The rooms were clean and the sunbeds comfy. The hotel is not too far away from downtown and has a private beach️. BUT the service has been much better 2018. Unfortunately, the beach staff is not quite responsive. Often they are not at the spot to hand out a towel or water and the remote calling device is not given to the guests (I guess to reduce the workload). Please improve it :-) But the other staff at the enterance or reception are lovely and helpful.

Its a pretty cool place to visit and the ambience is excellent. The staff at the Nikki Beach resort are friendly and take the time to inform newcomers and visitors about the special offers and programs happening at Nikki BeachThe location of the resort is quite interesting and is hidden away from the harbor and the maritime city area. Plenty of greenery right at the entrance and there are lots of villas in construction , but in due time this particular area where Nikki Beach is at is going to be amazing.

Really enjoyed my time at the beach club. We came to celebrate my friends birthday so we booked a couple of cabanas. The area was spacious.The pool was really nice and they had a couple of jacuzzis (cold water) which was cool. It’s too bad that the pool bar itself is closed due to covid, hope one day it’ll be back in action.The food was generally good. The jumbo prawns were awesome and the rest of the food already great. The service could have been a little better. I’ll for sure be back.

A serene experience is how I would describe my time here. Truly recommended for an amazing relaxing time watching the sunset while sitting by the waves.My visit was to catch up with friends over a good cup of coffee. Haven’t yet had a chance to savour the food, saving that for my next trip!This place is a hidden gem in Dubai.

Nikki beach poolService was soooooo slow for a place like that ! No enough waiters to serve , waited over an hr for 1 drink that we had to go 5 times to tell them . In short: stunning, perfect, relaxing and peaceful!The Hotel at Nikki Beach Resort is a complete different experience from other Nikki Beach venues around the world (in a good way!) The place is so peaceful, gorgeous and luxurious; its also family friendly. I went for a beach day and had breakfast and lunch. I cannot wait to be back!The food was ON POINT! The service was perfect, the staff was friendly and useful, the food was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were super fresh. I especially loved my breakfast experience with stunning views over the beach. The sushis at the beach were great as well and I highly recommend it.Every single detail has been thought of. From the building to the artwork around the site, the architecture & design is stunning. The place is super clean and comfortable. The beach chaise lounge were so comfy too! It was so pleasing to feel welcomed and to see that every detail was taken care of!This place was so relaxing, peaceful and luxurious. I highly recommend staying or even just going for a beach day.

Already my fifth time at this hotel. Why? It has a private beach, it is modern, the breakfast is very healthy, not far from the down town by taxi, and the service is beyond expectations.

Reservation procedure for beach club is a nightmare! We reserved 2 sun beds 14 days in advance. Reservation email received, but no confirmation email, therefore our reservation was canceled shortly before. When we called them, they tried to upsell their most expensive packages to us. This happened also to the other people we stayed with.

Great view and awesome beach but the food was well below average. Calamari was overcooked, lamb shanks were hard (not soft as they should be when slow cooked), and the pizza tasted like tomato ketchup sandwich (embarrassing). The drinks were also not up to standard, especially the passion fruit mocktail (more ice than taste). Top everything off with extortionate prices, and you have a recipe for disappointment.

Great building, fantastic, large rooms, friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was simply delicious and served on the lovely outdoor terrace (go before 10:00 to get an outdoor table) and the beach and pool beautiful and relaxing. Only slight downside is the relentless bass from the Nikki Beach Club located next door. Also, service at the Soul Lounge bar could be better... other than that, no issues at all.

A beautiful getaway from busy Downtown in less than 20min.Modern, clean, nicely decorated and fine hotel. Beautiful rooms, nice views, lovely beach and good food.The only time it gets busy is on Friday (good brunch spot with good music).I highly appreciated the service. Marina from the front desk was the highlight in my stay and helped a lot in accomodating any of my concerns.

Nikki Beach Hotel is one of a kind (in a good way of course), first, you will be warmly welcomed by the staff, the rooms are very spacious and clean, he view is extremely amazing,the restaurant staff is extremely friendly (I forget the lady name who was serving us - shes European with curly hair) and she always made everything correct,Mr. Anwar as well from the reception did an amazing job during the check in and out process, friendly, funny and respectful, this is exactly how every hotel receiptionest should be like!

Housekeeping is quick and does the job really well with cleaning, even if you are a messy person. 5/5Breakfast: the breakfast was a workaround since COVID regulations were still in place. It was a nice solution with an a la carte menu and some pastry and fruits as a standard - the menu was good but some times I would have wished for some more exotic options, they might were able to cook them for me but I was usually too tired to ask 4/5Pool: lovely and really empty - we were there from the 8.7-13.7.2021 and from like 9am until 1pm we usually had the pool for ourselfs entirely. The pool might not be the biggest but it was never packed, neither now or the last time we stayed. Poolboys are friendly and always bring you ice cold water if you want it :) 5/5since I did not consume any dinner I cant review this but the pool-menu was extensive and sufficient for my needs.Location: Phenomenal - and I mean that! 10min to the Dubai Mall, 5min to La Mer Beach, 15min to old Dubai?? and still having a superb Beach Resort with all the amenities needed - world class, only since 1 year there is an alternative to Nikki and its Mandarin Oriental, which is basically double the price.. bang for a buckConcierge: we use the concierge once during our stay - we wanted to visit Hatta and therefore needed a rental car, upon request he handled this situation very professionally and extremely quickly (unfortunately I dont remember his name... sorry mate) he even negotiated the included kms on the rental so we didnt have to worry about overpaying.Negative: there is one point which stood out to me to be ridiculous - the taxi handling situation!First time there were always Hala Taxis waiting outside of the resort so you could just jump in one and hop to the Dubai Mall or any other location you wished for. But now, for some reason there are no hala Taxis allowed anymore, only these unnecessary Lexus cars which are horrendously overpriced (you get asked at the Taxi stop in Dubai Mall everytime if you want a Lexus - Its usually tripple the price compared to a regular cab). If you insist on a regular Hala Taxi the guys outside of the hotel, or yourself if you have the Careem App, have to order you a Taxi which is now, since its orderd online, 7AED more expensive. I know its not much, but over the 5 days we were there we easily payed 80-90 AED just for the Cab premium..But thats really the only downsight I had with staying at Nikki beach!Love to come back and will definitely come back sooner or later (also check out their other properties in Europe (Greece, Montenegro) phenomenal aswell!

Nkki beach a great place we all love to spend a good time at. One of my favourite places🌷just relax and unwind...

I went for Hamam and back massage treatment which costs 755AED. This price is on the high side and you would expect a SUPER TREATMENT. Instead, the steam was not hot, not prepared in advance. The back massage was barely 10mins and extremely rushed. They booked the therapist back to back with no gap so she literary ran out of the room without even showing me the rest area after or any of the other facilities that I can use such as the vitality pool. Also, upon leaving the reception staff asked me if I left the key to the locked in its place and no one cared to ask me if I actually enjoyed the treatment.I don’t recommend this place, and for the price up pay it is better to go to a proper luxury spa such as the one in Zabeel Saray the Palm.

I visited Nikki beach resort cafe today (21/11/20) as a surprise breakfast to my partner. I made a booking via a call for breakfast. While i came in, i was told that i would receive complimentary stuff by the manager before my food arrived (when i dint ask for it). Waited for 20 minutes. No coffee no comp stuff nothing came along. After i raised my concern over 3 times a staff member said sorry “we are busy”. I said sure but how r you serving 3 tables that came after me. He said “oh they stay in the hotel thats why!?”A few staff members had horrible customer service skills - they put a blind eye to my table for 20 mins with no regard, discarded my comments, complains and in the end charged me for the “complimentary” fruit platter!!!The experience at Nikki cafe was simply NOT WORTH the money especially during this pandemic.I dont recommend going there only for a meal, you simply will be made to feel less because “you are not a hotel guest” and hence no good quality service for you!We wanted to take some photos near this beautiful property but our entire experience was ruined by the Nikki beach cafe service.

The food took quite a long time and there was no staff that was always visible to us we had to go and call them from inside sometimes, but the food presentation was nice and it was delicious, specially the seafood pasta that i had.

We stayed in one bedroom pool villa (garden view) in June, it’s was good staying here and very private.People working here are cooperative & welcoming, especially the reception & room service Mr. Victor.The food in the restaurant is normal for a hotel restaurant if you’ve been in a lot of hotels in UAE, but they offer healthy options with every meal choice for breakfast. No complementary breakfast in-room, sadly.A good 4/5 place to stay.

Brunch was very well organised. Staff incredibly helpful. They could have just included more options on the drinks menu and it would have been the perfect afternoon drinking session.

Booked dinner at the restaurant key west. Upon reaching there, the resort staff told me that the restaurant has been closed since March 2020.. but i had a reservation and a confirmation call for that reservation same day. Biggest mystery ever!

It had central cooling, waste management, and was very secure. Great ambiance. Staff is respectful and helpful. You have a 500m private beach line. You can choose from 15 hotel beach villas and 117 rooms and suites. Outdoor swimming pool along with a Childrens play area. Huge car parking. Dont forget the Nikki Club next door for couples only.Overall an amazing experience.

Our stay at this place was in overall great. great looking hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, the room was amazing with great ocean view.if you traveling to this place go ahead and include the breakfast, the breakfast buffet its great, plus you will be eating breakfast and drinking your morning coffer with a great view.location was not that great, its about 15 to 20 min to go the main Dubai attractions, that means you will need transportation to go everywhere, to compensate this the Uber service its pretty good and the hotel service will make sure you have a nice ride every time.i will definitely recommend this place.Oh! almost forgot to mention, you get free access to Nikki beach club!!!

Nikki beach resort and party this establishment should be called.Avoid if you are coming away for relaxing break.The staff and hotel itself is good but their clientele not so much.

Great property for lunch with a view. However our stay wasn’t as good. The housekeeping lacks the definition of “privacy” where we got 4 different calls asking when can they clean the room because our “privacy” is on. The room’s telephone ring is extremely loud, a knock on the door would’ve been more acceptable. The whole point of “privacy” is to not get disturbed though. Also, we’ve booked a sea view room but we were not able to directly look at the beach from the room itself unless we’re out in the balcony whereas there were rooms that had a direct sea view. Therefor they shouldn’t be the same value. Our room was directly by the pool area and dj where we would hear loud beats and children from 12pm. Balcony was spacious and nice, and the room was clean.

Absolutely gorgeous venue. Love the setting. The music was great. Especially the live violinist! Genuinely friendly staff. Took my momma and bestie for Ladies day and what a treat. From the tasty snacks that was offered throughout the day to the complimentary drinks. Cannot thank the waiting staff for making our Christmas eve so lovely . And for making my mommas day fun .

I was hosted by the worst manager ever ‘ ali ‘ the night duty manager, who has no communication skills at all!!!! his attitude was off putting! Did not have the ability to manage a discussion he was very rude and had a very unpleasant body language while speaking with us as guest. Worst experience eveeeer!!!!

One of the best hotels I have visited so far! the team is multilingual, extremly friendly and always on point! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms quite big but with a nice spacious layout.

We visited Nikki Beach for our anniversary. It was worth every penny for our special occasion. We were upgraded to a garden room that opened up into the pool area and had a beautiful view of the beach. The pool area has a lovely ambience to it with so many attendants seeing to your needs. We enjoyed morning strolls on the clean private beach and were spoilt for choice at the breakfast buffet. They have a wonderful spa and gym facility as well as a quaint little play area for the kiddies.

Very good beach resort, the swimming-pool is large and you have a good space to enjoy it.We take a private bed with 3 armchair, we paid 2800dh wo allow us to use 2800dh on the food and beverage realy cool !!The staff is very attentive.

What can I say?! The best hotel I have every stayed at by far, and also the best service I have ever had, felt like a queen during my whole stay! Every single member of staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me during my stay, and I ended up making some incredible friends. Very spacious, clean facilities, amazing fresh yummy breakfast every morning. Very attentive staff, always making sure I had enough water and even when I wasnt feeling well, staff went out of their way to check in on me. Amazing beach and sea views too! During my stay, it was my friends bday and the staff went out of their way to make this very special! I felt very safe with presence of security, in particular Martin from beach club security really took care of me on this trip and I am very thankful. Roshan, a member of the life guard team was always friendly, attentive and caring and also took care of me well! I was invited to Nikki Beach Resort & Spa for a dinner. Firstly, its a bit hard to get there as its very inside and there were no sign boards at all. The place was quite good but it was too dark at the tables where we had food. Food tasted average but the views were pretty nice. The sunset views are amazing at this place.

Huge rooms, very friendly staff. Front desk need a bit more training... Quite rude. Seem as though theyve been hired on the basis of how blonde they are. Food however is top notch, the rest of the service was on par nonetheless

Luxury location, amazing service and private beach/pool! Loved it.

Its a great spot to relax. Good for a date or just to hung out with friends or family. They have few different pools by the beach and nice restaurants around. My favorite I always visit is Key West- the food over there is just mega delicious and the staff who works there is the most friendly and welcoming I have ever met! Another must visit place in Dubai and definitely a good one if you wanna run away from the busy and chaotic city life.

Beautiful beach resort, with a great pool and comfortable sunbeds. The ones is the water are my favorites!The food is also great and the prices are fair. I recommend the ladies to go there on a Tuesday, in the morning, when they have a special day for them, with free coupons for drinks.

Had a wonderful evening at the Key West restaurant here at Nikki beach. Reminds me a lot of Miami. The food was great and price even better. The staff are very welcoming. If youre looking for a taste of the Caribbean I suggest coming here. As a Caribbean person was really pleased to find our home dishes made to perfection. They also have EPC discount. Their jerk chicken tacos are to die for! A must try! Looking forward to coming back here.

Amazing stay at Nikki beach. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. The place is just spotless, with a very relaxed beachy atmosphere. The food is simply amazing! Breakfast is a must at the hotel (the french toast is 10/10) we also had dinner at Key West which again was faultless! Shout out to the director of Culinary creations Brendan McGowan we had the pleasure to meet this fellow Irishman what a guy! ☘️I couldn’t recommend Nikki Beach Dubai enough and would go back tomorrow if I could 🙈

Fantastic decoration and atmosphere. Service average, we called for assistance to pick up our luggage from the room. 30 mins later after several calls we had to carry on straght to the car. No one at the entrance to help, not even a guard! Never seen in a hotel of this category.

Friday brunch at Cafe Nikki. Lots and lots at offer the staff were courteous and explained each food they bought. Lots of salad and again lots of dessert options too.The table by the pool are the best with cool breeze from the sea plus the serene water color adds to the beauty of the place.Highly recommended unless one is vegan, not much in offer vegans, better to confirm about it while booking the table. Still five stars.Hoping to visit soon again.

The private villa with pool was nice

I love these place. I went for the 4th anniversary event. Entrance was 300aed and you can spend 250 on food and beverage. Pool is beautiful with jacuzzi on it. I definitly recommand this place. Except that there is not a lot of waitress and service is very slow.

You dont feel you in Dubai, perfect sea view. Modern style, you might not like it if you have got used to classic luxury

Never been before at Nikki Spa till the moment I got a voucher to experience it, however unfortunately it had expiry date which I missed. When I called reception, no one wanted to understand and accept it, extend the voucher comparing with other places, which always going towards their clients. So be sure if you wanna make gifts for someone as Nikki Spa- if you miss it, they won’t help!

Perfect accommodation to enjoy Dubai in a relaxed way with a private, sandy beach, delicious food, spacious, comfortable and clean room.Staff is great and really customer-orientated.If we go to Dubai again we sleep at Nikki-Beach, for sure.

A very nice place, tasty food, and amazing shisha .What I dont like is that we cannot have shisha in the pool or beach area. Theres a specific place for that ( it might be an advantage for others).The other thing is the entrance fees its a bit expensive and its included of towels and water only.However, its recommended ;)

Excellent place to go to for a relaxing afternoon. Great food, fantastic service and lovely warm water in the pool! Only one down-side for us... no kids allowed in the pool. 🙄

We did a hammam experience with a massage to finish off. The massage was really good, but I felt a little uncomfortable at the hammam. We went into the couple room, and whilst a female worked on me and a male worked on my husband, it just felt strange having a male stranger in the room whilst I was 90% naked. Unless you are absolutely comfortable naked around men, I would suggest you forgo a couple experience and go for the single room.

So I have been to Nikki beach two years ago and it was lit and amazingBut yesterday I went ,So my friend calls them and asks since it’s 31st are you guys open @4pm and they said yes they are open till 7pm before nye starts .So we planned to go there since the property is so beautiful and so is the weather in dubai.My friends are already chilling there and I go in a cab as my cab reaches and stops I am sitting and still left to pay , the hotel guy open my taxi door from the other side and ask his guest to sit while I am still sitting , so I found weird and the guest were creepy passing comments on me being a girl , I step out and pay and then tell that guy couldn’t he wait he said u we’re already out , after I denied I was still paying , he still did not apologise.Then I head to my friends and order a drink from their menu sparkling sangria ,they take 45 mins to get it saying they were trying to make that drink .Sweet potato fries took 40 mins to come .So if you can’t handle so much happening just shut the restraunt because definitely can’t handle guestAnd it was a very bad experience , their hospitality sucksEven one start from them s a lot .I had to mention because they suck and their staff are rude and ill mannered .

Like a cross between a W hotel and a beach club, amazing staff, big rooms and great facilities. Location a little isolated, nothing in the immediate vacinity as Pearl Island is still under developed and quite empty. Takes 20 to 30 minutes by taxi to get to the main Dubai attractions.

One of the best spots in Dubai, even though it’s quite pricy - it’s definitely worth the try! They also have a ladies day - you get discounted entrance that includes few drinks as well. Always nice staff - helpful and polite.

Huge construction site that is not mentioned on the website or anywhere, right next to noisy port repair yard. Very isolated hotel with little choice of restaurants & menu. Guess this hotel has opened 5 years too early, avoid suites with city view as its construction view actually. Pool side service is fairly OK!

My wife and I were taken care of beyond our wildest expectations. The resort management and staff will certainly do whatever they can to make this a trip you will never forget. I cannot thank Nikki Beach Resort enough! We will definitely be coming back in the future and will highly recommend!

The hotel is decorated in a modern style. The rooms are very spacious unlike most other hotels. Many Arabs from Algeria. Russian-speaking employees from Ukraine. The water in the pool is cool. You can sunbathe in the pool all day in the summer season. On the beach is always the wind, so the waves. Therefore, there are no crabs and jellyfish. The water is clean. Deeply watery. In the morning, waves are stronger than in the daytime.

The Resort looks super awesome. It has a private beach. Newly opened resort. It has all the amenities (Spa, Gym, Bar, others)Its located in a kind of Interior part but once you be inside this place. You feel this is the kind of place I was looking for a Vacation.

I called twice to reserve a room for our anniversary and everytime the reservation department is busy and they promised to call back, guess what? No one does. This shows me a preview of the service they have, it is unfortunate because it seems like a very nice place. So we ended up reserving at another Hotel that decided to take our call.

Nikki Beach Resort is very stylish.The location is new and nothing is around it, and the bad thing is the hotel is near a dry dock Shipyard.The gym and spa looks good. The restaurants have a good choose of food varieties.A good please for a vacation in Dubai!

A bit far from the main road especially when you dont want to be cooped in a car every time you want to head down the road to experience the local life. Staff were tentative and very friendly I could not fault the customer service. Its not the hotels fault the island is still.... Well sort of under construction, we took the city view thinking it would be nice to see city skyline but during the day all you can see is construction workers :( again no fault of the hotel if you take a beach viewing room then you will not be disappointed day or night. I guess if we return in a few years it may be finished and I can push the star rating up to 5 ;)

Very nice and private beach club with a good vibe and chill atmosphere. Best make sure you bring your cash and a credit card as the bill can really rack up!!

I was there at day time middle of week in December and it was almost empty , I myself dont mind empty places as I get better service:)) there is table tennis available and when its empty u can Play it easily. I cant imagine the line on it at weekend :D I liked the cocktail but after 3 cocktails i got totally normal head , so u can guess what I mean :)) service was polite so far. DONT order mixed mezze, its not what I expect :)))

Slow service expensive not to much fun now
