It is definitely an amazing experience. The staff are great and the rooms are great with high quality finishing and accessories, all themed as if you are in the movies. Pacific Groove is a great restaurant, special thanks to Melodiona for taking great care of us. Highly recommend the hotel. Also, make sure to order the Chocolate cigars from the coffee shop. They take 24 hrs to prepare, so order them as soon as you walk in!

The good :- Hotel is located at a very convenient distance from the airport and Dubai mall- Uniqueness of the brand and concept- Absolute perfection of housekeeping staff when I received the card for the room, it was spotless in every way- Beautiful room, services, hallway, interior decor for the price paidWhat could be improved:- Waiting times at escalator could take ten minutes to actually get on it-Taxi/Careem not allowed up the ramp of the lobby which creates confusion and delay between client being up and the taxi being down-Sound insulation. I could hear the next rooms music and speech, possibly needs to be looked into (room 5412)-If lobby staff are warmer since that hospitality element is lacking on check in and check out

The stay at paramount hotel was fascinating, the staff were amazing and catered to our every need, the hotel looks great and very luxurious, we had breakfast at The stage restaurant which was really good and organised with COVID regulations being taken serious. In particular Afsal who is very attentive he ensured the room was cleaned well and all amenities were placed as requested. Housekeeping supervisor name Cecil never fail to approach us everyday during our stay, she is always more than kind enough, she look into our every need and try to fulfill it with the best of her effort. Lovely looking hotel, real glam but access to and from it is a nightmare. The parking really needs to be sorted especially during weekends. I also feel that staff need to be more forthcoming to someone that is looking like they need help. It could be an amazing place. I would go back if I knew the access to the hotel had improved

Spent a fantastic day and evening at the hotel. The bunch was excellent and the accommodation was very contemporary and stylish. The theme of paramount movies running through the whole hotel, the massive private cinema was particularly impressive. Thank you so much to all the staff here for making my stay special. The hotel is very grand and beautiful, they spare no expense to make sure everything is top of the line. Mina and Ahmed Safwat (and everyone else) are very helpful!We had breakfast for 70 AED per person if you organize with the front desk. During covid they help serve you through the buffet and everything was so tasty. I specifically liked the waffles and the accoutrements plater.The hotel is a bit confusing for Uber drivers to find, in my experience. We’ve had several drivers miss the entrance or try and enter at the wrong location. The hala taxi drivers usually know where to go though.Also, the rooms are very technologically advanced. (Somethings were a bit tricky to learn how to turn on.)All in all I booked through Booking.com, which was cheaper than the hotel itself.

Fabulous Friday brunch at Pacific Groove. Food and service were excellent. Quentin was brilliant at keeping the glasses topped up and the food coming. A beautiful cake and sparklers were a lovely surprise for my husbands birthday. Our party of 10 had a marvellous time and we will definitely be back again.

Pacific Groove does a really wonderful Friday brunch. The food and service is lovely, and there’s so many tasty cocktails included in the package. Great hotel. Good breakfast. Great location from downtown & the Dubai mall. I would recommend getting the breakfast included in your stay. There is happy hour everyday from 4pm - 7pm. And there are different things everyday going on within the hotel. Room service was great within our stay.

Today I was at the malibu deck enjoying my. Than I lost my phone and I thought that Ill never get it back. But Im happy about the job that the security guard did over there. This hotel is GORGEOUS, you are transported to a super luxurious world as soon as you walk in the lobby. Ahmed helped us check in and introduce us to the hotel and we felt at home immediately. The staff are wonderful people, and the rooms are beautifully designed. Special shout out to the folks at Flashback for an incredible 1920’s themed evening with a live cabaret and murder mystery night. Highly recommend for a staycation or celebrating any occasion for a guaranteed great time.

The Luxury , the view, the food eveything is great. The rooms are amazing. I am just suprised that SpA of the hotel is not included in the room charge. You need to pay for single entry.

I truly enjoyed my stay here in Dubai. We arrived Sunday night June 6 from a very long trip from North America. Everyone here is very helpful especially when we realized we needed an international charger. The hotel was nice enough to let us borrow two our entire stay here. The room service was on point! The food was very delicious!! I like how this hotel had activities for guests to engage in during our stay. The hotel was super clean and sanitized. I want to thank EVERYONE who works at this hotel for ensuring that we had a great stay. I highly recommend you to include the breakfast in your room package, you will need it. The only unpleasant experience is from the Pacific Grove on Saturday night is from one of the waiters whose name starts with an” S”. My boyfriend and I missed dinner but the bar was opened until 12:30 am. However, the gentleman expressed that there are better drinks downstairs. We felt as if he didn’t want us there so we immediately left feeling unwelcome . This was the only negative experience we had at this hotel. Despite his negative response to us I am still giving this hotel 5/5.

Although the hotel is nice, but my experience wasn’t great. There isn’t any signs in the parking lot for the correct elevator because some elevators is used for other towers. Also the staff didn’t came to me when I’ve asked them for a trolly at the checkout time.

This is the 3rd time going to the Spa Pause Chateau Berger. This massage and scrub was absolutely amazing! And Dee was a star! She’s very very good at what she does, but she’s also very customer service oriented. ❤️

Check-in was delayed so i was compensated with late check-out. Breakfast range was average. But the staffs are helpful and friendly. Rooms interiors were great, view from the pool good, the pool side bar is also a good place to chill. Great jazz music in the restaurant
