Not even close to being a 4 star hotel. It is more like a 2 stars. Stayed here on an extended stay due to price. Service was okay some workers are friendly. The rooms are outdated and had to move rooms due to rust. With expo 2020 coming they are tripling the price even for customers who have been with them for a long time. They only care about the money not about the customers or the service. Electricity was out for more then 24 hrs making all food go bad. They said they would refund money for items but they never did. Do not stay here for an extended time.

Bare minimum and more like a 3 star hotel. The rooms arent the cleanest and they gave us 1 room key for two guests which made it harder for the two of us to both go out separately. I didn’t have towels for the last couple of days. The only nice person was the guy who carried my bags downstairs

Good location, but not impressed with quality. After check in rooms were not cleaned. Furniture is old.Also we were shocked with safe in room 417- it is not fixed to the wall or floor. (Anybody can just take it with him)Terrible smell is following you all the time.I’m sure that 4 stars is not matching to the reality. Not recommending this place.

Worst hotel i ever experienced, smell bad inside and outside of our Room, No Toothpaste and toothbrush, Old Appliances, Dirty Pool, and Rude Fat, hair less guy in Pool reception Area. Dont Book here, u will just be disappointed. its expectations vs Reality, because when u check it in booking.com it looks Good even its not. i cant believe this is a 4 Star Hotel.

My stay at Marina View Hotel was very pleasant. I arrived & the receptionist “Sagar” was very professional from the first moment. He helped me a lot with very fast check in & providing what I needed. I was tired & he offered a complimentary juice. The house keeping “Saeed” was really nice making sure I got all of my needs. Very professional people. I would definitely come back soon.

Disappointed! Rooms are not properly cleaned especially the sofas & pillow cases with stains on it, the ambiance of the hotel, room, restaurant and pool are not relaxing at all. Appliances are old. Food is not good (breakfast) Poor customer service, tried reaching the hotel several times prior to check in but no one picked up calls. Pictures at the website is deceiving!

My wife and I stayed here originally for 8 nights but ended up extending for 10 nights. The service here was great. The workers all looked after all our needs. The rooms come with a kettle, washing machine, fridge and cutlery. It was very clean from the first night we stayed. The workers accommodated to our every need. I would recommend to anyone wishing to visit or stay in Dubai Marina area. The cleaners were always cheery and so were the bellboys. I would certainly recommend.

The place is good, but the service is terrible. Specifically the reception, unfortunately I was able to get hold of the manager, Mr Sager. I was planning to extend our stay until tomorrow. Spoke with Rhydes last night and told us the rate of 250 flat inclucive of everything versus of that rate in booking.com. SO I decided to extend our stay until tomorrow, but Mr. Sager was blunt and was not feeling emphatetic with the inconvenience they caused us of saying now the rate is 350AED, the point is not about money, but its about coordination on their behalf. I was surprised that Mr. Sager was the manager considering how he dealt with me with no good customer service at all. Disappointed.

My work organised me staying here so I had to stay here for two weeks. The experience was OK, the buffet is extremely limited with only two options. We also had a blackout for 24 hours. Everyone was in the reception going crazy and there was no solution. I stayed in reception for the evening then went to bed, had no aircon, no lights etc and the resolution I was offered the next day was free breakfast. Asked for a call from the manager multiple times and heard nothing. MUCH better places to stay in the marina

The location mentioned on Booking.com for this hotel is wrong,,, i go to 3 different places than i arrive to this place ….For me I don’t like it the place at all

The Hotel facility is nothing like the pictures shown on the booking.com website.We was complaining right away. The rooms, pool, to be fair the whole hotel was very very unclean with a horrible smell in the rooms and general smell of urine in the whole hotel facilities. The hotel is not well looked after and maintained at all and the hotel staff is very rude and not interested in giving service at all. We had mold and a lot of human hair in the bathroom, the kitchen cupboards were really dirty and broken, they washing machine was smelling and dirty as well and dust and a lot of more hair in the whole room. The windows were so dirty you couldnt even look outside.I was speaking to the Reservation Manager Mr Sagar Narsawat Ibraim. He was offering several different rooms, but all in the same condition. I was telling him this is absolutely unacceptable and we just gonna stay for one night and will leave for another hotel and we want the refund for the rest of the booking. It was impossible for me to sleep in this room because of my house dust mite allergy and this was the clearest sign for me the room was not cleaned properly apart from seeing hair of former guests everywhere. While checking out the next day on the 10th March weve got told it is not possible to refund the other 21 nights. This is unacceptable. The total amount payed was AED 5,448.88. The accommodation was not as described on the homepage and was misrepresenting the actual state of the facility.We are really disappointed with how the Hotel and Manager was dealing with us. This was the worst experience I have ever had regarding a hotel visit and booking and I am traveling all around the worlnd for the last 10 years.We have opened a case over the Dubai Municipality and I would advise everyone getting treated this way to do the same

Rubbish, horrible service, restaurant should be closed. Took 15 minutes for the menu, 30 minutes for food, and 45 minutes for water and soft drinks which were warm, further 10 min for the ice to arrive.Full of rude Russians, Kazakhstan, and Ukrainian wanna be models

A nice place to stay, close to tram, train and marina walk, close to the beach.One receptionist was rude. She seems like incompetent when in comes to follow up. Had to chase after a clothes rack for almost 5 days, reason it was full hence they dont have enough. She definitely had some kind of attitude, but probably she had a bad day? Hope she feels better now! :)Suggestion : it ll be handy to put an iron with an iron board and the clothes rack ( to dry your clothes) in the room itself without disturbing the receptionist.

Nice four-star hotel in the Marina area with a perfect location. You can liteally walk around the Marina area without the need to use a car. Absolutely excellent location for a family vacation!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 full weeks. I would have given three stars but two days before my checkout the electricity went off, and it was supposed to last a couple of hours, and lasted for over a day (and still the case at the time of this writing). The stuff keep promising its coming back in 30 min since the beginning of the outage. These things are not acceptable. I checked out prematurely. And will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Otherwise, the apartments are old and poorly maintained. Internet is slow.

Our stay at Marina View Hotel Apartments was great, mostly thanks to the lovely staff, especially Nicholus, who did everything in his power to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. He provided us the best service we could wish for, he was nice, kind, respectful and because of such employees, we’d consider returning next year to this same hotel. We’re grateful for everything. Super affordable rate! Celebrated a friends birthday here and it was a blast. The staff are ever so nice in providing some more cutleries. Thumbs up!

Very convenient location, near to mall, metro, tram and beach. Friendly staff, lovely pool (just closed too early), good house keeping. One recommendation would be to supply a small bottle dish washing liquid, sponge and kitchen towel. Maintenance was very promp when washing machine leaked water.

Great apartment building with magical views to the Dubai Marina. Offers quick access from marina side or a car pick up/parking on the street side. There is a supermarket downstairs just outside the building (marina side). Great place with ~8km walking paths around marina with lots of restaurants, cafeterias around. The apartment building features a live reception service, so your guests or food delivery will be able to access the building and come to your apartment.

The rooms are good, furniture is new and cleaning service is great too. We smell the smoke in our room every day, thats is so unpleasant. The breakfast on karantin is awful - they simply serve the one meal every day, just eggs, sausages and potatoes. Thats awful to have it the same 8 days long.

A decent property, rooms are big with all facilities. Check-in and check out was quick and decent. Breakfast spread is very limited. The quality of the food at the restaurant is okay. They have a fitness centre, and it is good. Overall a decent place to stay near JLT.

I want to personally commend Verlyn for her outstanding customer service. We enjoyed our stay at MVHA.

The only reason Im giving this 2 stars is because my friends and I tried to make the most of this day. The rooms were ok, nothing special. The pool had so much mold (and you have to pay extra to use it) also the way everyone stares at you in the pool is discomforting, the receptionist was rude and the room reeked of cigarettes but I guess this is what you get for a cheap price.

Only did day use, but boy it was great!

A very disappointing experience!0 hygiene, no measures taken for COVID.I booked a room with view on Marina and i got a parking view.Bugs found on the bed, dirty towels in toilets, the phone were all broken every time i need something i had to go to the reception, the electricity in the room is not working properly, the kettle was damaged. I checked out directly the next day.

Nice place and very great stay. Reasonable price with gym and open swimming pool. Everything available nearby. Restaurant is available in the ground floor.

I am a visitor from Australia for a week during April. We have fully enjoyed the stay with the Marina View Hotel. All services within hotel were very friendly and they provided excellent professional service. The restaurant was very good, the staff always professional and friendly. The room maid service was very helpful and thorough. Will be happy to stay again in the Marina View Hotel.

Great place. You can self cater here. Marina mall is like a 2 minute walk down the road. It is next to a tram station. Great for when you traveling on a budget

Got this hotel at he last minute. Price was decent. The decor is a little out of style, but it is clean and tidy. The room I had was large and comfortable. I did some remote work so it was good for that too. There is also a kitchen and washing machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the location is pretty good for access to the marina and also there is a mall close by

On arrival reception staff were lovely. While processing our paperwork we were asked to take a seat & were brought drinks. The staff at reception & dining room were nice & helpful. We had breakfast & evening meal which was very nice. The location is good 5 minutes walk to marina & 10 minutes walk to Dubai Marina mall. Would like to thank the staff for looking after us. My recent stay at Marina View Hotel Apartments was extremely unpleasant. The amenities are very mediocre. Not much variety for breakfast and the room itself was hideous. The air conditioning never really worked and the state of the bathroom was atrocious. The only positive was the location.

Stayed over two nights. The toilet sink had a leak, it was fixed as soon as we drew their attention to it. We were also put on a smoking floor even though were non-smokers. These things aside , lovely pool and good food.

Nice place, good location, very clean, rooms are comfortable. Anyhow, hotel is a bit old and also breakfast selection for 4 starts hotel is not adequate in my opinion.

The apartments are OK.The doors of the microwave and the doors are very dirty 😱. There is a big queue for the eggs on the breakfast room and there the decoration could be better /renewed. The reception could also be a little more polite and the people at the entrance mor helpful with baby trolleys.

The hotel is okay... Its just 5mins walk to Dubai Marina Mall. It has swimming and restaurant around. One thing I love about the Hotel is they have respectful staff and their staff are willing to help at anytime.
