I had a very pleasant stay here, the rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and sweet! It was truly a comfortable experience! Would definitely come back again! And I recommend it if you want to go back and forth to Dubai mall without needing a taxi, just go through the indoor (Air conditioned) connection in the Address hotel and suites to get right to the Mall. Excellent location and plenty of facilities!

Great and safe place given the pandemic. All covid protocols were followed. The breakfast was an awesome continental spread. The check-in process was smooth.Loyalty is recognised right away. The rooms are amazing, well maintained and guaranteed good nights sleep.The food quality is on a different level. Breakfast is something one shouldnt miss. Soo much variety, such good tasting food and the chefs make sure everything is perfect. They make sure you enjoy the food and their service is impeccable.Top Notch Service and Top Notch Hotel.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms are big and clean thanks to the amazing work of the employees (special thanks to Tiron Anasalan). The breakfast buffet is rich and provides different choices every day. The pool is also very nice. The location is simply great, 2’ walking from the entrance to the Dubai mall.

Stayed here for 10 days, service provided was very professional throughout, felt a welcome greeting from the team despite early arrival. This hotel was super close to Dubai mall and supermarket.Room service for daily apartment room cleaning was excellent, special thanks to Thilina and Sandun.Besides, I did their signature massage during the stay, when Sara did such an amazing and refreshing one. Thanks indeed.The breakfast I had was nice, especially their scrambled egg! Thanks to Christine, Manish and Shiva for the welcoming and helpful service every morning.Also, I did my laundry myself with the washing machine inside the apartment, which I love the fact that it was available!In general, I would highly recommend this hotel to people who travels alone or with family and friends. It was a nice experience overall for me.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and spacious with the burj Khalifa view. The housekeepers Thilina and Sandun were very great right from the start. Plus, they didn’t take their job for granted and always come back to ask if we were okay and if we need any more help. The restaurant was clean and the breakfast was awesome. All thanks to Manish and Christine, they both served and followed the COVID protocol all through. We will be back to moven pick downtown when next we visit Dubai.

The hotel is good but there is one thing that I dislike is the fact that people can put their own music in the pool . During 3 hours he puts his music really loud with his speaker and nobody in the staff ask him to stop it … I think pool is a pool not a beach club. There are family or just people who want to sleep and they can’t !!!So disappointed that the staff don’t do anything for the others customers…

Hotel is nice and well located. Apartments are big and spacious. The bed is not an ideal, however it does the job. Cleaning service could be a little better when comes to fresh towels. On two or three occasions we noticed that the complimentary bottles of water have already been opened.Pool is a little bit small as half of it is for kids and you barely cannot swim in it.Breakfast is good, but not something impressive. The staff at the restaurant is always nice and welcoming. I would like to mention Rahman as he is always looking after us and always available to assist when you need him. He gives us great recommendations on what to choose from the buffet.Gym is nice and the lady at the spa reception is always smiling and welcoming.The only minor thing is the lack of cutlery and tableware in case if you wish to prepare own food.The iron is available upon request, but have in mind that there are different types provided and you might get a black one which is old and not very functional. If you are on business trip you may need to spend a few more minutes on it.Overall, we are enjoying our stay and would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Everyone there is working to make your stay good and memorable. There was some confusion in the check in and Hadi was more than helpful in giving us every other choice to make our stay nice and smooth. The house keeping and room service were so efficient and fast. The food that we ordered in room was great . The location was a stone throw away from Dubai mall. Movenpick Hotel Downtown DubaiIs a 5 star hotel of a high standard.The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from an indoor, air-conditioned passage that connects directly to the mall. Total walk: 8 min.Breakfast at the hotel was a nice buffet with omelets, fresh and excellent orange juice, pancakes and more.Please note that every day between 4pm and 5pm there is a sweet hour where you can eat chocolates and fruits that the hotel takes out to the lobby.The hotel pool is a small pool but !! Open until 23 at night! Great for hot summer days !!Add and upgrade to a room overlooking Burj Khalifa - this is a crazy experience not to be missed!I must mention Morris for good - who really cared for us 24/7 during our entire stay (and this is already the second time). Ive been living in the hotel apartments at Movenpick for about a month now and Ive been impressed all around. The building is modern and well maintained, the staff is friendly and the food is pretty good and reasonably priced as well.Its literally across the street from the dubai mall, which is an easy walk even in the middle of summer.The housekeepers Thilina and Tiron have done an amazing job maintaining my room and really pay attention to detail and take their time to ensure they do a good job.Most importantly though, the AC is very cold and the wifi is fast enough that I can work from my room without issues. All in all I would say its pretty comfortable here.

Its been two weeks since I checked into the Movenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai and I am a long-stay guest in this establishment. My stay has been a very positive experience thus far. The staff are friendly and very accommodating and I would like to specifically mention two individuals in the Concierge team, Nicholas and Morris. These individuals presents themselves very positively and professionally. My experiences with these individuals has been terrific and I am very pleased that the Movenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai management has such professional, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.

Very terrible experience that I experienced today! Was on a scooter and fell down and hurt my knee badly and in severe pain, the manager sees me in pain and I kindly asked to call the ambulance he said “sorry I can’t you aren’t a member of this hotel” I ask for his full name he walks away and hides in his office while I’m still in severe pain. I am familiar with the owner of this hotel will get in touch with them. Take care sir, will have a word with you tomorrow morning😁

Awesome choice for a first time visit to Dubai with teens! Located in the heart of downtown Dubai, the hotel is within walking distance to the most popular attractions-Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountains, the souk etc. The room was immaculate thanks to our housekeeping staff Thilina and Tiron who came every day when it was convenient for us! The front desk staff was superb and super helpful! We received excellent service from Grace, Olga and Morris! Morris even helped us get required covid testing in our rooms so we wouldn’t have to find a hospital. The pool was fantastic and we especially loved the chocolate fondue bar for happy hour. All in all an amazing experience!

For everyone staying here with kids, long stay or short, the staff is amazing. Uncle Steven, as thats how we all call him now because of my daughter, this already says enough for how he treats his guests. Then Rahman who is very attentive understanding that we have 2 young kids. Making sure we get our lunch on time or else the kids get grumpy. We are all treated like family.Unfortunately theres no animation team, but the lifeguards def. make up for that. When they have a chance, they play with the kids, but mostly being sure theyre safe in and around the whole terrace premises.

The hotel is modern and very centrally located right next to Dubai mall. Our apartment had amazing views of the Burj Khalifa. The room itself had everything you need and was cleaned everyday to excellent standard. I must give a special mention to Thilina and Tiron who were our housekeeping and made sure the room was perfectly cleaned everyday for the 5 nights we stayed.

Ive stayed here for 5 weeks and all in has been a lovely stay. Hotel has a nice pool area, its a bit business feeling and the breakfast is good, not amazing. Staff are very good, very attentive. The dining staff are good, in particular Raham, Badre and worked here until recently Teddy, all excellent, and in particular, consistently helpful and positive is Christine!!I also encountered some room service/ maid staff, Dileepa and Clottey, very polite and proactive.Thank you!

The stay has been hospitable on all fronts. Reception employees are super kind and supportive. The pool area is a very relaxing getaway with great service. As usual I had the pleasure of being looked after by Amine and his colleagues during January on two occasions.Despite not checking in i was able to drop my bags with concierge and the front desk whilst in Dubai for 10 hours and do the things I needed to do and knowing that my possessions were safe.Upon my return, I stayed for two days and enjoyed the morning runs in Downtown and working remotely from the hotel. All the personnel always take responsibility to ensure that even the trivial matters are provided for in a friendly way.

The room was very comfortable, the hotel is spotless clean, the terrace on the 4th floor is great especially at night, the staff are really friendly, and is within walking distance of the Dubai mall and Burj khalifa. I had a very good experience at this hotel. The rooms were good size and very comfortable and the staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, I would like to thank specially to Mehboob, Morris, Zachariah and the manager Amine. Although I would appreciate if more of the staff were enforcing the wearing of masks for guests everywhere especially in front of uncovered food at the restaurant, I still highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

The staff were very accommodating despite the very early check in since my flight arrived more than half an hour earlier. Everything was smooth from booking to arrival. The studio unit was spacious and had all the necessary appliances including oven, washing machine, induction cooker, TV, microwave. The location was very accessible and at the city center. The staff were always ready to attend to my requests. Great stay!

The stay has been exceptional with Movenpick Downtown! The housekeeping staff is extremely cordial and exquisite at considering our requests and then onwards creating an atmosphere of homeliness that was par excellence. Not worth the expensive price !Nearly around 15K dirhams for 1 month.Room is cozy, kitchenette close to the smoke detector so once out of 3 that would trigger the alarm.House keeping 2x times a week thats ridiculous and neither safe or hygienic.Amenities to the basic minimum.We left in December 23rd only to realise 2 days ago some items were missing.I have called the lost & found to check and eventually it was left there.Now I am wondering why no one called us to let us know, items were found in the room ?Basically I am quite upset at the situation already, to my surprise Movenpick downtownIs now asking me to pay for the driver to drop it to my location or come and pick it is my self.Lost & found hanged up the phone 3 timesComplete joke and a cheap move ! When a customer spend quite a huge amount of money and you mess up with their customer experience. The least you could do is resolve the matter ASAP and not bargain over 20 dirhams charge for the taxi !!!Manager arguing over 20 dirhams what a shame for such an establishment. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️I do not recommend at all !

Those who work in the reservation of rooms acted extremely incorrectly.I called directly to clarify the price. They offered a price. I arrived and looked at the apartment. As soon as I agreed to book this room, the price almost doubled. Without any reason. They began to say that this was their only room with a terrace and that it was a different category.But at the end of the conversation, it turned out that they usually give this room a regular one-room, but because I want this particular room, they decided to increase the price. Very incorrect in relation to the visitor. I understand the difference in the numbers, but I do not understand why they should deceive and manipulate me. A disgusting impression remained. All rooms except this are not worth the money. So if youre not the lucky one to be given a room with a terrace, Im sorry for you.
