I visited the Argentinian Restaurant called Rare . What a rare find indeed !!!We were greeted by Basel who was courteous , funny and was a great host to us .The evening had started off in a disappointing way as we were turned away by another restaurant and we just happened to find this restaurant. The intimate atmosphere of the restaurant had saved the night.If you are a meat lover or just love scrumptious food, I would highly recommend this place for a night out or any special occasion (birthday , date night etc) .I will be visiting the restaurant again and highly recommend this place .

Beautiful and peaceful place. We were happy to find this place, hotel premises are interconnected with the territory of Polo club and stables. If you want you can ask for a tour and the staff will be happy to give you a ride on a club car or you can take a bicycle ride yourself (available at the gym for free). Riding school offers pony rides for kids and adults can have a horse ride but have to check for price and time with riding school directly. There is only one pool but we didnt mind because we were mostly enjoying the tranquil environment as well as watching polo game. Our family stayed at Polo Suits and that was much better choice than standard room (Palm Deluxe), suite was spacious and bright, we had our own private entrance and balcony overlooking on the Polo field. And we loved that the territory is so green and also everything around was equestrian themed: statues of horses, pictures, attributes and decorations.Also we preferred having breakfast served in room and indulge on the balcony while watching the game rather than going to the restaurant. If you dont mind having breakfast using recycled cutlery as the food was thoughtfully packaged due to current restrictions and precautions and we were fine with it.

Everything was amazing. Fares did an amazing job making our stay flawless. The pool, the bbq, the room and everything else was exceptional.

The hotel is beautiful.. rooms are spacious and clean with a huge bathroom and green beautiful view.. property overall is beautiful..We took the half board option.. but were not really happy with the breakfast as it is not buffet now cuz of covid which is fine but wht they serve on table is not good value for money..they are charging alot for breakfast and lunch..other thn that it was good overallModi at epicure was really helpful.. good job!!

We visited Melia Desert Palm Dubai for the first time to attend an event and were completely bowled over by this beautiful and serene property. Though it is a bit far, but it’s worth visiting. Loved the nibbles served by their restaurant at the event. We also got to watch polo. Definitely coming back again for dinner or for a staycation.

Good place, very nice view of the equestrian club. The Cafe there had some very good options for vegetarians too.

Place is tucked away far from the city. The pool is so so, the restaurant has poor service but great food. Would have been nice if it had been closer to the mainland...

A beautiful hotel with an amazing ambiance specially for the equestrian enthusiasts. The hotel has a spanish vibe and the polo club is just a wonderlust. We didnt get the chance to visit the polo museum but from the outside its marvellous.The riding school staff and the manager are very welcoming. I have visited many stables around the country and the usual faces we encounter are grumpy and not welcome. On the other hand, the staff were great and the stable itself is wonderful and very well organised.Our 1 night stay cation was perfect and we diffently will be visiting again.

Amazing stayed at the 3 bedroom villa and it was lovely. when we arrived we were shocked at how big it was. later that night the sleep was wonderful apart from a broken fridge. the pool was nice and the breakfast portion was generous. we also got to watch a lovely polo match and tour the premises. Added to that the service was top notch. we posted on insta about our stay and said how its a shame we cant have the ice cream because of covid. what do you know? turns up in the fridge 20 minutes after posting it. brilliant stay and cant wait to go back.

Amazing Ceviche from the Peruvian Chef Juan. Bazil will serve you in the highest level of respect an always offering you the best of the Juan Kitchen and good wines. The Fridays you can enjoy also a Polo Match where you will see the power of the horses.

I stayed in one bedroom villa, it was amazing, must try the restaurant called epicure one the best hotel restaurants ever visited duo to the amazing quality of food and very cheap prices compared to hotel restaurants

We enjoyed our stay here. It was our home away from home. This was all because of how friendly and supportive the staff were. Especially Maher from reservations His professionalism and friendly nature was taken well by us. We stayed at multiple hotels in our in Dubai but this hotel is definitely worth value. Mainly because of the service.In most hotels you don’t deal with the reservations however he personally made sure we were ok and made our stay pleasant. Visited this lovely resort for a wine tasting event. Charming outdoors overlooking the beautiful landscaped polo area.  They have an al fresco dining with wood-fired grills. I enjoyed the quality of their service and wonderful meat barbecue

I cannot find words to describe how Maher is professional and gentle, he always assist me with bookings with very high customer services and he always accommodated my requests with proffoinal manner. I like to come always to Melia desert palm and it’s my second home

Beautiful interior and landscape, the green polo field, the pool and the greenery along with the with the small fountain, all of this makes if a good place to be around. The food at epicure was really good, the service and the staff are very friendly and professional.

Beautiful place. The desert palm is one and the only one that combines all the luxury and relaxation and fun in one place.

A serene oasis in the desert. In facilities are need of some maintenance and the service is a bit slow but in general a lovely place with multiple venues.

I really like this place: it is quiet, the food is simple in variety but I think it is very delicious. The pool is small, there are not many sun beds, but all depends on what you are looking for: be quiet, relaxed, drink a nice juice, there is a small corner for babies in the bar, so they can play and you can enjoy your food... the views with the polo field are green and nice.For me is an easy way to scape and enjoy a bit of relaxing and quality time. The gym is also cute, nothing fancy, and I can not judge the quality of the sport activities there as I never took place on them.They have also bikes to take for a round around the complex.

Excellent hotel with good location, far from the city . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff . The suite was spacious and clean . I want to say a Big Thank You to front line manager Assia Rahhaoui who helped me to solve my issues without any delay . It is a true sample of excellent hospitality. She was very professional and really cares of the customer’s needs . Thank you again.

A beautiful place. Complete natural touch and the surrounding of natures beauty, away from the citys busy life. Often visit Melia Desert Palm and the Polo fields during the winter season to watch the Polo games and the magnificent horses.

A real treat- we loved it! Weve just returned home after an absolutely wonderful stay at Melia Desert Palm. We went as a family to celebrate 3 birthdays on the same day (mine and my twin daughters who were turning 6). It was a fantastic experience, made even more special by the amazing staff at the hotel.

The experience was nothing less than a truly bespoke, intimate and authentic one, from the moment we checked in and throughout the whole stay. The food is top notch, the atmosphere is relaxing and the location/accommodation transports you to a lush green getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Special thanks to Ibrahim at Guest Services for going above and beyond to provide a seamless checkin and upgrade journey, to Jessielle at epicure for her unparalleled work while serving us breakfast and lunch at epicure, to Naisam for always setting us up with a comfortable and convenient spot at the pool, and last but not least to Apple and the rest of the RAW restaurant team for a fantastic dinner. A great demonstration of team work at its best delivering high quality customer service (and when they are not at their best they work immediately on your feedback).

The place is nice but unfortunately the service is not as expected, they took an insurance amount of 1000 AED and for 3 months never came to my account !!!! I keep calling they are not helping the staff are just good in keeping you on hold. All my friends told me about that but I ignored

This hidden treasure is a must visit destination in Dubai. Spread over 600 hectares this green Oasis will transport you to a new place. Once inside you will not believe that you are in Dubai. Excellent room options including Villas with private pool. Good F&B choices And a exotic Spa too. And the best part is that it is only a 20 minute drive from Downtown Dubai.

It was greatest choice to had reservation in this hotel, quit and relax place for family or couples. And reception staff it were helpful, anything for villa or cooking items they will for provide you. I recommend it.

Two restaurants (breakfast at Epicure was disappointing but dinner at Rare steakhouse was a hit), two bars (Red has a happy hour that marks drinks down to a reasonable price), 39 rooms, a don’t-miss destination spa, large fitness centre and multiple polo fields make up this 160-acre complex. Dragon Mart and Dubai Safari Park (currently closed for redevelopment) are neighbours of this remote resort, which tends to be perhaps a tad too quiet in the restaurants and bars. The two riding schools, one for disabled riders, are independent and riding lessons must be booked independently. Overall, best for horse lovers who prefer peace and quiet. The equestrian-inspired decor is a nice touch.

What a place in the middle of all those busy flashy crowded Dubai attractions.Did not spend a lot of time there but the time spent would remain in memory for a long time.Grand, clean and beautiful.

A hidden jewel in Dubai. Many people dont know about this place but it is a beautiful environment with 100 villas, stables for 300+ horses, polo fields, cafes, restaurants and pools. It requires a short drive to get there but well worth the effort. Great venue for a sundowner; you might even catch a polo game. Followed by a very decent meal.

Enjoy the resort. A relaxing place. They put out an excellent welcome for us. With a meat, cheese and fruit platter in our room for free. I really thought that was classic and classy. From the staff to the horses to the food. A great escape from the busy Dubai .
