Very bad and the most worst experience we had in our entire life..Its a nightmare,to the point that I even lose my appetite.😥Cant imagine how can they say this is a 3-star hotel.Please note: Labour camp are even better than their rooms.We booked for 2nights, but we cant even imagine how to stay for an hour. We check-in for 30mins and start searching for REAL HOTEL ,cancelled the booking ,packed our things,and move to nearby hotel.Please, dont waste your money. Any advise how to report these kind of hotel to stop operating and stop cheating us by posting nice photos in their website.

Very very Disgusting… bathroom is very dirty. Bed have a lots of bed bugs, also cockroach. Customer service is very very bad, we ask 1 towel more than 3 hours we’re waiting. First and last in that hotel. Waste money cause we didn’t sleep properly, we make early check out!

Only if Google had a negative rating, I would rate this hotel -100000000/5. Seriously, how can the local authorities let the hotel operate and why has nobody reported them to the relevant authorities ??? So many roaches, everywhere, in every crevasse you could possibly think of. I found bed bugs on my pillow !!!! Small cockroaches are everywhere. Even inside the electric kettle!!. The duvet and the sheets are stained so badly. The worst part is that these pests come out from at night. So disturbing, I had a few roaches crawling up onto my feet at night. I am checking out tomorrow, I dont even know if theyll refund me for the two nights left of my booking. As I write this review at the desk in the room, I have spotted 4 different cockroaches crawling on the sides. Fml.

I ended up leaving the first night, honestly this place is not safe by any means, the building is not clean, they dont clean the rooms, the bedding was heavily soiled. Upon walking to my room cockroaches were crawling all over the cart with the coffee, water bottles, sugar packets, etc for the rooms. Entering the room there was black mold growing out of the vents, bed bugs and stains on the beds, just about everything in the room was broken, mold growing on the tables. I left to get food, upon returning I decided to leave before I bring one of the many species of insects infesting this place home with me. Like many others have said, save your money!

Nice hotel in Deira Dubai UAE good location its nice spacious rooms with modern fittings in bathrooms, have huge restaurant with great food ,have nice restaurant in and around the hotel,it also have terrace swimming pool with great view of the city.

Worst hotel everDay 1 ; they didnt gave me towel , even i called 10 times they said laundry will come . But zonkDay 2 ; they clean the room and gave me towelDay 3 ; they didnt clean my room . I complained and one cleaning service come but not much thing he did, he took my towel without replacing with new one.Day 4 ; they didnt clean my room again. WorstDay 5 ; checkout with all that experienceEvery night there is night club with all night heard to the room . So i cannot sleep well.As long as my life and for stay in other country.. This hotel is the worst ever

Really sorry place. Its filthy. Out of the 5 days I stayed here, cleaning wasnt done 3 days. The toilet was running constantly (flush was faulty). I told the frontdesk but they never fixed it.This is not the hotel for a comfortable stay. Its dirty and ill maintained.

Our stay over here was pathetic.The hotel is not a three star but a third class hotel of Dubai.The Pakistani owner,Mr.Siddiqi and his Indian partner and an Emarti Master are just minting money over here without spending even a single penny.The rooms are dirty.There is only one Vacumer in entire hotel.All the wash rooms are filthy. Rooms are full of cockroaches and beds are infested with bed bugs.There is no insect spray available in the hotel.The carpet is full of dust through out the hotel.The owners are only concerned with running the night clubs and massage parlour.The swimming pool is at the roof top,it is very dirty.Lifts need repair.The only restaurant of this hotel is closed by Dubai Muñcipality because of serving substandard food !The staff of hotel is very nice and polite.Some of the employees have not been paid salaries for the last three MONTHS!The owners have six other hotels which are being run like wise.PLEASE DONT EVER STAY IN THIS FILTHY HOTEL.

The facilities were very dirty, no hygiene at all, the pillows were like with yellowish stain, the bedding were totally nit change..the wash room is disaster.. Horrible.. Even with flies around.. Its a nightmare experience..

Worst hotel ever.. wont give any star. No cleanliness, bathroom constantly leaking, pathetic interior designing, staff is dumb also sevice is bad . Have to call many many times to ask for towels. Its more like a brothral than hotel . Would not recommend to anyone . Very disappointed.
