Excellent place to stay - large rooms, great amenities, great location and awesome breakfast.I rated three star yet as the wifi was horrible - this is 2021. Internet is very important and a hotel such as this overlooking this is unacceptable.Also the mattress and pillows could use replacements.

Dusit Thani Dubai is located in DIFC area and opposite to the downtown (Burj Khalifa). Stayed for 2 days in their one bedroom suite. Must say that each and every staff from hotel drop off area, reception, room service, fitness centre supervisor, etc are very courteous and friendly.The location is also perfect and just 600m from the Financial Centre Metro🚆 with lot of supermarkets and cafes around.The best part is the breakfast which is in the *24th Street restaurant* located on the 24th Floor❤️ which got spectacular view of the Sheikh Zayed Road and the city. 🏙The Pool deck and gym which is located on the PD floor is also decent. 🏊‍♀️Ample parking space.Will stay again definitely! 🥰Recommended 👍🏻

Came for Thursday night seafood and it was delicious!!! All the stations has plenty options for any seafood lover. The food was well prepared and tasty. The servers also did a good job of bringing beverages. Will definitely be back. The ambiance is also unique makes you feel like you are in a different country.

Great hotel with luxurious rooms. We went for the 1 bed apartment, which had a kitchenette which wasn’t listed when we booked, so nice positive there. View of the Burj was great and close to the Mall also. Staff were very friendly as well. Driven past this loads over the years when visiting and always wanted to stay, glad we did.

This hotel Is great. Excellent staff, location and F&B are exceptional. The hotel Rooms do though have a comedic quirk. The room has a safe (great idea) . But to use the safe you must swipe a credit card to both close snd open the safe. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a room safe. So strange.

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel to stay 21 days through Expedia. Literally, I couldnt stay in the room for more than 30 minutes and then checked out immediately and lost one night each room. The rooms and furniture smiled horrible, very disgusting and dirty. Although, the duty manager tried to show me more rooms, all were extremely uncomfortable, its not a joke, I got allergies in my breath and skin.I recommend anyone to see the rooms and test the disgusting smell before paying the hotel. In my fair opinion, the hotel doesnt worth 1 star.

Overnight stop over, after a birthday lunch at 24th Street.Lunch was great, lots of choices, fabulous Easter themed desserts, with superb service from our hostess.The room was clean and comfortable.Parking was easy.Walls provide good soundproofing, only a little noise from guests passing by the room.Staff are courteous, helpful.I did not get time to try the pool.Convenient location. Reasonably priced.Overall a good 8/10.

We booked for our 5th wedding anniversary here as we’ve celebrated our honeymoon here. They’ve made it very special with complementary cake, made up room and discount in spa for us. Room as usual is good value with great views. Great service, would highly recommend. Thank you. 😀

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Dubai. My wife and I stayed here for 14 nights, the entire staff from the front door and valet to reception,room service were very very... friendly polite professional and absolutely down to earth they make us feel like home during our entire stay we can’t thank you enough.the water in the shower needs a little pressure (power) and the room needs more USB cable charging station, other than that everything is perfect.Again thanks thanks thanks.... I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.👍👍👍

Visited Dusit Thani lvl 24. Such a place! With a slight twist of historical Dubai, the hotel opened its doors in 2001. Amazing places, great service, nice food. Perfect for small romantic date in a cozy ambience. Sheikh Zayed Road view, cars which never stops. The epitome of Dubai vibe.

We had the lovely amazing staycay at Dusit Thani on 27 th Aug 2021... we celebrated our birthdays with my family and a mini staycay from room reservations Essam accommodated to all my request the rooms were big lovely, clean and we got want we wanted so that made us so happy the windows were clean to capture some amazing views for Burj Khalifa!. I had requested for non smoking room and I was amazed it was indeed non smoking.The most amazing part is if you are going with a family there is a kitchen with everything you need we were glad as we had a 5 year old son with us. Room service was quick and the staff was welcomingThe guy at the pool deck was friendly and welcoming.All the staff we came across from the lobby to the rooms or restaurant were always smiling and welcoming it was a lovely warm stay. The rooms were cozy views were breathtaking our stay was made very luxurious.Sabita was so kind and got us a birthday cake which was fresh and personalised. Wow ! Sabita was warm to speakLi at the Front desk was welcoming and helped us in a quick check in as we had to leave for a brunch asap. Our bags were taken in the room and the items that was meant to be kept in the refrigerator(milk) was done without me mentioning...that kind of hospitality has to be praised. The entire hotel had a lovely fragrance of lemon grass (probably) which made us feel very cozy.We had our breakfast at 24th Street I have to be very honest that it didnt meet the standards they could have done it better apart from the breakfast we loved everything. Old hotel in ok state but needs a renovation. Very tide parking not suitable for large SUV and Pickups be aware. Friendly valet and very helpful

I have requested for a non smoking room and they gave us a room that smelled of smoke. Not to mention, they gave another room which was even worse. We returned to the previous room and they jus put freshener. I believe it wasnt dusted well, my mum allergies gotten worse & she developed a migraine. In addition to this, the valet broke our car keys. Worst breakfast place too. So much for its name and service. I swear its the most unpleasant experience ever. I will never recommend it to anyone.. Sorry!!

We had a reservation in the 24th St. World Street Food Restaurant and were not guests of the hotel. Unfortunately we lost our mobile phone at the arrival in the Taxi. I‘ve never experienced such a helpful and perfect guest service as in this hotel from all the staff all over. Everybody was totally aware to help us get the mobile phone back. A special thanks go to May Ann, Adnan, the concierge team and Anita from the restaurant. This is customer service as it should be everywhere. Thank you all so much. Next time coming to Dubai we will definitely stay there.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and my experience was so unforgettable. The hotel was very nice and I was very impressed with the quality of the staff and facilities. From check in to check out (both by Ms.Pavalie) to not forget Ms.Lyan Tubella which is Guest Relations Officer was amazing and speaking all languages Arabic , Tagalog, English she was so amazing and hospitality and friendly.. the experience was amazingly unforgettable. Great Iftar spread at Dusit Thani

I used to be there every year in ramadan for iftar, i cant miss a year without being there, food quality is really good, as of covid they never allow visitors to serve food themselves, thanks for the precautions made by the management. Price is 149 Dhs.I really recommend going there

This is because my sleep is often interrupted by the repeated noise disturbances in the middle of the night by a neighbour in the Unfurnished Apartments side of the building. I would appreciate it if my landlord could get in touch with me directly so I can provide a report and more details of the neighbour in question, their actions, and the handling of my noise complaints by those I have sought resolution from of the noise complaints.

Had a great experience at 24th street restaurant. The view was amazing and so was the food. We had the Singapore noodles, king paw prawns, chicken tikka pizza and the ravioli. Overall a great experience!

Really fine hotel. Nice customer experience from the momento you get into the parking lot until you leave. The rooms are really comfortable and there you can pick rooms with a clean view of the the Burj Khalifa. Really unique experience to sleep with that view. Nice restaurants and very good pool deck.
