The Fountain brunch is just awesome.They made something very exceptional and nice out of very normal all-day-dining venue.Food is great! Service is great. Kids play area is just great help for parents to enjoy their time. Considering that they serve kids buffet in play area too.We sat longer than brunch and no one even tried to kick us out like many other places. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.Bravo guys! Keep it up! we will be back.

We came here for the Thursday night dinner buffet. Amazing service and food. Great value for money. Ramadan our several was very attentive and helpful- made us enjoy our time. Awesome tenderloin steak and calamari. Heineken and Amsterdam as the beer options. Very pleased with the pork selection- sausage, chorizo etc. Will definitely return. Dubais best kept secret.

The hotel is clean and the staff are good.What I didn’t like in the hotel is:1- The price of the hotel is more than which is in TAJ application.2- Take times for check in3- room has only one towel4- Food section the the bread was too hard, the water melon little smelly and old, Becon is too hard and dry and overcooked, burned as well5- Takes time to serve your food only few staff serving the food, due the COVID restrictions you can’t put your own food only the staff, takes a lot of time6- The AC in the Room keeps turning off automatic, you need to move around the room so the sensor can detect someone in room to turn on, so basically you will sweat a lot in midnights / while sleeping or in bed.

One of the best hotel apartments in Dubai. I stayed in the 2 bed and you have cooker, microwave, washing machine, TV, kettle, dishes to use and cutlery.The staff are exceptional, rooms fully sanitised and housekeeping prompt and responsive.The rooms are costly but, worth every dirham for the convenience provided.Great location as well and you can travel easily around Dubai via metro, taxi or own transport.

As a happy long stay guest I appreciate all of the facilities at the hotel, however, the thing that really makes me feel comfortable is the service and attention to detail provided by the staff. A special mention for Rogine and Mr. Taha at reception for their professional and friendly service with a smile (even if it is behind a mask).

Mr Balaji helped us a lot prior and during our stay. He’s the best! Also John, the chef, cooks really good food. Ms. Queenie in the reception gave us the best service.

The hotel is more like a palace - a chic hall with a grand staircase, marble floors, carpets, a system of fast elevators, comfortable upholstered furniture - everything gives comfort from the first moment of arrival.I would like to point out breakfasts separately - they are very varied and very tasty.Lunch is also available for an additional fee - if it is important for you to eat regularly without compromising your budget - I highly recommend paying extra for lunch or dinner, depending on your preferences.On the roof, there is a swimming pool with soft sun loungers and a table tennis table, which is freely accessible for hotel guests. Towels are provided at the entrance. The pool is small and shallow - from 900 to 150 cm, but it is quite sufficient for relaxation.There is a staff member in the administration named Fathy. Very helpful employee super. In short: I advise.

The hotel has two stand-alone building sections: the hotel and the restaurants section and the apartments section, and I have to give different feedbacks about both, I guess.The customer care, services and food (all in the building on the AUD Mehta side) are professionally run, with responsible and friendly staff. The food has plenty of variety, class and taste. The staff are courteous, helpful and friendly (remembering Nixon and Daniel). Enjoyed the whole ambience.In spite of this very positive feedback, I guess I have to mention the slightly lukewarm treatment we received at the apartments section. We were never provided any drinking water at the apartment, in spite of multiple requests, in person at the front desk first, from where I was told that it has to be done over the phone, which I did with no avail. Then we had to go buy water from a supermarket. Having said that, on the second day, there was a late night call to inform me that my friend has kept water for you outside your door!Would have been a definite 4, even a possible 5 stars, but for this strange incident.

Booked an apartment with two double beds with en suite but was given two single beds as a married couple. Wasted one day asking for another room and they took us to the new room which did not have the en suite. Not very clean or professional oh yeah bed sheets have blood stains on it.

We are travelers and love to visit new hotels this hotel is one of the most amazing place we visit we were traveling with friends and we take 2 bed rooms aparment the rooms are huge with amazing view and very clean. The pool is very chilled and with exceptional location with view of both Dubai Frame and Burj Khalifa one of the most famous place in dubai and also the grocery store is right next to the apartment where u can buy literally everything. Since i have arrived i have only had great service from the entire staff starting at the service desk . At check in Mrs. Marian greeted me with a great smile and attitude and two weeks later Im still receiving the same great service. My room attendant Mr. Sachin always makes sure that my accommodations are very well taken of. Food service is always great. And the laundry attendant Mr. Nafis always makes sure that my clothing is very well taken of.

There were a few things that seemed a bit weird with how the bathrooms are setup. But the staff was very friendly and attentive. Over all a good choice for a hotel stay in the area. Restaurants with great food choices as well.

Everything is easily accessible from here and more importantly my office is only 10 mins drive. Amazing hotel with the best service. Had some problems with the room and Management attended to it immediately and they were very determined and swift to fix the issues. I really felt the 5 star service. We requested for rice dishes and the head chef made us fresh fried rice. Absolutely delicious and breakfast was wonderful. The room was nice and comfortable. The best part was the attention to detail of customer service excellence. Highly recommend this hotel and have a great stay! Will be back again. Cheers!!!

Good ambience and service was quite nice. Only issue with the rooms was the full length windows open to the central courtyard. This meant that windows were kept always curtained when the room was occupied. Otherwise quite a pleasant stay and polite, helpful staff.

Rooms and amenities are outdated. Breakfast was not well organised and too chaotic when we were there especially the service was not particularly good in the restaurant. Wouldn’t recommend to stay as you can find much much better value for money.

I stayed in Room 221, Movenpick Hotel all staff very nice, and friendly, Housekeeping are cleaning the rooms very nice and they are cleaning my room always very good. I like the Movenpick Hotel Rooms. I specially thanks for Haji for making my room always very nice, I was a very pleasant stay. Housekeeping laundry person was also very nice , always give laundry back to back on time. Thanks to the Housekeeping supervisor also. Anything that I was needed Haji was always ready to help.

Its very nice hotel and stay is much more comfirtable with the Amazing staff who are very freindly.Specially the guys from housekeeping departmentt are very freindly and helpful. Rakesh Kumar, I met him on 3rd floor was very supportive to make all proper arrangements for the room. He comes everyday without fail on the same time and does his work in an excellent way. Smoking rooms available too. Only minor Suggestion: bathroom products (shower gel, Shampoo) not so high standard and the installed metall tap for a water is not good installed. Its stylish but not handy. It goes 20cm outside of the wall up to the middle of bath tap. Hit my knees,various bruises. But apart from that looking Forward coming again. pcr test travel can be done right across stress at American Hospital without appointment,15-20minutes its done.Thanks for hospitality

I spent absolutely A G E S searching and searching for a brunch for today and had absolutely no luck at all. Until I discovered Fountain, Movenpick Bur Dubai.A deal breaker for me was the kids activities. I always feel super guilty if my kids are bored at brunch and Im guzzling rum so when they said they had stuff for the kids I snatched it. They had a Nintendo wii, a bouncy castle, a huge childrens food area with plenty of options including fish fingers, chicken nuggets, spaghetti Bolognese etc all set in the ballroom. Its not near the dining area so I was a little 😕 about it but there were about 3 or 4 female staff members on hand with the kids and a guard on the door too to make sure nobody escaped 😂Cut to the dining table, where me and my husband sat ignoring each other drinking all the spirits and eating all the PORK! Yes, thats right, they have pork. 🐷Food was good, wouldnt say amazing but nonetheless, edible. Plenty of meats, live sushi station, dimsum, roast dinner, pastas, salads etcThe desserts though - *insert Janice from Friends GIF OH.. MY.. GOD.* - whether its trifle or crepes or creme brulee or chocolate youre after, it has EVERYTHING. My kids ate their body weight in candy floss and ice cream (I wont lie, I ate my body weight in creme brulee too), and theyre as tasty as they look!Drinks: NO COCKTAILS. But dont let that stop you, there are still plenty of spirits and beers and wines to choose from. I definitely made use of the rum 😂🍻Available in the Entertainer for soft drinks (100 dirhams per person to upgrade to house bevs) and kids 6 and over are half price (under 6 are free) it cost 500 for me, my husband and 2 kids to have four hours of fun, food and fizzies!

With our first visit we met the sales manager who has a high level of hospitality for a smooth transition for our long stay plan. And as a family we are strongly satisfied, very good service,comfortable rooms, well equipped gym,friendly staff, helpful front desk, varied delicious buffet,professional spa team and amazing pool area.The presence of the general manager and the director of sales and marketing who were there to treat guests with tact and courtesy to ensure that they feel at home and show the high level of treatment and care extended.Thank you movenpick team!

One of the best hotel and apartments close to American Hospital, Dubai. Best experience to stay in apartment and also in hotel. Lobby is spacious with lots of seating arrangements with a piano music. Resturant is open along with close to middle grand staircase with beautiful carpeting. Reception is nice view with safety distances. Every corner they have hand sanitizer. Easy check in and check out during COVID situation. Employees are friendly with every guest. Easy access for transportation. Lots of restaurants and super shop are available in this area.Hope you will enjoy your stay.
