Located next to Bay Avenue Mall which means it is situated in the middle of Downtown, the hotel enjoys the prime location in Dubai. And it has supremely gorgeous interior design and also, what I recommend is superbly nice British pub of Eloquent Elephant!

Great hotel and staff. We stayed for 5 days and were really comfortable. The rooms were very clean and modern and the housekeeping staff Dhanush was lovely and did a great job every day. The hotel is also in a good location from the Dubai mall and Burj.

There is something special about the Tajs personalised service. When they do things it seems like they really enjoy doing it. The personal touch made us feel great during our short stay at Taj Dubai.

I am so happy by Perera room house keeping. It excellent cleaning. Generally very good including room service as well as breakfast.I am really surprise for service. It is just amazing. My wife came from hospital and she has to eat only special foods and drinks. So room service always help me and they never said no. Always trying to find. Service is amazing I love to put 7 star if possible. Because I never saw such of service from other 5 star hotel.I wish all the best to all team of TAJ hotel

Asian Style Luxury Hotel not too far from the Burj Khalifa fountains. Friendly helpful service and beautiful rooms. Very good breakfast. Really like it.

The location is good, just 5 min by taxi from Dubai Mall, or 15-25 min walking, it depends how you go. There are a lot of works going and you cant go straight, you have to overtake. The breakfast is also good. The swimming pool area is big. The room is totally OK, but it was dirty. Everything was in a dust, and we were in a low season. It seems like they have never cleaned the shelves and the mirror. When I cleaned with the towel, all the dust was on the towel. Also when we came back to the room the cleaning left the hair in the shower.

The Taj Dubai is an absolutely beautiful, luxury hotel. From the decor, service, down to the small touches accompanied in the room. The beds are super comfortable, the views were incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be returning again!

Beautiful hotel and great location. Service was impeccable. Restaurants weren’t fully open so reservations were needed. Construction outside the front entrance. The hotel quoted us different price for covid test when they arrived.

This is an excellent hotel and the Indian restaurant The Taj Brassiere food is awesome. The service good. A bit pricey and quantity per plate very small. But all Indian dishes are very very tasty

Good food but do not have sitting facilities

Had a night out with family with family at the restaurant Bombay brassiere.. Food was just on the average front but the ambience made up for it partly.The Indian sweet gulab jamun was way over the top & one of the best around.However it was shocking to know they didnt have a feeding room /nappy changing room for infants. Such a glaring omission for a 5 star property. They should definitely have put more thought into it before redesigning the restaurant. Management should put more thought into it.

One of the most memorable experience for me in a 5 star hotel. They have the most courteous and understanding staff. The amount of flexibility they have for the early check-in and late check out is second to none in the industry. The staff take care of every small need 24/7. The breakfast buffet would always leave you wanting for more and in room dining options and plenty and tasty. The available dining options are also quite nice. Overall it was a really nice and comfortable experience.

They have the best hospitality keeping up with Indian culture. Felt home in foreign country. Everything you want and need and more.

My husband and I visited the Treehouse at the Taj two years back and loved the interior and everything about the whole place so much that we chose this hotel for our “Babymoon”. It proved to be just the right choice! The staff has been super friendly and helpful in whatever I could ask for.Highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Dubai. It’s also well connected to any place one could visit.

The moment I entered the hotel, they welcomed us with refreshing drinks and checked us in with easy process.Every staff is super friendly yet professional and made sure that our stay. It was our third visit to Taj Dubai. Very spacious and the bathroom is amazing with very good amenitiesThe pool has spectacular views & the gym has everything you need to get some exercise.Look no further if you want to stay close to all the major attractions in Dubai. Taj hotel in Dubai good place to stay nea of Burj Khalifa (H.B.I.W)

This was our first staycation as new parents and I was worried on how we will manage with a 8 month old baby. I would say that I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly it all panned out. We stayed for two nights and husband actually asked me if we should extend it. It was that good. From catering to needs of a 8 month old (making just egg yolk omelette to even making things that are not on menu) and one morning I was not able to go for breakfast as baby was sleeping so they actually sent it in room with my choices and even more better actually. I would stay there again and will also tell my friends to do so.Room was nice with burj khalifa view. Room service menu was good and so was miss Tess restaurant. We tasted what was recommended and liked it. They even steamed up green beans for my baby to eat. So don’t be afraid to ask what’s not on menu, they do try to cater to needs in a pleasant way. Amazing hospitality and I will be back for next staycation. 😊

The hospitality of the staff was very professional and welcoming. I booked a room with the city view and it was breath taking in every direction. Room service was excellent with rapid service! The food menu was diverse for which ever you’re feeling to eat. It’s a 15 minute walk to Burj Khalifa which is worth the stroll. For the price, I highly recommend the Taj Dubai

Very friendly staff burj khalifa view is excellent from 24th floor prefer higher floor for best view.city view is not that good. Bombay Brasserie restaurant which is located in 4th floor is just waste of money i wanted to give no star ..service also slow😡..food tasteless veg ,nonveg brunch completely waste of moneybut breakfast (complimentary)in 3rd floor is excellent. service also fast and staffs are very kind and friendly.

Ive been too several hotels in dubai and i have to say so far the best 5 star cuatomer service hands down. Made my wifes birthday the best and brought her an amazing cake. Staff of taj need a bonus as they are all friendly and helpful from the reservations team to the door man to the staff at the reception and restaurants. Amazing rates with service that surpasses any hotel hands down. Taj Dubai thank you we will be back again i hope the management hears this message

Roadworks make the place difficult to get to, so much construction that its noisy and no nice views really. There are better options

Same old taj experience with sarees as uniforms and pleasant employees to greet u at every corner. Thumbs up.

This is a stunning hotel situated conveniently in the heart of Business Bay close to the Burj Khalifa. From the moment you arrive at th hotel entrance you are greeted by the warm and genuinely friendly staff.the hotel has some great restaurants and I highly recommend Bombay Brasserie, the Indian restaurant and the Eloquent Elephant, the hotels bar/pub.The guestrooms are very spacious and well designed, offering views onto the Burj Khalif and into Business Bay.

Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at in Dubai.The receptionists and staff at the front desk are very RUDE! I’ve never seen anyone speak with customers that why! It felt like they were the ones paying us to stay in the hotel not the other way around. Never again, and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bombay Brassiere - we have other restaurants that are more cost effective and more sumptuous. Too expensive for a very normal fare. The service was however great.

I like to visit again I think this is the first time anyones posted this idea as an OP. Usually were saying it in response to someone wanting to decrease the character minimum. I just read a restaurant review (whose minimum is only 100) in preparation for an upcoming business trip that said something like, I dont even know where to begin! So good mmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmm mmm! Delicious is all I can say! Well, honey, if thats all you can say, why the #%&! are you writing a review?

We spent 10 days in this hotel during Christmas and NYE. Everything from day 1 was perfect, the rooms very clean all the time the staff high respect and helpful all the time. The festive season events in the hotel are amazing we had so much fun. Would come back again and again thank you for this amazing stay. My only recommendation is about I think Russian girl in the treehouse terrace reception with black hair she did have a bad attitude and wasn’t nice at all knowing we are guests at the hotel...but as we stayed for 10 day so we did not bother as the rest was absolutely perfect.... ❤️✌️

Very Good Property.

Very good five star hotel with an Indian touch. The hotel was difficult to reach due to some roadworks, but once you found the way it was easy to get there. The hotel has a largo lobby and a welcoming reception. The rooms are of a good size as we as the bathroom is well equipped with a separate shower and a bathtub. The views from the room are stunning. The hotel has a swimming pool we used everyday in the morning. They have laying chairs but those are in high demand and some extra chairs should be considered. The towel and umbrella service at the pool is fast and service minded, as we as the service at the pool bar. The customers are international from all corners of the world.The breakfast was very good with many Indian meals available, apart from more international food. The buffet was closed during covid time and our orders were taken at the table. The idli tasted jummy.Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at the taj, and will consider coming back in the future

Worse service experience of any hotel stay. No 5 stars. Indian hospitality was horrible experience. On arrival refused to accommodate because booking made by agoda.com had some 15% discount what they wanted to offer only to Chinese customers. Reception and duty manager were incompetent. Made us leave in the evening and search for a new hotel. If you want to be sure that booking is honored avoid Taj.PS! Windows need to be cleaned. Building looks like abandoned outside.

The Taj Dubai hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, very elegant and nice hotel with amazing staff.. they upgraded our room because we was celebrating a special occasion and make us a complimentary arrangement in the room balloons and very delicious cake.. thank you so much Taj Dubai I’m definitely gone come back.. 🤍🤍🤍

Miss Tess at Taj Downtown is a beautiful restaurant with a lovely terrace and views of the Burj Khalifa. Everything was great quality and the staff were very attentive and polite.

Excellent place to stay. Customer service is really good. Hotel is in a really nice location and had really nice breakfast one of the waiters Raj would greet us every morning and remembered our breakfast order, a really nice personal touch.

Sunday nights are amazing at the Tree House. Nice view of the city, great happy hour specials AND the music was amazing!!! Definitely going back soon

Loved our stay at the Taj Dubai. We passed through Dubai on our way from the Maldives to the USA. Spent 3 days at the hotel and loved everything about it. From the checkin being so fast and efficient, to the incredible people working in all areas of the hotel - we loved it. The location is right downtown - close to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, fountains, and so much more. The hotel was able to do an on-site Covid test for us before our departure which was very convenient. The Treehouse restaurant was our primary place for dinner and it was great. Good atmosphere and good vibe. Breakfast buffet was very good and a nice touch. We stayed in a Club room and really enjoyed the afternoon tea and canapés along with drinks and light snacks in the evening. Would definitely go back here!

Heart off the downtown dubai

As always , taj service was smooth . Anything we requested was provided on time. Rooms were very clean and each and every staff was very helpful. Tried the Briyani from there, that was great too but as you are in Dubai , you must try Briyani from other places too.

I originally planned to stay 5 nights but ended up staying 20 nights. Their staff is just incredible, the hotel is beautiful and clean, and the dubai mall is just a nice 10 mins walk away. They have a gym, a pool, a Spa and some very good restaurants in the building. One of them is Tree house, perfect to enjoy some drinks and delicious snacks with a breathtaking view of Dubais downtown skyline. All in all my best 5* experience world wide so far. Highly recommended!

The worst hotel and experience of lifetime. Highly Non-recommended. Instead try for any 3 start hotel.I had special plan for 11th May, being my parents anniversary at Bombay Brassiere for lunch. My car was taken by Valet for parking and after I had my lunch and came back. I got to know that my car is Completely damaged by Valet. Not only that the service is so worst, they did not support in any way. I had to wait for long time to finish all process and after that the valet did not support in any way, since my car was not in position to drive being completely damaged, they are not ready to support with alternate option.Instead the operation Manager Tariq, comes after 2 hours and says sir you drive this broken car as it is without repairing. Also on denying the same, he replies you are wasting my time. On top he is saying its normal you need to suffer .Abdulla valet guy, was so much rude and so disgusting to speak with him. He doesnt have any manners to speak with anyone. He was also speaking like he was fighting against us on court.Onkar, was only the gentle guy I found there, he tried to help but that also didnt work for us, as he has limited authority in this area.They had made us wait in lobby for 3 hours and then wait for reply for another 4 hours, wasted entire day and still no solution.My parents anniversary day is wasted. Found the worst hotel and service of hotel in Dubai.HIGHLY DISSATISFIED EXPERIENCE AND PLZ DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE.

The stuff were very much helpful and caring.. The breakfast was amazing and had different options. the style and design of the hotel was wonderful. I loved the club as it is very quit and have nice view to burj Khalifa.The Bed was super soft that I couldnt get a good posture while sleeping, my back is paining. It should have been less softer and less springy.

We were lucky upon check in to get our room early, as our flight arrived well before check-in times. Insha was so sweet, knowledgeable, and personable.The restaurants in the hotel were great- very good food and lovely to be in. Very easy to charge straight to your room. Also, the hotel’s breakfast was outstanding. Coffees, juices, donuts, fruits, cereal, etc. anything you may want, they have. One of our favorite people at this hotel hands down was Ira! She knew our names and greeted us every morning with a smile. Even when breakfast tables were all taken, she was so generous and accommodated us with an upgrade to the members breakfast.Overall, the people working at Taj make it such an amazing hotel. It is a great value for the money, excellent location for calling cabs, and has great amenities. Thank you for an amazing stay Taj! Above and beyond service and friendly staff.

The hotel itself is lovely. We loved our room. Breakfast was really nice, and the waiting staff were prompt,friendly, and attentive. few issues observed:1. The check in staff were slow and were hard to understand, they speak with low volume.2. Miss Tiss resturant in the hotel was a little underwhelming. They were fast but almost in a rush despite the place being empty.3. The eloquent elephant restaurant was good. But they allowed a drunk person to walk around and shout and yell despite children presence and clear discomfort from other diners. Mayne you should train your staff to handle such customers instead of avoiding them.

Thats worth 5.5 stars.
