The hotel was neat and clean, the room cleaning service was good too. But the rooms lacked proper ventilation and the room service wasn’t very good either. Whenever we asked for something, they told us to come down to the kitchen and get it by yourself. We carried our luggage bags by ourselves from the taxi to the rooms after check in and similarly had to carry them again after checkout, because they said they had no lobby boy.I’m still giving 5 starts because I was impressed by their honesty. We lost our passports folder and my brand new unopened apple watch during checkout. We weren’t sure where we lost them but I was pretty sure that I’m not gonna get my watch back. But when we called and asked them, they told us that they’ve found both the folder and the watch and have kept them safe. It was such a relief.

Fantastic service!More importantly the cleaning in the room was immaculate all the time. Ibis chain must learn from Dubai for sure. I wanna say special thank you for a housekeeping staff and especially Narayan. He was always ontime and the room was super clean and tidy. Water and coffee desk always replenished and he was kept on asking of my feedback and is everything alright. 5star service! Thanks Narayan

Staffs are really supportive. Actual check in time is 2 pm . They helped me checkin at 12 pm. Rooms are standard. There is no gym or swimming pool.Breakfast was really good with enough varieties. Worst hotel management and staff in existence. Stay away. A disabled guest wasnt able to make it due to medical emergency (paperwork available). Every other hotel on earth wouldve waived a cancelation fee, however, the greedy management still charged a cancelation fee and refused to waive it. Hungry, greedy and inhumane behavior.

Nice and clean hotel, for 3 stars, with a good location close to the metro station. Cleaning service is helpful and friendly, special thank to Narayan, who was taking care of our room.From negative part: no shuttle bus, no pool, and the hotel near by doesnt give an access as well. Food selection at the breakfast buffet is very limited and there was no change within the whole week.

So I had some complaints at a first about cleaning but the management follow up with me and they really improve the service, overall I had a great stay at Ibis, management really care about how comfortable the guests are in the hotel the location is really good as well the reception workers are super nice these are good points but the negative points is the walls are so thin you can hear the sounds if you want to relax you might be uncomfortable, the breakfast it’s not that good the quality of breakfast it’s weak and some of the workers are not nice to you in the breakfast area they seems like lazy or they show you the attitude so that’s unacceptable but in overall thanks the to the manger she was so nice and kind hopefully they can improve the defections for future.
