So, apologies, but this review isnt for the hotel, but for the bar around the back of the premises which I have been going to since 2006. The Marines Bar. Here is one of the most accomplished live bands I have seen in Dubai, or elsewhere. Superb rock music played and sung as it was meant to be..... The sooner the band is back, the better.....A truly memorable night out. Oh, and great bar staff too who never let the tide go out in your glass....

There is something about this place . Small and cute hotel its has two my favorite restaurants chinese village and rooftop (my ultimate go to place for weekend ) great hangout calm and peaceful place to relax yourself.

Wouldnt recommend. Floors are spooky as hell at midnight and management is worse than anything. The rooms are not great either.

Let me start with some positives. The hotel food is good. Hotel cleanliness is good. Room service is good. Now the negatives. Hotel staffs could be more polite in speaking with the customer. I asked to see a doctor for my wife but the receptionist flatly refused in providing a medical help. We were provided with torn towel which was pathetic. This hotel has so much potential so please improve the above mentioned negatives if possible. Thank you

This place is very noisy at night due to passing vehicles....not sound proof.Staff was okay but the rooms had a lot of cockroaches. Even after complaining to housekeeping, the problem continued. Very unhygienic.food was also average during breakfast and in chinese restaurant.They should looking into keeping the basic hygiene especially during covid.

The room is clean, hotel staffs are friendly, and helpful, if you plan to visit tourist spots, better ask the hotel to arrange for taxi. I can trust them.

Due to covid we were quarantined in the hotel so didnt get to experience the full sea view but the food was nice and the room was clean.

I was booking from Trip.com for one night 28 may . When I checking in the checking time around 30 minutes. then see the room smell is very bad . I come reception and request for change room the reception man said they will spray. After spray the room condition is same . After I go back to request for change room but he said no available room. Then I check out same and they don’t refund or any others or not negotiation with me . It’s really very bad experience 😢😭

Good clean hotel visited this place last year and now in oct 2020. Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly , all covid 19 precautions were in place and being followed. Food was delicious and served in the room on order including complimentary Breakfast. They also have a pub on the top floor , could not visit this time.

Nice little place in Bur Dubai, cozy rooms, helpful staff, nice breakfast. Near to many restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, super markets. Rooms are bit smallish for a 4 🌟 hotel. But you wont be staying in hotel anyway. There are 2 restaurants available in the hotel along with swimming pool on terrace. Will recommend this anyone looking for a budget accommodation.

Fishermans Hub is the newest sports bar in town located at Sea View Hotel and the launch is perfectly synced with the current IPL season.With seafood as their speciality, the mixed seafood platter is a must try and their drinks are amazing too!!The finishing touch to any dining place is the staff, very friendly andhospitable.This place had ticked all the right boxes in terms of tasty cuisine, hygiene levels and overall a cool place to unwind and catch the game.

The staff are very accommodating, the hotel is extremely noisy with 24 hrs passing traffic and night clubs in the hotel with loud music until early hrs of the morning.

Great customer service provided by the reception. There are several food and recreational options available for the tourists to have a relaxing time. The rooms were clean and the staff was respectful.Make sure you book through some online website. The rates there are better than the ones provided in-person, and youll probably get some benefit of loyalty or points too that way.Long story short, definitely recommended.

This is an old hotel which would be considered a four star luxury hotel back in the days but would qualify as a three star premium budget hotel now. The service and restaurants are excellent. Restaurant is more suitable for travellers from Indian sub-continent. Rooms are nice and cozy but they arent modern like new hotels. The location is nice with water front and Queen Mary II opposite the road but there is no landmark or metro station close by. The swimming pool on the rooftop is nice. Overall this is a nice hotel to stay if you arent paying too much money for the rooms.

The Sea View is a modern city centre hotel located in Bur Dubai and is suited both to the leisure and business traveler. The Bur Juman shopping centre and several electronics and computer shops are located nearby, while Deira city centre is a couple of kilometers away with its numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants. For business travelers, the World Trade & Convention Centre is nearby while the hotels location offers good access to roads leading to the Internet and Media cities and Jebel Ali. The hotel has three different room types as well as two dedicated executive floors. There are five restaurants covering two different types of Indian cuisine, as well as Chinese cuisine, a shisha restaurant and a coffee shop. There are also two nightclubs. For leisure there is a rooftop pool and a gym with sauna and steam room facilities and the hotel offers guests a complimentary shuttle bus to Jumeirah public beach.

Very good experience being here for a week that Ive been stayed.Very hygienic and pure cleaned. Every day they use to prevent the hotel and rooms very clean and they changes the bed sheet, blanket, grocery and grooming amenities which are very well indeed.Water supply is very pure and hygienically maintained for bathing and drinking usage.Wifi is available for 24 hrs with good bandwidth and all the adequate amenities are available with no issues.Never expected as such experiences with the hotel in my life.Serves morning break fast for free whereas mixed of all delicious cuisines and recipes indeed.Break fast is very good and hygienically maintained as top class.Receptionist are very friendly with the visitors and utterly its a very good surroundings and environments for affordable cost.

The room was clean and hygienic though it was not a very bog room. The staff is friendly. Breakfast spread had limited options but had vegetarian menu options so that was a plus. Keep up! :)

Hotel is fine, but there are no charging ports next bed they are just next to TV and round pin chargers couldnt fit properly as well! So u either need a converter or fix it properly. Apart from that the quality in my room TV was kinda bad having noise grains. Other than that its a decent hotel with swimming pool on the roof and decent bathrooms and rooms

Ive never been to Dubai until now, Im glad I stayed at this hotel.The hotel has multiple restaurants a sauna, a massage area a pool on the roof and some more.Ive not explored most of the building because Im not here on holiday, Im out here working elsewhere but I will hopefully be coming back, staff are all professional, friendly and helpful at all times.The food I have eaten has been awesome and the pool in the evening looks really quite romantic and just has a nice chilled out vibe about it.

Stayed here for a couple of days. Mostly occupied by seafarers, this is a cosy hotel with great room service. Buffet style food is available on all days except Sunday when its made-to-order. Located right opposite Dubai Customs office and is within walking distance for all your requirements. Dubai Mall is, but, a 10 -15 min drive at the most. Overall I had a great experience and the staff is quite cordial.

Hotel was good and neat.. Rooms are not as expected.. And mainly hospitality was bad to worse.. Indians are not treated good.. They force you for buffet and if you dont prefer they will tell you directly on face that they ll send it to your room Pls go.. This is what happened to me.. Will give 2 stars for food..

Very good for visiting persons

Terrible and totally unhappy. My husband and I came to Dubai to celebrate our very first honeymoon. We arrived at Sea view hotel and had to wait almost 2 hours before check in. They then told us our room was being ready. Just before check in they told us, they only received our booking today. Yet we booked 1 week ago. They wanted to then move us to an apartment charged at the same rate. We cancelled and went to another hotel. I am highly angry with this hotel and never will I book here again.

A nice budget hotel located in Bur Dubai. When I visited, many residents were Indian. The staff there know Hindi language. The cleanliness was up to the mark. Break fast was good to taste. Rooms were nice to reside in but the interiors were average. If we compare with Indian hotels- at the same price we have options which are quite ahead in all criteria.

Price was very good for the room.STAFF IS THE BEST AND HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!Restaurant prices are too expensive. Choices on the buffets were limited for me. Not a big fan of so much curry and vegetable dishes. Would have liked more choices. Not much on walking distance to see or go. Train is only a few blocks away to get into town and the Malls and sights.

Overall a good hotel to stay in but Dubai but is not so close to everything you need to spend 10-11 AED FOR CLOSEBY PLACES AND INDIAN RESTAURANTS. The breakfast spread is ok. Taxis are easily available through Kareem app. Definitely recommend for the price paid.

Very bad experience.When we first entered the room the bathroom was full of water as there was a leakage. They have a night club and in almost all the rooms you can hear loud music which is played till 4 am.DONOT expect a peaceful sleep.Limited options in breakfast. Won’t recommend to anyone expecting 4 star services.

Worst hotel receptionist I have ever seen. Not friendly security staffs as well. Also first the person said guests are allowed but then he changed it saying no guests are allowed. I had to disappoint my friends due to this too.

The good thing during my stay was the Airport pick up. Apart from that it’s not worth to stay there. Rooms are small, shower was broken, empty shower gel, bit smell in room, loud music from club during night and gym times are 9am to 6 pm. I mean who would be going to gym during office time. Crazy....Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Dear All,Have stayed at Sea View Hotel, twice earlier for 3 nights . Location is good and easier to move around and few Good Restaurants nearby ( Within 5 minutes ).Breakfast ( Quality of Food ) is pathetic. Not Good Service Food

This is one of the oldest places in Bur Dubia, if you want to see old town the real hustle bustle of Dubai, the hotel is clean great service also great choice of authentic Indian cuisine, locally around you can visit a lot if places, museum Gold Souk, in Deria the local markets in Bur Dubia, a religious place as well, Temple in the Souk, not to mention all the varieties of fresh cooked authentic Indian cuisines

Worst hotel I have ever been to.The wife and I called 2 months before to confirm a room on a high floor - non smoking - they advised us to do so.When we arrived we got a low floor and a room that smelt like an ash tray - they moved us after I requested to have my money back. This after arguing that nothing else was available.Music plays all night - not child friendly - the door man never greeted us, or opened the door (He was just plain rude) the bed sheets where unclean and I returned home with a Skin infection. Safe to say I wont be going back.Only upside - it was close to the gold souk

Interesting place opposite the QE2, almost. The Marines club and the indian club are highlights. The chinese restaurant is excellent if you like Indian Chinese cuisine. Tandoori in the indian bollywood starlet club is great. The band in the Marines club is one of the best in Dubai. Go the bass player- she is a real talent!

The rooftop bar which also serves shisha place is one of a kind. A cozy place with friendly staff and good prices

Hotel is based at Bur dubai on main road, 10 mins drive from Meena bazar,the front view is of Custom office, there is a distant view of ships docked in sea. Ok first the downsides: there’s no sea view and the “nightclub” is really a strip club. Up side is beautiful lobby and rooftop restaurant with fairly reasonable prices including hookah. Also there’s baths and high water pressure for the showers. It’s in the al Fahidi district which is across town from the Burj and and all that kind of thing but it has nice stuff of its own and it’s pretty close to the souks and you can take a boat across the creek.
