and theres supermarket type of instruction, which only those who already is familiar with that area would know. I had to go around at around 110F to find the ATM in a town Ive never been to withdraw cash pointlessly since all the taxies take cards. The first ATM was in the wall of a supermarket, but its screen was covered up with sands beneath the glass and I couldnt use it. I had to come back all the way back to the hotel and asked Mr. Saji again and he told me to find another hotel of Al khoori chain. Does someone whos never been in that area have to try find their another hotels location to find an ATM on his phone when hes talking to his hotels concierge in person? I wonder what IS concierge and a hotel mean in your area.Working there, the front staff mustve known that 99% of Dubai taxies take cards. Also, I have no idea why I had to be yelled in my face by Mr. Saji, saying Who said no ATM! when I said Sorry, but I cant find it, Im new here. Theres no ATM in the back.

Nice place, good monthly rent.Localisation : very good near mall of the Emirates and 2 mosquees at 5min for walk.Cleaning : Mr.Ishfaq a good cleaner, Very nice and polite, very discreet.Room : very good, Bright, clean, recent, modern, very good bathroom with tub.

Decent 4 star hotel.A lot of cracks and chips, but this is Dubai.In Dubai all buildings are build quick with no attention for detail and low quality.If I was only comparing Dubai hotels, I would have give it a 4 star rating.The service was also good enough. Nothing special.

Hotel is fine for the price, but the staff are useless and rude! Another guest blocked in my car for over half an hour, making me miss a meeting I had travelled from Abu Dhabi for. The Security Guard and the Hotel Manager just stood around looking gormless and talking to each other, and the Security Manager arrived and proceeded to tell me I didnt know how to park! Ive been driving for 16 years, have 360 degree birds-eye cameras AND parking assist. He suggested I should have retracted my wing mirrors so I could have got closer to the wall, but I parked first and the other guest parked wrong! I had to threaten to call the police before they finally took action, then they allowed the guest to verbally abuse me. There were also problems at check-in (they had no idea about the hotels.com VIP program and tried to tell me that VIP meant I got other perks such as use of the pool)!! Take your money elsewhere until the staff learn to communicate.

Spacious and clean room with awesome SPA and pool. Supermarket is just behind the corner as well as nice cheap local bistros:) Totally recommend!

Cheap and quality of room is excellent.Large bathroom size.Aesthetic of hotel was great.Parking - if you come late , parking is very difficult to get and you need to park the car outside the hotel. Also, big size car to be driven carefully to the basement parking due to narrow space.

Nice place with good and well mannered staff. Very professional service. Gym and pool is open. Smoking not allowed inside hotel premises not even in your room. You can go out or on roof top for smoke. Rooftop is open from 8 am to 8 pm.

Great hotel, very cool design with good facilities. The staff are exceptional from the security guys, the girls on the front desk to the house keeping guys. A particular pleasure was dealing with Mr. Shahnawaz at suhoor time in the restaurant absolutely exemplary service super friendly and went out of his way to ensure that I woke up on time! Also Mr. Adnaan who is usually there at regular breakfast time outside of Ramadan is great, a very friendly approach and extremely helpful. Could not recommend this hotel enough.

I had very very bad experience in khoory atrium i have confirmed booking but when i went to the hotel no one is opening the parking barrier i was waiting since 15minutesI’m very disappointed and i cancelled the entire book.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Housekeeping and reception staff were the best. Room, amenities and service were all exceptional.

Variety breakfast with helpful staff. I had good welcome upon arrival and was given a room with no smoking :(. Hotel is good clean and maintained. Gym is small and pool always busy.

Staff is friendly, price on the limit as the rooms are not new anymore. Food is ok, but could be better. I gave only 3 stars just because I found one cockroach 🪳 in my room. They came to desinfect the room immedetely and they promised to do something more next morning, but the strange feeling stayed.

Al Khoory Atrium is gem of a hotel, the interiors are very well crafted, rooms are big & very well soundproofed, the reception staffs are very polite, the housekeeping is prompt & check-in / checkout were hassle free.I have a suggestion, Opt for rooms with windows if youre looking for a long stay, as i had booked superior room which has the view of the lobby (not my preferred view, I didnt notice it upon booking), but they changed my room to the one with windows after requesting.

I am a fan of this hotels chain. I usual stay for short periods a night or two. It is simple neat, clean, comfortable, with most of the facilities required, helpful and professional staff and very affordable... Value over price is great.

Good,Monthly and yearly options are available here with good price. Dinning options are also good in near by area..1 or 1.5 KM from metro station, mall of Emirates, and Lulu hypermarket.

One of the worst hotels Ive ever been to! Not recommended at all! For some reason, I had to book a night at this hotel, after a wonderful experience I had at another 4 star hotel on the opposite side of Sheikh Zayed Road. Unfortunately, it was an extremely bad decision I made!1-The first time ever in my long experience with hotels to hear an operator arguing that extra towels and iron cant be provided because we are moving out on the same day!!!2-The room looks like a can, doesnt have a window to the street, but 2 very tiny ones exposing the room to internal corridor and another room. I requested a room with an external window to get sun light, they requested to pay 40% more to get a room with a very bad view to another buildings.3-Consumables provided are of poor quality.4-Hotel is over rated. Given 4 stars, but can barely receive 2 stars!!!5-No valet parking service.6-Pillows and beds are very bad and uncomfortable7-Location is very bad, congested, and difficult to reach in the evening.8-Furniture colours are very bad and uncomfortable9-No sign or indication that rooms are sanitised10-I noticed other customers complaining about the services too.11-Operators are not available 24/7. Had to call desperately multiple times, before they call me back after long time!!In conclusion, its my first time experience and must be the last to this hotel.

We stayed at hotel from 01-Dec-2020 to 04-Dec-2020. It is very nice hotel and it is amazing. We enjoyed each and every moment I our stay. We booked the hotel through agoda. But, agoda has cancelled my booking without informing me. We were really disappointed. We were strolling with this issue and hotel staff also so busy with their works. Finally great gentlemen (Mr. Adnan) help us to solve this issue by contacting agoda so many times. He is great person. He spent over 2h to slove that issue and because of him we were able to stay in same hotel and we could enjoy our vacation. Mr. Adnan you are great person. Its a clean and very good hotel to stay.

The hotel was nice, spacious room, colorful interior but if you are an OC like me and/or maybe a previous hotelier, you will see some tiny details that might change your mood. I found not just one, but few strands of hair, and some are not a hair on the head but seems like a hair from down under ( if you know what i mean ). When i tried to inform the reception, my call was diverted to operator and i spoke to one lady whose voice seems like someone just dragged her out of her bed and asked to work but she doesnt like. I informed her but a word she just uttered was okay and told me that she will send a housekeeping. She might not know the reason behind that call but nowadays, bcoz of Covid, we have to be so vigilant. If that strand of hair was not been properly clean, what more small details do you think they missed. And yes, i did check other areas, floors have some strands of hair as well, parts of the shower have some visible stains from soap. But im thankful to the housekeeping supervisor who personally came and checked and told me that he will send someone to clean it. Overall, i am not satisfied with my stay.
