Absolutely Ridiculous! My experience in short below:- We booked the room in Xclusive Maples hotel apartment, paid full advance payment also. On arrival, they tell us the room is not available and they ask us to move to another hotel (Xclusive Hotel Apparment) and for the inconvenience they mentioned they will upgrade us to a 2 Bed Room (which was good as we were 3 people)-We arrive at Xclusive apartment and they tell us the room is still not available and for time being to be in a 1 bedroom without unpacking.- we move to a 1 bedroom and wait without unpacking (After a air flight and travel of 12 hours).-Being a working day I had an VERY critical meeting at 4:00 pm. At 3:55, they tell us to move to the 2 Bedroom and I run to the room and connect to the internet to take my meeting.- Just when I was about to speak in my critical meeting, their internet (in dubai!!!) goes down and it seriously affected the expectations of the participants in the official meeting ! They fix it AFTER 0 mins-The telephone (in bedroom) didnt have a telephone wire-The ceiling started to leak and the paint/ceiling wall started to come down in bits and pieces. On asking they sid, it will take so much time to fix and theyll do it AFTER we vacate and to live with it.-The kitchen utensils which were to be clean were all scratched, overused and terrible in condition.-The stove didnt have proper knobs and were all burnt also.To be honest, really messed up experience!

AC not working, rude staff the worst hotel ever all cockroaches

Very poor service, no proper wifiI booked directly from hotel reception from Mr Obaid and asked for smoking room and they okay with it.. When i make check in they given us no smoking room and told us to smoke in the balconyVery pathetic wash rooms, toilet flush was not working,And they were doing maintenance on our room when we are occupied.

Room service is very good and staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms r very clean and feel like we are at home

Hotel is good and service is good. Persoanally I thank Pravin hotel service supervisor for making us more comfortable by arranging all the required things.

Money was missing in my room and the crisis management was extremely poorly done . While management said all their workers had spent ten years but from our personal investigations it is a blatant lie . Workers are here who have spent less than a year . No one bothered to look for a solution . All the time we have to go and find out

We stayed for 2 Nights and 3 days. We had another booking 3N/4D Due to the pandemic we had to cancel our further booking of 3N/4D. Initially we were told that our money would be refunded once we sent an email, after continuous follow up they refused to return the money for the second booking. About the place its an apartment, breakfast is not great you can order from outside. Just opposite the place is a mini market, everything is available there. Good for a family stay.

Hotel rooms are decent here. 1 bhk is good for 2 people or for a small family.balcony is big and good. hotel staffs are friendly and good.Rates are also within budget.

Place is cozy. Stayed there during lockdown. Hope they would take cleaning more seriously. Cockroach problem is severe.

Everything is perfect from room till staff..Except the reception guy Mr. RoyHe thinks that this apartment is his own property.. No manner to talk to people. And no respect to people at all.But on the other hand.. I appreciate the room service and the technical support also.. Everyone is soo nice and friendlyI request the management to remove Mr. Roy only because he needs special training for customer service ..

Staffs are very friendly. Gud location walkable distance from adcb metro and burjuman metro. Recommended for families looking for 2bhk and 1bhk hotel appartments. Only need periodic pest control. Wifi is very poor. Except this two everything fine with reasonable price

Worst management and service.Filthy to say the least.Booked 14 days and moved out after 2 days.

All though the rooms are pretty good and spacious the hygiene and cleanliness is very disappointing.a) The rooms are said to be cleaned every 2 days, but the bed spreads and blankets are not replaced and had to call the reception couple of times in order to get it changed.b) The laundry is very slow process, had to wait a day for them to return back with bath towels.c) The appliances in the room like washing machine are pretty old and may or may not work depending on the room you getd) The wifi has limited device connectivity that can be solved by requesting for internet coupons that are freee) The wifi coverage is only within room limits. There is no wifi coverage in the lobby or common corridors or hallways of the hotel.f) Its centralized AC, so one room may be cold and nother be warm depending on the vents in the respective rooms. So people who wants it to be cold please choose the room with big vents.

Good service

Its adequate. The front desk was of great assistance with booking tours. Rooms are properly sized, beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are good. Kitchen was fine but getting someone to fix a leaking sink took a while. They could also have more variety for breakfast buffet, seems mostly potatoes and eggs was available.

It is difficult to reach here with public transport as it is not on the main road. Minimum half a kilometer away from main Metro Station, daily visiting this place is difficult. I was thinking of having this hotel apartment for rent for a year as it has best modern apartments with all facilities, gym and swimming pool.

Friendly staff at reception & cafe. Excellent service. Located centrally with access to multiple restaurants within a walking distance. The cafe also servers variety of food options incase if you don’t want to go out. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious.Some furniture is bit old, specially the carpets & the fabric of the sofas. The swimming pool was under maintenance for more than 6 days so didn’t get a chance to use it. A new building is being constructed next to the hotel, this leads to a lot of noise during the early & late hours. Make sure to request a room on the other side for reduced noises.

Ok ok hotel

Place is very good and its very close to Burjman mall and around 5-7 minutes walkable distance to Burjman metro station. Just cross the road and all the good restaurants are there close by. So its overall a center of Bur Dubai and most of Indian families staying surrounded area.Hotel staff was very honest and cooperative. By mistake my credit card fall out of my pocket close to receptions area and I went upstairs in my appartment. Staff came within few minutes and handed over the card to me. Even when I parked my car outside they given me access to their parking lot so that I can meet the family who came for visit from India.Overall, I would say its the good place to stay.

Well maintained Service Apartments. Comfortable Beds & Rooms. Kitchen provided with essentials. Centrally located. Extremely courteous and efficient staff. Decent breakfast spread.

Nice Hotel.Friendly staff.The rooms are neat and cleaned everyday.Each apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, washroom and bedroom.The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, electric jug and utensils.Also has a balcony where you can put out clothes to dry.The breakfast spread is good but basic and the seating is limited.Walking distance from Burjuman. There is also a Spinys about 5 minutes walking distance.

This is good place to accommodate your self but staff is not cooperative they will awake you in morning if they need to ask anything from you.

Decent and clean rooms 👌

Very comfortable rooms. Its perfect for long stays. Comes with a washing machine. Grocery is close by, including a 24 hour supermarket. Transportation options are about 15 mins walk away. Car park is spacious. There was construction outside the hotel but was not too audible. Staff are friendly .

PROS:- location is amazing. The whole area is full with hotel apartments but this one is just very short walking distance behind spinneys which is best grocery store in Dubai (even better than waitros in Dubai mall)- very helpful staff and manager, they will do their best to attend to your needs- very clean, the building has its own car park,- very well priced- I did not have the same problem that I had with other hotel apartments, no screaming kids running around intend halls.- was calm and quiet stay- easy to find taxis at the hotel- good size rooms.CONS:- can be tricky to find for visitors since there are few Xclusive hotels around- the Internet is OK but it keeps on dropping from now and then !- the kitchen is open on the living room therefore the smell of cooking not easy to get rid of when you are cooking

Just awesome...best hotel apartment in Bur Dubai and worth every penny...Sunhil the manager treated me well..all my concerns were responded to with respect. Close to lots of things ( I slept the whole week so Im not sure what) but!! across from a supermarket. I am pleased with everything.. pool furniture needs updating but thats all I can say... otherwise nice place!

Xclusive Hotel Apartments Bur Dubai. Nice friendly staff. Check in time is at 2pm. 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room. No TV channels, only free local program.Microwave and refrigerator. Some cutlery and utensils.Washing machine, kettle and toaster. Small balcony with clothes rack. Wifi wasnt working properly I had to call reception many times. Parking space is small and too many pigeons.The swimming pool needs to be cleaned. They have issues of cockroaches. Plumbing and electrical needs to be updated.Location is good Burjuman Mall is close. Walking distance to supermarket. Cafeteria downstairs opposite the hotel, they serve breakfast and Karak tea. Hotel needs lots of maintenance work to the rooms and furniture. Overall stay was good. Nice quiet area. Goodnight sleep. Check out time is at 12pm.

After one night in the hotel I found cockroaches inside my luggage. No refund from the manager no discount. Only poor excuses. I had to move to another hotel during my journey which is 100 times better and lower price (grand hotel excelsior) . Moreover I advise to avoid this area which is not clean even if it s not far from the center. And this hotel in 15 min by feet from burjman which is quite far. I do not recommand.

The neighborhood is safe and this hotel is just 10 mins walking from the main metro station. The ways are easy to navigate thanks to Google maps. We used to stay out till late and return walking and we had no problem.

For the price we paid, very good value. Lots of space instead of a single room with everything as with most other hotel apartments. Theres a separate bedroom, two bathrooms (one for guests) and living, dining, and kitchen areas. Very comfortable and convenient.

It was a very good experience staying here. A place next to home. Too homely with professionalism. Yummy breakfast with lots of varieties. Well behaved staffs. Will love again to stay in next visit.

This was the worst experience i ever had in a hotel apartment, There was no service available, At the time of check in they told us no visitors in hotel apartment and we were like fine but after that they told us if you want to bring a visitor you have to pay 150 DHS but we told them its a get together and there are people coming from RAK, AJMAN and we have already paid and the people will be coming for hardly for 02 hours but then they came and reduced the price to 100 DHS and after a little more argument they came down to 75 dhs per person which clearly states that there was no such hotel policy and they were just charging us for nothing and hygienically the room was not properly cleaned and there were cockroaches running around, no tissues, Toaster was not working,This was the worst experience I had so i wont recommend anyone.

Very going staff, a small 24 hrs store is just opposite the hotel. You get good Indian breakfast at that store. Options are limited but was decent. Burjuman mall and spinneys in walking distance.

The best place to live in admist of Dubai. The hotel offers ample amount of space to the travellers coming for a stay a Hotel Xclusive Casa Apartments. The hotel offers 1 Bedroom, Hall and a fully equipped kitchen for 2 travellers. Thats fabulous. The food served is of best quality. The breakfast was also best for PAN World travellers.

The apartments look nice and are pretty comfortable buttttt they are very dirty and dusty and there are insects and I couldnt sleep due to bed bugs and when I called the reception they sent a janitor to check and see if there was actually bed bugs and then he held them with his hand and squished them on the floor which I found absolutely disgusting, then the other room they took me to was even dirtier and more disgusting, I couldnt wait to check out and search for another hotel as this was one of the worst experiences I had in a hotel or apartment ever.

Very bad. I book for 1 day. From i check in they call the room maybe 10 time , about when i have to check out and about how many night. Even morning time they call to let im rdmember i have yo check out 12pm. I ll never book here again.

Took 2bhk apartment. It is well maintained and comfortable. Very clean. Good bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen had all required utensils. 5 of us stayed and it was very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi too.

Room Ok, we were travelling as family with 9year old boy. Cold water in shower, cold water in pool, swimming pool is not suitable for family. Overpriced hotel. If you want to have a memorable holiday dont go to this hotel. We ruined our holiday just for choosing this hotel. Better to choose Al Karama side with many restaurants and shops.

Great location. Five minutes to Metro. Rooms are ok but i feel they need an upgrade. Showers were old and small. For breakfast, guests have to ealk to another block. About 3 minutes walk. Can be a challenging experience during summer.

Everything Else is nice.But main problem is charger.If you are Indian charger pin is not suitable.Hotel provode only one converter.If you have 3 to 4 mobiles you have to awake whole night to charge mobile.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with my family at Xclusive Casa Hotel Apartments and it was really a home away from home. Located in a serene environment, in close proximity to Burjuman and ADCB metro stations and with very warm staff. I remember Mr Sumit at the reception, a very nice guy. We really enjoyed our stay. Will surely lodge in this hotel when next we visit. Thanks to all the staff.

Complete confusion about my booking which they eventually found. No rooms available and I had to move to their sister hotel. The sister hotel became confused and tried to double charge. And the same thing happened to friends booked in for the following night. They had to find a completely new hotel by themselves due to overlooking by the hotel again. Rooms clean, and the area is basic.

If thers less than one star i will give it. I called for some information before booking an appartment and the person who answered phone just hung up call on my face before even listening to me. Poor customer service, management should train their staff how to talk to customers !

Good hotel , I had a great fun in this hotel , it had everything like swimming pool , gym, wifi , restaurant ,etc

Signed a three months contract but is getting regretted. Old, all electronics are old, got the AC control in room but doubt that is centralized and adjusted at 25.5 c for power saving purpose, complaint but doesnt work out. Kitchen strove back to 70s, boiling water takes 30 mins, sofa and seats are stained. Comparative cheap, nothing good. Short term staying is ok.
