Absolutely recommend Sheraton Grand for your business trip to Dubai when you want to be close to World Trade Center. Only 5 minutes walking and you will be having everything you need around you: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, the park, etc.Sheraton Grand has great hospitality, friendly staff and everything you ask for is at your disposal within minutes.Suits and 2 bedroom apartments are big.Standard rooms and 1 bed room apartments are rather small, compared to other properties. The Sheraton Grande is the best run hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay. Why? It’s simple “Top Down Management”. The general manager is a wonderful lady from the UK. She exudes positive energy and caring. This creates an atmosphere of LOVE by the entire staff. I even had the experience of the maintenance people asking if they can fix anything on my room. The entire staff is this friendly and caring. Always going above and beyond and exceeding all guest expectations. What a great hotel!!!!!

I highly recommend their room service foods and their Prawn Linguine is to die for! Its so delicious that you can really taste each ingredients of it. Honestly, Im still drooling for it until now. 🤤For the dessert I ordered Pecan Brownie, I love that they just put an exact amount of sugar on it. Its not too sweet and you can really feel the pecan chunks on every bite. Plus it comes along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.Then for my beverage, I had Blueberry and Avocado smoothie. Its mixed with cinnamon,honey,spinach and almond milk so its healthy!Sheraton is one of my go to place whenever I feel so stress and wanted to stay away from people for a while. This is my silent sanctuary and maybe yours too!

Went for an event, good ambience, valet parking is a mess during peak times!

I had a great stay here for 3 nights. All staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Mohammed at the check in desk. We had some troubles with the confirmation but he tried his best to resolve it as best he could.The restaurant staff in the mornings at breakfast were fantastic. All food was great.Everything was clean and taken care of in the room. Enough water provided, tea/coffee selection, iron, hair dryer, etc. Everything I needed, I could find it.I recommend for business or leisure.

We stayed for a week at the end of April and it was a wonderful. Great location and the buffet breakfast was always very good. The hotel staff service was five star, they were very accommodating, warm, and helpful. They were all just really pleasant people. I got injured while I was visiting the city and spent a portion of my trip relegated to the room - the staff was very helpful and made notable effort to ensure sure I had what I needed.The overall four star rating is attributed to the flat, lifeless bed pillows, the sink (though stylish) is not conducive to face washing - I kept bumping my head on the faucet, and the bathroom lighting is challenging for makeup application. I also had a mediocre experience with the travel desk scheduling my covid test. But I would happily stay there again.

I come to this hotel often, and even stayed in their apartment for almost a year. This time I stayed for 3 weeks, the room was not acceptable at all to the price I am paying for. The plugs dont work, the coffee machine doesnt work, the light doesnt work properly. And although I complained to them more than 2 times they did not do anything about it. It is very disappointing. Plus on my arrival, the receptionist (Mohammed Saeed) was not even kind. I landed early morning and reached the hotel at 7 am. Made us check in at 1pm, he didnt even offer a glass of water. And was very rude about a payment made online.This is the worst i have ever received especially in Dubai. Knowing I come often.

We had a meeting here this year as always. Always same quality service, no mistake. Only problem was AC. İt was not working properly and during the meeting it was hot like hell in the meeting room.

It is my second visit to Sheraton Grand hotel, for my spa date @Soul Wellness & Spa. The first time around my spa booking was overlayed but the second trip there was beautiful experience bcoz fhe treatment was spot on. It has been a while due to covid and my pregnancy since my last visit to a spa, but since I chose this spa to be my first to get back to relax mood, it couldnt be much better than this. I would like to Thank Mr. Lallu for being so considerate to make sure we had no hindrance on our booking the second time with the spa. We used a Groupon voucher and its so worth it for couples treatments. Will use this again next time thru entertainer and share anotber review

Excellent and Spacious Family Room Experience”Traveling with a group of 5 and stayed in two family room, which consisted of two conjoined rooms. We had a higher level and upgrade suite , which was excellent and offering El-Shikh Zayed street view. The rooms themselves were plenty spacious. Many amenities offered and the decor was contemporary. All the Hotel Staff was very nice with a positive demeanor. Special thanks to the front office Mr. Mohamed Jamal and Mr.Suleiman and the concierge as well Mr.Ismail and Mr.Saad and their colleagues from executive lounge. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again

I had 9 days in this Sheraton Hotel, everything was really good with a great feeling at the end , and I guess if I return to Dubai I would stay here again.First of all I need to do a big shoutout to all the team in the Sheraton Club on the 31st floor, breakfast, happy hour and all my requests were immediately attended by them, a personal thanks to all of them ! You guys rock!The Pool its nice but small, the restaurant feast its fine could have a little improvement.The location its perfect! 5 min from the metro! You dont need taxis !The rooms and the house keeping were impeccable.I just wish I had a better upgrade when arriving due to my platinum status , but that did not ruined my stay!Thanks to all my friends at this lovely hotel!

Probably one of the best hotels i’ve ever been to! The rooms are so spacious and the view is incredible, the staff is so caring and welcoming and the rooms are very clean! This hotel was quite close to the airport as well and will definitely stay here next time i visit Dubai :))

Although its a 5 stars hotel, I gave it 4. The maintenance is not good, the room has a couple of maintenance issues not all of them were solved when I asked. There is no chair in the room, so if u have work to do, u have to stay in the lobby. The toilet has no shattafa although this is not common in dubai. Breakfast is wonderful, location is not bad and the staff are very professional. Wifi is excellent and the covid testing facility they offer is amazing.

A view from my bedroom.But keeping the view aside, pretty good place to stay in Dubai specially when you are on your business trip.I have been staying here for almost 2 months now and it was awesome.

You will feel like you’re home. Specially with the great team in the breakfast restaurant.

Loved the hotel so much I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect everything was less than a 20 minute drive away (more so everything was 10 mins away), the service was exceptional everyone was so pleasant. Only con was the room service took a while to arrive but the food was worth the wait always very tasty. Very clean hotel and felt very safe

We made wedding event in this hotel, it was very good experience, very good servicing, our wedding planner was Maria Aiza that I recommend to be your wedding planner, she was so friendly, active, welcoming and was responding to each and every request with no additional charges on the price. the hotel ballroom is huge enough to have your events and buffet was fantastic. It doesnt deserve to spend money, because you can stay at much better hotels with same price or even less and better location.The TV position was not in front of bed which you laying down, so the TV will be in right corner of the roomThe bed was uncomfortable and mattMaximum 3 star hotelIn addition few weeks later my family stayed at same hotel and unfortunately they were disappointed

This cant be a 5 stars hotel. No way!My experience in short:- Old sofa with disgusting stains(body fluids).- Netflix and streaming not working.- Hot water tank doesnt enough capacity to fill tub completely with hot water.- Moldy shower.- washing machine constantly broken and stinky.- Long stay manager Sabina told me my checkout was on Saturday, it was actually on Friday. Then reception forced me to pay 5min before a meeting in order to get back in the room. She didnt dare to even apologize or reply.Dear visitors do yourself a favour, stay away from this hotel whatever the price.

The staff are friendly, helpful and in this difficult times, they try to go the extra mile for their costumers.Facilities are clean and looked after, the location is close to the metro station, which makes it easy to access different parts of the city, if you want to explore.You have various services around the hotel that were quite handy to me.Would definitely go back.

I travel extensively and I’m away from my family for long periods of time which can be very solitary, but for such a large hotel your employees made me feel like I was at home.you should be very proud of Anjalee who made me feel so welcome at breakfast remembering my name, where I liked to sit, to organising my morning tea, her personable nature, bright smile and positivity set me up for the day ahead, I have never looked forward to breakfast so much.Likewise, Joanna and Mya at the &more cafe who were so attentive and made my stay very comfortable, I never felt rushed and the coffee was great.I would recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai for me it has a fantastic personal approach towards its guest which you don’t normally find in many large hotels. Good rooms, felt very safe (COVID) throughout the establishment, pool staff excellent regular cleaning. Can’t fault this hotel in anyway. Pleasurable stay highly recommend.

Sheraton Grand Hotel at Sheikh Zayed Road, no doubt before arriving the joint would live up to its name and be grand, but the elaborate and spacious interiors and sparsely populated reception area was not something I was ready for. Impressive, to say the least. And I was just there for a coffee at the COFFEE & MORE cafe, meeting a guest at the hotel. Looking forward to the next visit.

Hotel rooms are lovelyUnfortunately staff let it down. I was told that the sauna / steam room was full ( 4 people max) and so was not allowed to go in, when my friend who was in the sauna / steam room said there was no one else in the whole facility.Management told me they would look into the incident as it seemed like the sauna staff lied to me. Never heard back from management.

It was horrible! To starts with twice broken lock from the door, waiting for half an hour for someone to fix it, broken shower head, I felt down on floor because of it and got harsh bruises. But the best was the transfer to the airport! Which I ordered might before for terminal 3 for 7am, I was late for 7 minutes so had to wait for him until 7:35 and he brought me to wrong terminal, I’m without internet barely catched taxi and now I have just 17 minutes before the end of check in, hope to make it somehow. The hotel in general already need renewal, totally not worse it’s money ! Super angry

Amazing hotel. Rooms are excellent very chic, the restaurant has an amazing buffet a wide variety ti choose from. The roof top bar has an amazing scenery around it , its very strategically placed it gives a nice overview of Dubai, not to mention the burj khalifa. The pool is at the roof top as well. I love it !! Ive spent 3 days in this very nice house. We had a room on the 11th floor with an amazing city view and morning sun. The bed is heavenly ... its really true: the bonvoy chain bed comfort cant be topped. Our room had a good energy aswell. But for me first come the people. The interacting with Yamin (Myanmar) at breakfast was really welcoming. She was caring for our needs every morning very attentive friendly and guestoriented. It was so good to have she as a warmhearted and smart person around us. Also the support of Sinta (Indonesia) at the front office was memorable. We had a very nice hospitality experience by her at arriving and also at leaving. As an elite member my husband had the club lounge access and we spent enjoyable afternoons here. On our last day we had a very precious and deep conversation with the club lounge reception lady from Indonesia - I failed to ask for her name unfortunately - because our conversation was so deep and touching. 🙏

This is Sheraton was really 5 star in all they had to offer.Check-in was quick and easy.Got to the room and it was huge and very upmarket. Extremely comfortable with a huge bathroom to compliment the rest.The executive lounge was exactly that, and the hours it was open for was really convenient as Dubai only allows us to return the hotel quite late in the evening.The location is not that great though, but for anything Trade Center related, it is perfect.Not too far from Dubai mall, but quite far from Mall of Emirates.

We loved this place!! The view was incredible and the staff were friendly as well. We could see the burj de khalifa from our room and is very close to the Dubai mall. Everything was close to us and the wifi was great. They are safe corona wise and overall just a great place to stay in.

The club here is excellent; breakfast, tea time (lunch), happy hour (dinner) were beyond my expectations. I did forgo the points and have the breakfast buffet on the 6th floor. I would recommend the buffet, since there a more options and it’s an experience. The steam room, sauna, hot tub in the spa locker room are for us to enjoy even without getting a treatment. I just got off a cruise ship and already had treatments, but I would recommend getting a massage there, even though I didn’t partake. I saw happy customers and I would have, if I didn’t already just before my stay. Roof top pool and hot tub is very nice. Love being Platinum, being upgraded to a beautiful suite, and enjoying the club.

This is my favorite destination in Dubai. I always prefer to stay at it every time I come to Dubai. This is the 3rd time I stay here. Every thing is comfort. The location is great. The facilities were amazing. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. Mr Ashraf Rashad valet supervisor is one of the kindest persons I have met in the hotel. The overall experience was very good. I love this hotel and every time im back to dubai i stay here for at least 2 weeks, i enjoy it every timeI removed 1 star because of many issues i had with the staff ...a long story that i shared with management and they were very professional and really made me appreciate this hotel and the Marriotts group.I recommend you this hotel youll really love it, i just hope they will teach their staff at the lounge to be professional and no stop clients 1 minutes before 8pm which is the time you can have dinner, this was not professional at all.Imagine yourself going to take a jus and the staff come to and say wait 1 min its not 8pm yet and all the other clients look at you like you did something wrong it son embarrassing.Rooms are spacious and clean, the mini bar has multiple choice of drinks...The lounge has the best meals too, and the spa is very nice too.Heres a picture of the waiting area in the spa, i was waiting because the told me i have to wait for 9pm to access the spa while other people were inside.Whatever i give 4 stars to the management and the hotel only, the staff was not professional.
