Nice service,clean and big rooms.

Affordable, place is near to Metro Station and is really at the core of Rigga, great hospitality from the staff, but its just old and the smell is different. I really hope theyll focus on renovation. The smell of smoke starts from the time you open the door of the lobby.

Hotel is good. Need to give some training about guest service. How to welcome and how to entertain guest I checked in around 20:00 on 19 March 21. I feel at reception like they are giving free room. No information regarding hotel. Need to change mattress 🙁

Dear Team,We are very disappointed with the treatment we received at your hotel.I was a primary guest and I had a visitor with me however that person eid was expired, we offered to provide driving license or passport copy however we were mistreated and was provided pathetic customer service.If there is an issue front office staff needs to provide or come up with a solution, however we were made felt that we are very indifferent, which isn’t acceptable.Front office staff Kathy and Cloe were very rude.. and impolite… after requesting repeatedly for an hour we were still not put across through a manager. After a heated argument manager intervene, where in manager was helpful.I would personally like to complain about these two people.. Kathy and cloe, they would need to be more polite and human towards any guest walking in your hotel.Hope this would be addressed and fixed soon, so no other guest would face same issue

The facility is old, at least more than i thought to be for a 4 star hotel.. but the staff were nice and the hotel is quite and calm and parkings are provided

I book on Avenue hotel Al Rigga Dubai...When you arrived in every hallway of the hotel you will smell the bad odor from the carpet and you can see the dust, may be they use it for more than a years and i think they need to change it.. Also inside the room there is a Bad odor came from the carpet...And another important thing the AC more than a time i feel sweaty because the AC was not cool even if it was in the last degrees. More dust in the door of Balcony i think they should add a maintenance to clean it well to satisfied the customer but for now i will not ever book again in Avenue Hotel

Located just 10 minutes from DBX airport in one of the older parts of Dubai. Stayed here for 2 weeks. Ideally located for restaurants and shopping. Hotel is very comfortable. Room was good size, clean and comfy bed. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. 4 star review as breakfast although buffet style is limited in choice. Other than that I would recommend to anyone.

Staying at the hotel on a Business Trip for 2 weeks.Extremely customer focused, attentive and friendly staff. Got upgraded to a suite during my stay due to the hotel being fully booked.The room is quite spacious, but could do with a bit of updating.Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in the restaurant, as well as dinner in the outside restaurant.

Worst experience ever... I could not sleep yesterday because the sound of the night club the music was so loud and when i went to the reception they did not do anything... The staff are lazy and they looked forced to work here and never smile or laugh

I am not at all impressed by this place. Don’t know how it got 4 star rating. Disappointing. Rooms are small. Furniture and bathroom fittings etc are very old. The cellar parking is congested. Nothing much to say good about it except location. It’s on main road Don’t get impressed by the pics they show while booking. It’s no way close. Only external elevation is good but the rooms are not. This place needs a total facelift in my opinion.

Calm with nice location but hard parking

What can I say about this hotel except this is now part of my Happy places. I stayed here for a week and when I tell you the staff were the best, I mean it. From checking in on me every morning, giving me tips on what to do in town and saying yes to most of my crazy demands.The hotel itself is really nice, rooms are big and the meals are also very good. The hotel is really close to the Al Rigga station which makes moving around very easy. There are also soo many restaurants and shops on the lane that you are always spoiled for choice on what to buy or eat.I will definitely sleep here again when I return to Dubai. Thank You Guys for making my stay such an enjoyable one

Hotel is very nice and staff is very friendly.Rooms are also good , Housekeeping is also good.The breakfast is very fantastic.Nearest metro station is Al Rigga.The tourist attraction is Deira clock tower but its just a tower nothing any else.The very important point is this hotel is beside the highway so u have easily get a cab for go anywhereAlso lots of restaurants are available near by this hotel.For the shopping there is a nearest the delta center.Overall my experience was very nice.Due to the covid they close the gym and Swimming pool.

Avenue Hotel dubai is a very good hotel and hotel is located near to metro station, different kind of restaurants. The price for a day has been reduced a lot due to covid 19 situation. I got reservation for almost 100 AED/day.Hotel is having ample car parking.The reception staff is good and happy to help.

Right now I am staying here. Started to stay from 13th December.Worst customer service and no response for our complaints, listed below the complaints made to make decision of anybody who wants to stay,1. Cant able to close the Window. Open always complained many times but not fixed.2. On first day of my arrival not even complimentary water bottles are given and refused to give any.Also I have to request to help to bring my luggage to my room.3. Unfortunately opted for breakfast 😕 and serving a single menu every day. Food is not good taste and repeated daily .Requested to change the menu but told as that its their international menu (lol) cant change by the restaurant manager.4. Cleaning is not that good also not cleaning the toilet on daily basis. Not providing tea and coffee bags but they tagged as four star hotel.5. WiFi is not that speed or most of the time not connecting to my laptop.6. Telephone lines are disconnected in the rooms since I came here ( almost 10days over) . So if u wanted to speak or order anything u have to visit urself to their place. When asked about Receptionist simply says that due to internal connection problems 🙄 it will not work. But I noticed that its working in the front desk only for office purpose. I really dont know why no phone service in the room.7. I was given a room exactly opposite to lift which I can hear a ring bell sound whenever anybody opeartes so cant sleep in the nights. Requested many times to change my room any corner but never got any single response.8. TV is a showcase item and its useless no good channels to watch and limited to only 15 channels and its all blurred.9. No iron box or board given in the room as usual when asked for it no response.10. No slippers provided for bathrooms in this four star hotel.I have been sacrificed to stay here because I paid to my travel agent (Global travel solutions-GTS) of 4000dhs to stay here for 16 days as to travel to saudi 🇸🇦 😪 only for room.Conclusion: whoever wants to travel to saudi from India at this current situation due to no direct flights there are plenty of other options are available in dubai to stay. So book urself for 2days in vasanthabhavan or citymax or any other cheap hotels once u reached search for cheapest and good service hotels to stay to save money and stay safe. Thank you

I spent 4 nights and 5 days in this hotel. I have never seen such a good, honest, and friendly staff. Specialy thanks from Mr,Numan Zahid, Mr, Sohil Akhtar,Mr Gautam,Mr,Nasir,Mr,Abdull and more whose i forgot there name.Thanks for your nice hospitility.I love all of them and i wish to visit there again and again.

A fairly good hotel in Al Rigga road in Deira which is a good location in the middle of a lot of entertainment and dining. The hotel is moderately clean but the room was not that clean and the furniture was old. The washroom was also old and the sink was plugged at the time of first use and I had to call the reception to send me someone to fix it. Also the key room didn’t work when I first used it and I had to go down again to reactivate it. Unfortunately the staff also at the reception was not friendly and welcoming. Overall my experience at the hotel was not that good may be I was not lucky 😊

Presently staying at the Avenue Hotel and I will be here for 10days. The hotel is great. Its few feet away from the train station. Great bars and eat out spots on the road. The breakfast is awesome

The staff is exceptionally friendly with a beautifully maintained lobby. The concierge service is fast and efficient. I was last here about a month ago and was impressed Emily not only recognized me but remembered my drink and my dinner order from last time. She is courteous funny and a pleasant reprieve from the chaos of a long day. If I could give more stars I would.

The Avenue hotel is a four-star hotel located at Al-Rigga, a busy and pretty central street in Deira, Dubai. Its close to the Dubai clock tower and the Deira city centre.Its a four star hotel but I am rating it five stars here for the seamless, lovely experience. Pretty much everything went according to how we wanted it to, no surprises or disappointments.Staff there is very polite, the food is great, rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable.Breakfast was complimentary and totally worth it.I personally enjoyed the rooftop pool and the very warm and pleasant lifeguard. Spent a lot of my time there in the pool, dont forget to use sunscreen though. Only disadvantage of a rooftop pool rather then an indoor pool.Great time here.

Excellent for me, comfortable place even for kids, its in the middle of the city, easy to get taxi or metro to any part of Dubai from here. Its a lovely place. The meal from the restaurant is top notch. I love it.

Bad reception and poor room service

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! But thank you for the stay. The hotel smells like smoke. Not just one part or one room, but the whole hotel. I think this USED to be a 4star. Maybe you must try to upgrade the place? Thank you for the good service though.

Good hotel on main road

It is located in the best place of Dubai , hospitality is their number one priority . So you wont leave the place without a smile . The staff is welcoming and warmth with gestures. Food is great with different kinds of cuisines Theres awareness. They handle our guest like family....

If you are visiting Dubai for the first time, stay here and you wont regret it.Shops are near the hotel.There is a yummy sharwama shop just after the hotel down the road.I will stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.

I have stayed at this hotel many times since 2009. One of my budget friendly hotel in old Dubai, located on Al Rigga Rd. Close to all, food, transportation and airport. Rooms are clean and welcoming, staffs are always warm and friendly. Bonus has two bar/night clubs on site.

This is a fantastic hotel for the value and the location! This hotel is just off the Metro a block. After we realized that the metro was available we rode it everywhere we needed for $22 dirham/day unlimited rides. We saved our transport money so we could shop more!Friendly staff and clean rooms. They held our bags after we checked out without any additional charge.

Yet again, had a very good experience going out to eat in Dubai.This Hotel Restaurant (im not a resident) is high class. You can eat outside or inside, If you choose to eat INSIDE this is one of the rare places where they serve alcohol.Menu is vast, you have a lot of options. Choose something common or have a more western dish (regular frys for example)I especially liked that they give you a bottle of original Heinz tomato ketchup and original Tabasco sauce.The whole staff is professionell and friendly.Pricing is good, bear in mind thou that it is a little higher (but more exclusive) than byuing from a small Cafe.Pro Tip: try the selfmade juices!

Very good service. Staff is polite and cheerful . The room is medium size . Bed is very comfortable. And location is very well selected in main street in the city where a lot of different taste Restuarant are close to the hotel. Besides the metro is walking distance .

We went to the party hall for a birthday reception. The staffs are attentive and the female host is lively. The food range from salads, soup, rice, fried rice, fried chicken, sweet and sour fish, veggie chopsuey, beef stew, pancit palabok, fruit salad and jelly in milk. The food all taste average and it’s either too salty or bland.

When I first intervr the club with group of friends so its started with before we could settle down the wetor forced us to order drinks befor we even sat sat down we ordered to beer bottle but the waiter force is to order more as we were 4 person we refused to order more drink the waiter started misbehaving with us and then he even pushed me so the service was worse there dont go there and was your money
