I first stayed in your hotel in 2013 so I knew that the location was good, with proximity to a metro stop and being right across the street from the Deira Centre City Mall, with decent restaurants.The hotel itself is pretty standard Ibis. Room size is average. But it is far better than the newer ones in southern France, which give new meaning to the word claustrophobia.The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful.The staff of all levels were outstanding and very helpful.

This hotel is excellent for a layover to catch an early morning flight. It’s is a very basic hotel which is also in close proximity to the airport. Housekeeping staff and front desk are extremely helpful.

Excellent hotel for a short stay in Dubai. The room was pleasant and everything met my expectations. I arrived late in Dubai and it was my first time here. Driving there at 2am in a rental after a very long flight was a little confusing, but I quickly figured everything out. Convenient to the metro and Deira City Center Mall, although walking in the summer sun is never fun at any distance. I would easily recommend staying here.

Called like 9 times for a new reservation and now one took my calls !!! Finally the reception picked up and told me yeah we are too busy here !!! What kind of ppl working here in this bug brand, if they cannot do the basics certainly they cannot serve properly better to select another hotel

Much better than truly expected. Is exactly as photos and better. I checked in in the wee hours and they allowed me to stay late into the evening to include they keep your luggage safe and locked away for you until your flight out free of charge. Great place, great space, great location, and great service. Well done. Thank you

Nice Hotel , with all amenities in one place .,in the heart of city all places nearby .Very friendly and supportive staff. My visit to Dubai was business travel . I feel this is the best place to stay . Food is Good , starting from check-in to resturant staff all are so friendly . Will stay again on my next visit .

You get what you pay for. The hotel rooms are outdated and the carpet smells really badly. That’s not the worse part. The worse part is the guest. We slept next door to people who thought it was a wonderful idea to stay up alll night long making noises like teenaged on a sleepover. This horror went on straight through the night and to the next morning.When I called the reception at 2am, first the person I spoke to pretended to not be there then hung up the phone on me. Of course, I called them back and their offer was to move rooms at 2am. Granted I was only to stay for one day!

My overall stay reminds me of home. The service and the accommodation they offer is indeed a good one! Will surely recommend this hotel.

Bathroom was not clean. Drainage was stocked and it was opened after I asked reception. Hotel must regularly check drainage and tabs. Shower also made awful noise

Very Loyal staffWe lost a gold necklace at the lobby. when we come back after 9 hours, we asked receptionist to check then the security comes and given the Gold necklace.

I stayed here for almost 2 months. Had a wonderful stay experience at Ibis, Deira City Centre. Not even once did I have to complain about anything. Everything was taken care of even before I had to ask for it. The housekeeping staff especially Binod Kumar who cleaned my room almost everyday was very prompt and thoroughly professional. They go the extra mile to make you smile. Ill not hesitate even a bit to stay here again.

A good hotel, well located next to transport. the prices are affordable, the service was up to my expectations. the reception staff are pleasant and very responsive.I had to deal with Mr. Islam who is also French-speaking and who is very friendly and whom I thank for his professionalism.

My room is always well kept by the cleaner, Subham. He is always in time and professional. He is polite and very detailed. Every staff from reception to kitchen is professional and supportive.

We stayed a week in Dubai on holidays and this hotel was perfect for us. Really close to trains and buses. More importantly the staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful, during breakfast Ashish and the entire staff was very welcoming, breakfast was delicious and drinking coffee in the terrace was just the cherry on top.

The place is good to look from outside. The management is operating from the Novotel hotel so I suffer some minor discomfort, when I decided to extend my stay. Food is expensive and not up to the rate. Rooms are quite clean, except the carpet stink some time. Hallways are always filled with Cigarette smoke despite the warning. The divider between shower and toilet is not bolted down, it will slide out if you stand against it. Security team is very helpful.
