We will never comeback! We stayed last September 17-18, 2021. They served expired bottled water from July 20 2021. We raised a complaint last Friday 2 hours after we checked in but after so many calls and update to their reception, they are telling that they informed to their management. Where is the action until 6PM this Sunday I did not hear anything from them.Me and my pregnant wife has almost consumed the 2 bottles of water. We are informed that it is okay to drink to think that I was expired from 2 months back? How sure are they?We are worried as my wife is on her first trimester of pregnancy. We have requested for an incident report on what happened but until now they are not providing it.Please prioritize the safety of your guest. This is high level of concern. This is alarming!!!Health and safety of your guest should be your priority also.Always check google reviews guys. This is a lesson learned to us.PLEASE for the sake of everyone be careful, your health is IMPORTANT.We will never comeback to this hotel.

Perfect location, close to marina, JBR and many more places. Cleaning is included and the room service also makes your dish. Better than home for real! Also thanks to Mohamed from gambia in the service desk that has given us the best service experience ever in our whole trip in Dubai, be careful with him do not loose him as employee he is a star

Great location in Barsha Heights and very reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay this place is great. Very friendly staff always looking to take care of your needs, even if it means you want a custom breakfast past noon. Rooms are good quality and the hotel is only a couple of years old. Convenience store is close by and easy to get to and if your looking to have a good night out at a bar, Grand Millenium is right next door a couple of steps away.

Wouldnt let me check in as my passport was getting a visa in it. Sharjah doesnt allow visa applications to be given to its applicants. This place left me on the street. The Government took my passport!!! Not me!! And these people acted as if the world was gonna explode if they checked me in.

Stay for 1 month with my friend to explore Dubai. Such a great place for stay just a home feel room with all kitchen, washroom and room resources for using. No need to bring anything from your home to cook anything in this hotel room. All the things are available with so great service. Daily room service was great to maintain the cleanliness. reception lady was so helpful for guiding all the services available at there place. Will definitely love to stay if being Dubai again. 10 min walk from metro station. also the super markets are available near the hotel. Great pool but just the timing for pool should be changed to enjoy in evening.

I booked a smoking room by booking.com, and when I checked in, the lady in the front desk didnt inform me that smoking room is not available and confirmed my booking without bothering to ask me. I just knew when I reached the room and asked for ashtray when she told me simply its not a smoking room.it ruined my day and I have to go to balcony whenever I have to smoke.

The worst client-focused service. You might talk to a robot and obtain a much better service.Facilities are quite good, comfortable mattress, but not a really nice bathroom...You miss more plugs in the room.There are many issues they should improve to offer a Class service

Mena, Angie and Samir are very outstanding receptionists. Talking about professionalism, wisdom and care for the guest these 3 staffs have it all. I would just like to appreciate them because of their excellent service. Mena is a very smart guy, he knows how to handle pressure and the needs of the guests are well served. Samir is a very passionate one, he has a soft heart to the guests and very dedicated to his task or even beyond his assigned job this guy is so kind. While Angie has a very soft voice that could make the guesst comfortable while talking to her. I love to hear her voice everyday. Their excellent personalities make them a good team in the hospitality Industry. Thumbs up, you made our stay an unforgettable one. I definitely come back here with Family soon. The hotel is really good value accommodation in Dubai. The rooms are great. All comes with balcony. Theres tiny rooftop swimming pool and a small gym. Breakfast is fabulous, room service & restaurant open until 9 30pm. Pool shuts at 9 30 pm too.Neighbourhood is ok, but nothing exiting, yet its near the internet city station, easy to get around

Booked through air bnb. upon settling you will be forced to pay a deposit of 200 dirhams. The room is beautiful, a large bed, there is a kitchen, safe, boudoir. They asked about cleaning every day, for one person a day they provided a bottle of 0.5 water. There is a swimming pool (without heating) and a gym on the top floor. The staff is very polite. We rented a room for 85 dollars a day.

If I could give a 0 review I would , we were denied to visit. The guests of the hotel ,as per the receptionist and the head security this is a term and condition form Dubai police , Dubai police was called and denied t his , redirected to tourism municipality, they wouldnt speak to them , funny thing, one of our friend is white , and he was totally allowed to pass.

Great hotel apartments and well maintained.I stayed in this place for two weeks, and wouldnt rate my stay as perfect.It is not a five star hotel so do not expect much luxury.First, just like someone else said in his review, they do not provide you with a rack to dry your clothes. We had to keep asking them severally each day, until they provided it in the fourth day of our stay.Moreover, they distorted our booking right from the beginning and yet were asking us for more money.I booked a studio apartment with king size bed and called them twice beforehand to confirm all my booking details will be availed, only for them to tell me on arrival that their rooms are all filled and they can only give us twin beds.Tissues are only replaced when you ask. Very tiny swimming pool. We couldnt use it.On the good side, the rooms are very clean and well kept.

Yes its good place for short stay, but if you have a bad luck like me and rent for one month they will not provide you with a Rack for your washed clothes !!, yes really , they imagine that their customers travel with their own wash rack.So imagine that you are traveling for business, with the humidity of DUBAI you always change your clothes and you rent a studio with washing machine you paid for that and finally u cant use.The funny part that when I contact the reception and even the manager they said we have a policy to provide for the short stay customs only so they simply telling please dont stay long !!

They tried i guess but just not up to stander for people coming from Europe or north America. Weird Smell, over priced for what else is out their just because your labeled as a hotel apartment doesnt mean you should charge the same rates as other hotel apartments if your facilities dont come to par with what else is available in Dubai

I have stayed in Two rooms apartment with Three kids and my wife. The hotel is very Clean, good staff, best location for all new malls and Dubai Parks. There is a train station nearby, 24hrs supermarkets, coffee shops and laudary. The surrounding is very quiet.

They charged security deposit from my card and said it will be refunded in 10-15 working days. Even after a month i didnt get it. Called them 4 times and still didnt get a callback or positive response. Still i did not get my security deposit back. Really disappointing customer service

The staff were Ahmazing. Especially Allison from the restaurant and Mohammed (Conceirge). They clean the rooms spotlessly everyday. The little kitchenette was soo helpful, just needs a little more kitchen items. I will definetly be going back there when am in country again.

Very good location for an apartment like this, lots of small grocery stores nearby and an average Carrefour nearby. I was in a studio room, a large bed and an average kitchen, the kitchen has everything to make a normal soup or even bake pancakes for breakfast. You can order different food for the room, I dont know exactly about the prices, but I think its cheap. Wi-Fi is stable during the day, so-so at night. I advise this place, I spent time here heartily)

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights when we came to Dubai. It is a very clean and tidy hotel. Also, the entrance to the hotel is at 2 oclock. But we left our luggage at the hotel as soon as we got off the plane and toured the city. It made us very happy that the hotel offered us such an opportunity. Our room consists of three parts: bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has shampoo conditioner body lotion toothbrush comb towels and bathrobes. There is even an iron and ironing board in the room. In the kitchen, there is a stove, microwave, toaster and washing machine.Our room was cleaned every day during our stay at the hotel.You make a deposit at the entrance to the hotel. (If you did not damage any property of the hotel, they will return this deposit to you when you check out.).You can have your breakfast for 45 dirhams per person from the hotel. Friendly and understanding staff works at the hotel. They were very kind to us during our stay there.The hotel is 5 min walking distance from the metro. Consider this privilege of the hotel. Because most hotels are far from the metro and you may have to take long walks while going from one place to another in dubai. You can reach many places by taking the metro from the Internet city metro station.

It is so cozy and warm that I want to return there again and again. We lived in it at the end of February 2020.We were pleasantly surprised by the Russian-speaking staff, the cleanliness of the room, the location in the business center of the city.Nearby there is a supermarket and metro. The rooms are as in the photo. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is a European buffet.

Very nice and family staff at the top of the professional is characterized by free parking, cleanliness, safety and tranquility as well as a full kitchen breakfast system they have a buffet, they answer you a special breakfast and identify and answer you to his room. (The room was a bit cramped but the place at its price and the above specifications make you look down on the hall)

The place is much less than expected, especially for families .. I was delayed to check in for an hour with a very cold and corny apologyClean rooms on request and what adds you soap bath and shower materials only on request.The hotel is located in an area that is not suitable for families especially if the teenagers love to walk in the area at night.Frankly, I would not recommend it except for those who have a weak budget.

Excellent price for the service provided and integrated services for the room and kitchen and very suitable for families.Some of the observations on the room are quite small for those with a child and need an extra bed, and delayed reception because there is only one employee.

Dirty, lived-in curtains, a non-closing door to the balcony, towels and linen. The staff is ready to listen to all your problems, but does nothing. The room was not cleaned for two days at all. Breakfast is so scarce that you don’t want to waste time on it. Far from the sea.

We were very excited, very clean in the room, and Nagan and Yaseen are well-equipped with various towels. We will be glad to come back to this hotel.
