.Reception at the reception and gives your arrival a good start. All the Staff is very friendly and that makes your stay a lot more pleasant. The hotel looks good and is in a good location. Reasonably close to the center and easily accessible from the P&R (). Room are normal, but the cleaning can and can really be much better. Lots of dust and hair here and there. Bathroom decent, but water pressure is very low, but manageable.

Luxury to the maximum! Every detail in the atmosphere, the service, and the food and cocktails were impeccable. Our room had a beautiful view and it was easy to navigate through the resort. There were lots of families with small children, but we never felt like we couldnt have a nice romantic time. The aquarium Id very cool and free to guests. There are also lots of places to view the big tank, which we never got bored of. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone for a stay of any occasion.

Clean, warm, relaxing with an amazing view of the dancing fountain. Spent all mornings at the beautiful beach enjoying the best water sports activities. Room service would go the extra mile in making sure we were happy and satisfied. A wonderful variety of restaurants were available to experience delicious & unique menu creations. Loved our stay at the Atlantis Palm. Ismael was our attendant in the east tower and was one of the friendliest most hospitable floor attendants we have had.The resort staff are wonderful, you will get a consistent customer service from all employees.The room was well kept and the ocean view was fantastic. Activities around the resort are excellent.

Amazing rides really worth the money. We as a family of 4 had all what we could ask for. The only thing I would advise is not to get a locker waste of money we had no idea that we could just take the stuff with us and everyone had done the same. Kids loved it , Mrs loved and I just couldnt wait to visit again.

Although it is a nice hotel for couples and mostly families who are fans of massive resorts with so many things to offer without leaving the hotel it is still far behind the quality of such concept.The room was less than 4 stars on average. Being a place suited for business and pleasure. There were no guides for Dubai, no business package set such as notepad, no shoe polish set. Even asked the cleaners and they dont know what I am talking about. I am a big coffee drinker and to see nescafe sachet in a hotel that a 3 stars hotel level. I have been in 4 stars around the world and they had a proper espresso machines. The room had no utensils, plates. We asked for ice bucket and 25 mins later some big steel ice all scratched came.The breakfast was just a massive buffet but food was below average. Nothing specialAquarium had no supervision from staff and some guests were annoying flashing cameras and jump around and we couldnt even enjoy the view.Aquapark is low staffed, and current staff has no English understanding. We kept on asking on where to get to rides because confusing and no one could answer. Lockers rooms are old and degraded and had to smash the locker to close. We basically did 3 rides and run away from the place.ProsThe hotel cleaning and hygiene was great from room, corridors, business lounge and gym. All have staff continuously cleaning and sanitising.Summary, I wouldnt stay here again.

Amazing place, must to visit in Dubai. I went there by driving around midnight and this quick road trip was worthy. In such a hot weather, I found cool and calm environment there, mind refreshing place. Hotel Atlantis is really huge and beautiful. Nice to ride there, park your vehicle in front of hotel Atlantis and enjoy the weather and nice scene.

I like the hotel because it’s fun, but it’s too hectic always. So many tourists and people in general. However if you have kids it’s cool for the aquarium, arcade, water park, pool, beach, restaurants… also I didn’t like that half of the water park was closed and they never told us anything till we got there and tried to get into some slides.

Even though the facilities were beautiful, the service was less than. Did not feel welcomed by staff. Were treated like we did not belong on a daily basis by staff (told we did not have access lounge area even though we did, always checked out by security as other guests walk by, etc) Have never received such treatment at a 5 star resort as a younger guest. There are so many beautiful places in Dubai. I would recommend staying somewhere else and just visiting Atlantis for dinner.

No matter how many times I stay at Atlantis it always feels superb, even though I have stayed in Dubai for more then 10years, but when I visit this place it still makes me feel like a tourist in my city.Such a incredible resort, the service is fabulous and so is each and every restaurant here. My wife and I stayed here for a week and our expectations were exceeded. Staff was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. This place is breathtaking and there’s so much to do and explore. We hope to bring our kids here in the future.

Almost 1 hour in a line to be checked in when booking a 5 star hotel its not what we expect... its like entering disneyland, not a hotel.

Beauty and elegance every where that you look! Staff in the Imperial Club seemed to struggle a bit this December/January unlike our last visit where everything and everyone was on point but that seems to be the new way since COVID-19. We had an amazing balcony view of the Kiss concert and that alone was priceless. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend a visit!

One of few places i feel im out of this world when i visit or stay at. Magical atlantis.

A relatively quick taxi ride from the mainland you arrive at the hotel which looks massive. The check in area can be busy but a the staff knows what they area doing and gets through it efficiently. The rooms are decent but slightly dated. The aquarium is unreal and the underwater restaurant is spectacular. The beach is private and at night it gets surprisingly empty and beautiful.

All staff were very kind and well trained for good service.Cleaning was also good. You can spend all your Holliday inside because you might feel theres no enough time to visit all the facilities.I strongly recommend this hotel for family traveler.

The best thing here is the service. The suite was stayed in was amazing and always spotless with very nice view and amenities. The imperial lounge was the highlight. Gio always welcomed us kindly with a smile every day and knew our favourite table and after a few days of getting to know us always made sure our tea was ready when we came in, very kind and considerate and incredibly helpful. Everyone was kind but Gio always stood out for going the extra mile and helped us feel valued as he remembered the little details and always prepared things before we had a chance to ask. Thank you for making our stay special and memorable, we will definitely be back to help. The ladies welcoming us into the imperial lounge, Ali and Brenda and their team were always smiling and kind also.

Unacceptable in room guest services. Have been trying to contact them for hours with no response. I called the emergency line who advised call zero. I even called reservations through my mobile who connected me to the same endless waiting line. You pay extra for Imperial Club Lounge room and you cant get hold of room service. For hours. In a 5 star hotel. Pathetic.

I only had issues in my room when they throw a souvenir that I got from Maldives. When I was preparing for check out me and my wife we realize that we have a missing souvenir. The managers have not contacted me yet regarding the missing item. Moreover, at the Imperial club there was a waiter super racists and didn’t service us as other host. However,The place is a beautiful and amazing experience we had me and my wife. I loved all the different variety of restaurants they have. Also I love the water park.

Worst customer service, They tried to screw people, Since we came they try to sell extra stuff to us which was cost 1000$ dollar extra . If you’re on half bord guest program you cannot eat in lunch , you only can do breakfast and dinner the times are very limited so they trying to sell your food to even though It was included to your ticket. So be careful !!!

It was a great experience. Stayed at queens room. With family for two nights.we tried saffron and kaleidoscope restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Food was amazing. Specially the deserts at saffron r truly amazing. Aquaventure was superb. Kids pool and kids slides were also good. Only drawback was there was no comb in the grooming kit and microwave Owen was not there in the room.. Other than that the reception and room service was a truly a 5 star experience. In Sha Allah will visit again.

Extraordinary experience. We stayed here with our two year old daughter and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Every team member were very professional and very helpful. Hospitality at this place is impeccable.

Its a great place, we almost had an awful day as a security guard on one of the slides was shouting at us to social distance because we are black but the rest of the people were being allowed to stand where they want. Please train them to treat people equally. We were all paying guests.

Make sure you bring water shoes or buy the water socks they sell or you WILL be burning your feet.Also, shell out the extras $$ and rent a Cabana. To have a place to get out of the sun and get cold drinks on demand is worth every penny on a 107 degree day.Would return. Daughter loved it.

Massive place with large shopping area and enormous aquariums with ocean fishes. Long corridors to walk through with crossroads. Can be quite confusing.We were looking fir a place to site and have a drink. Once we got to the hotel lounge, the bar was soon closing.The hotelLounge has an impressive chandelier hanging, a real piece of art. Unfortunately forgot to take a photo, but you can find many photos on Internet.We had to walk back a long way to get to a beer place that was hidden in a corner of the whole complex.Overall quite massive and does not make the impression of an integrated environment.

Ive stayed in this hotel before and couldn’t fault anything. This time is a completely different story. The bathroom was filthy. I understand that they have a lot of rooms to clean but the smell of urine is just unacceptable. There is a requirement of wearing face masks but in the watermark people just don’t do it. The waiting queue for check in and out is at least 30min. In overall, I would say the standard has dropped.

Great place to relax and enjoy the luxury holiday, amazing breakfast, brilliant waterpark and nice dolphins experience. the only negative thing is that some staff gave wrong information regarding the hotel facilities and the room description that we asked for which wasted our time, but after complaining to the supervisor this issue was solved.The other thing is lack of communication between reception and the dolphins Bay counter which nearly cost us losing our booking there.

This place is just spectacular, our flight got cancelled last minute and didn’t have anywhere to stay at 2AM we called a few hotels around the palm that didn’t even bother picking up the phone, we called them and they arranged something for us right away.I got to spend 3 nights in this magnificent master piece where everything you ever dreamt of is at hand.The staff is just so nice and I had the best experience with Emmann the hotel photographer. He made our last day and helped me get amazing pictures with my father throughout the resort. He knows what he’s doing and I definitely recommend having your pictures taken by him.

Extremely bad services whole day we trying to reach guest services no one picked up the phone even the receptionist till I called from my mobile even though they didn’t come Ac wasn’t working I couldn’t sleep whole night and bathroom sets missing.. I booked king suite for 3 persons I believe the changed my booking for ordinary room I tried to call for luggage help to check out I waited over half an hour for someone to come and 1 hour to pick my call till I called them from my mobile wth how come i pay this amount for atlantis 5 stars hotel and services be like that it wasn’t my first time to come before they were good but it will be my last time to come here

I had to give them one star, because honestly for being a five stars hotel there service is bad! no one contacts you back when you keep calling and they keep telling they’ll contact you and never do! I went to the waterpark and put extra money in the bracelet and i planned to go back the next day which they did not inform us that it will be closed and the lady recommended us to put extra money and it is refundable anytime!! And since the park is closed no one gave us the money back!! Even when we checked out! They kept saying they will contact me and no one did.

This place is really beautiful. you can go by public transport via metro, tram and monorail which has a great panoramic view of the district. somehow congested road on peak hours. awesome beach. theres lot of choices to dine and shop

It was a great experience with my daughters...So much fun and so much action. I only wish they start the activities early because it becomes too hot during the day in current weather. Especially when appearantly it was fully booked and crowded. Great variety for breakfast in Saffron and Kelidoscope. Overall great time
