Amazing place. The lobby extends to outside Cafe where you can have a nice view of the pool, which is located above the hotel harbor. A perfect view of the creek. I have had few days to spend in the meeting room; the service is proffisional & friendly. 👍

The fact is I did not know much about this hotel. But when I booked and Checked In it was an amazing experience right from the entrance. The staff was very Polite and Friendly and Mr Paul helped us in the check-in Procedures very clearly and Professionally. Staying in this hotel was a wonderful experience. Upon entering, you can feel the warm hospitality of the staff. I was very pleased with the service that I received at the reception from Ms. June and Mr. Paul. The room was very well-organized and cozy. Everything that was needed was on hand. The view of the marina from the room was stunning. The pool at the hotel was excellent, and especially my son enjoyed it a lot. We had an amazing breakfast. It was a foodies paradise, with so many varieties available. It was a five star experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a worthwhile experience.

From the moment I got there, front desk was amazing! Mani the housekeeper was fantastic at cleaning. He did a great job and provided every need. Room service was so kind and very hospitable. The front desk lady who is so kind even found me a great deal on my Covid test and they come to your room! I 1000 percent recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back

This hotel is everything a hotel is but BETTER! The Staff are extremely friendly and approachable. They also have very decent service. Lets talk about the hotel room, super comfy, immediately felt like home in the comfortable mattress, disappointed that there were no free TV services but still great. The room looks absolutely stunning and well designed and it is very apparent and obvious that the room was cleaned/disinfected well. The food, oh my goodness, I fell in love with it, I was savouring every bite, my family felt the same. The room was awfully cold though, tried turning off the A/C but it still felt freezing even after 20 minutes. The gym and the swimming pool are very good too. Highly recommend this hotel, I will make your week!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early, we got to hotel little early and I didn’t wanna wait. Its a nice place with kids park, small light house, fountain and boating facility. Lot of hotels and food outlets and enough parking. Less crowded and good for family outing.

Its a meh experience mostly because the pool they have is really small compared to other pools/hotels I have been to. The hotel staff is more or less hospitable. But my biggest issue was the lack of things like towels when we arrived and despite us asking it took them way longer than expected(probably because the hotel was over booked).Positives are that its located in a really dope neighbourhood and the city view is amazing. I suggest to for a stroll rather than go to the pool.If you have kids then there are some sort of make shift playground next to the harbour.And our card swiperoo(I dont know the name) was not cleaned properly there was obviously some sort of peanut butter finger prints on there that looks really old (picture included it looks worse than in the picture) and thats why its a 3 out of 5. Overall its average and the only redeeming quality is the amazing view and the relative area it is located in.I would also like to point out that the reason for the staff to behave in that manner was likely because they where over booked and I do not blame them for taking time, but covid is still prevalent and therefore not cleaning the cardswiper thingy is the reason for the 3 star review.

I was at this hotel for couple of days to spend my summer holidays. I was greeted by Mr Ali( receptionist), who was very friendly with us. Hotel ambience was fantastic and more oer they are offering complimentary access to Burj Khakifa,VR Park and Dubai aquarium etc. Its really price worth, the hotel was very wonderful overall.

It’s good 4 Star hotel and good deal with free ticket to Dubai Aquarium and zoom, VR park and At the Top Burj Khalifa access.Had a wonderful stay and staff’s r very friendly.Mr. Ali in reception really kind and assist us very well.Dubai Skyscrapers view from Swimming pool.I like the staff’s uniform.. management treat all staff in same manner by giving same uniform for all staffs from top to bottom.Thanks Emaar.
