The best hotel in Al Maktoum Road and near to City Center and Dubai Creek.Few minutes walk to Dubai Metro ( Al Riqaa street).Near to Naif Market and Deita City Center and the have lots of Night Clubs.Their rate is reasonable and they have a very nice coffee shop on the roof.

Manager and some security staff was saying that its open until 4 and in reality till 3 , they shut down the music at 3:00When we complain to the manager, didnt respond and keep saying we are open

Terrible staff need serious training in hospitality from the valet to reception bar one security guy that knew more about being hospitable than everyone else at the hotel thank god i wasnt the one staying at the hotel i had guests.. this hotel should be scrapped

No bidet on toilet...you need to request electric kettle to your room before you can enjoy your coffee/tea..food for breakfast is good.

A very nice hotel with excellent decoration and art work. It is located not too far from the Deira Clock Tower and just opposite West Zone supermarket. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and neatly kept, room service is also awesome. The restaurant is also very nice and the foods are in varieties and are nice as well. It has a swimming pool, massage center and a night club known as Red Square.

The hotel would have received a bigger rating but if one thing. Reeked of cigarette smoke in lobby for the six days we were there. The breakfast staff are hospitable and the food is edible. Awesome art throughout the hotel.

Live Music and performances going on with a variety of acts including all types of music. Dancers also have an act on stage and the whole scene is interactive. Tables, and other settings available. The hotel offers many services as well.

Very nice Russian design, including the furniture. This concept makes this hotel stand out from the rest of the contemporary. The king size bed is quite a treat and the beauty of Russian the influenced furniture is quite and eye-candy. The room rates are reasonable and worth the stay. Be there!

Had wonderful 5 days stay. Entrance is very attractive with Russian style interior. Rooms are ok with adequate space. But bathroom facilities have to be improved. Breakfast is not like the expected, the varieties of food were same for the entire stay.

This hotel is just awesome. I mean everything was just breathtaking. It really was the ambiance , the rooms were spot on clean and tidy. Amenities already provided and clean towels. I am a pisces(water) and so a pool is important to me and its location was on the roof top. Swimming and a little sun ...say afternoons (coz Dubai is really hot) and the view for me is a win. Their services were awesome. Conference rooms available and they do a great job at making the setup lovely. Loved it.

The hotel is old and stinky. And room is dirty. AC does not work propelly and it was too cold. The shower is terrible no hot water. The smart card lock key magnet is terrible I have to go to the reception 4th times and reception idiot lady says its my fault. ...... she tried to persuade me. She dies not understand what is customer satisfaction !!This hotel is the worst hotel i stayed .I checked out the mid night and changed new hotel.

Not a good hotel at all. Bad staff, they want to cheat you on everything. They treat you with attitude, reception is not helpful. The management is a bad one. The manager is a lebanese man who has no manner. He does not take responsibility of anything. Make sure u pay cash at the bar because there is a lady working at the bar She charges extra on you visa card, The bar staff are thief. Rooms are not bad, location is good.
