Bad experience i book room electricity not working same time change 3 room but its same. Finally got 1 room electricity working but smell bad no parking. For visitor they are extra charges

Maintenance of room was very poor.they doesnt provide a single glass of water to their guest......worst experience to visit there

1. Paid parking 20 AED For GUESTS.10 AED per hour for non-guests.Although it paid the public parking is better.2. Rooms are not clean, there are many cockroaches i found them late night.3. The TV is broken.4. Not maintained at all.5. There is only two pillows at room.6. They didnt put water at rooms.7. The enterance is fully of smoke, there is no ventilation system.8. It was strange for me to find the room opened before i take step to it, i request to change.9. The recipient is friendly person.

I canceled my booking after Ive encountered a very rude and unprofessional Indian guy at the reception. It happened 14 Feb 2021 at around 6pm when I was checking in and when I am about to pay my booking he told me that arrogantly that I need to pay cash because the debit card machine is not working. I told him that I dont have cash so what will be the option. He then again arrogantly told me to go outside and look for an atm machine to withdraw cash. I was totally stunned as this person has unbelievable in a way he handles the situation and the way he talked and treated me. This incident is beyond worst and this is truly unacceptable!!!!

Hostel was not very well maintained.

The hotel is in good location but very poorly maintained. Definitely not suitable for families if they are looking for comfort stay.We noted that hotel staffs tried their best to accommodate us but things are beyond their control. We never forget those dirty sofa, walls with stains and the room carpet which looks never cleaned.

I like the management and also very helpful staff.

Its very very very bad hotel , the pillows were very dirty , the blankets the bed , there is no shower gel at the bathroom , I dont advice any one to stay there

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! This hotel does not value its customers at all. My friends and I checked in last night, only to get disappointed by the kind of customer treatment we received. Their receptionist, Simab, is just the worst weve ever encountered. He doesnt know how to communicate well with customers. In short, very impolite. The manager on duty last night was the same. He didnt take ownership of the situation. Coming from the customer service industry myself, much to my surprise, we received not one apology. Think thoroughly before checking in to this hotel. No one wants to embarrass himself/herself, right?

Medium type hotel, average service quality, price varies from season to season. Room size is reasonable.The troublesome issue is you hear the sound of music from in house clubs inside your rooms even on higher floors, thats very disturbing, as clubs close at 3 am in the night.

Warning!!!! Do not book your stay at this hotel!!! They have the absolute most rudest and unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered in all my travels. I waited in hotel lobby almost 3hrs after booking online, for the receptionist to rudely tell me room was not available and to wait until room comes available. Instead of offering an accommodation until room became available they brushed me away and attended to others when I was clearly speaking with them about my issue. I clearly saw them checking others in to available rooms. As a hotel I feel it’s first come first serve, and if you don’t have availability after someone makes a reservation you accommodate them. That’s how you run a respectable business. If you treat all your guest like you have treated me you would shut down. In the near future I hope you learn how to treat your guest. Especially those coming off a 15hr flight.

Visited 11-13th Dec. 2019. Despite the good rates and spacious rooms, hotel not ideal for business or family trip. Too noisy (has three clubs) and too smoky/ smelly - too much shisha smoking going on here continuously. Rooms not clean/ well kept. Carpet in the room dirty /old, needs replacement. Service is average. Good for a one night stopover / transit trip.

One of the worst stays ever.The music from the club downstairs is very loud and impossible to sleep at night. I just booked the hotel to sleep for few hours before my flight and I see that they were offing a good price. I decided to book a room and just take a few hours sleep.Finally I had made decision to leave the hotel and go to airport instead.The entire hotel smells like huka and the rooms are not clean.

Poorly maintained with arrogant reception staff. There is a night club at the bottom and will hinder your sleep because it plays loud music all night. The rooms were not clean where the carpet and tiles where blackened. I was very dissatisfied during my stay.

Very poor quality, the room is dirty (but big) the worst thing is that they got night club on the ground floor, we where located on 3rd floor, and music was soo loud up to 3 am!! It was soo loud you could feel vibrations, my worst hotel ever! If you dont mind that then price is very good and that is one one positive thing about it.

Not satisfied

I booked this hotel 6 months before my trip due to busy season. The hotel cancelled my booking one month before my trip and refused to reinstate my original booking when I reached out to them. They booking had our information for contact but they did not reach out to us for any reason prior to cancelling. It was a massive inconvenience to have to find another hotel at the last minute for my entire family when prices by this time have skyrocketed and most hotels are mostly booked. Do not recommend working with this hotel, terrible customer service.

You have booked yourself into a disco floor. No regard at all for the guests in their rooms. The noise emanating from the many pubs in the ground floor can only be offset by drinking sleeping pills. Cant advise my worst enemy to book here.

Average interiors, electrical sockets are not working.. however over all its a good hotel to stay no need to carry any bathroom kit as you get all the things opposite to hotel and at cheap price ( super market in front of hotel... bonus) even you can have break fast lunch and dinner opposite to hotel with good quality and at cheap ( double bonus) ....

The rooms are big (enough). It gets quite noisy at night and I really doubt the rooms are cleaned. The beds are made and toiletries replaced, but the 2 pieces of paper I left on the floor remained on the floor till I left. So did the empty bottle of water kept on the table. So did the trash kept in the trash can.There is only one socket in the room, so you have to prioritize what to charge. WiFi is ok 95% of the time.

Decent hotel. Affordable. Services are ok. Its located in dera just 1 stop before clock tower also its surrounded with cheap restaurants. If you are a tourists then i highly recommend this place

The whole stay was worst. Even the manager was very rude. We already talk to him in a polite way. But never did exemption. I have a very bad experience in this hotel. And never coming back.

Its a functional hotel, dont expect a Shangri-la. The rooms are comfy, a bit dated. The comfort room is spacious (at least the one I was in). The lobby can get intimidating at night specially on weekends since there are several clubs on the ground floor and mezzanine. But its economical and not hard on the pocket.

This is the most horrible place I ever seen .. its the place were the owner of the cannot be allowed to access the floor.. the unprofessional arrogant guy at called #simab that guy refused me to go to the room I booked under my name for 11nights paid by my own money and then he refused me to see his manager as he said hes the general manager of that place .. I promise my self to not go or to refer anyone to that horrible place.

This is worth for the value. Clean rooms and kind service. Good supermarkets and restaurants can be find near the hotel. There is a disco for almost every night so it is recommended for young people. Metro station also can be found near the hotel.

The location of the place is good but the biggest challenge with the place is its bar at the ground floor..The music is too loud and will distract you while you are in your room.In case you have booked it, try to take room at higher floor..Room cleanliness is good, and service is also good..

To be fair i will start with a huge space of room which is big advantage of the hotel and also good bed but for king size which i regust they give two single bed and put together as king size bed and i have to mention that bathroom floor is very bad and also door lock is broken and parking at night is full so i parked outside and i pay for it, hotel need little improvements only.

Very cheap hotel. Dont be fooled by the prices. Other choices are better. Third class housekeeping. Water leaks in the bathroom. It should be your only last resort.

1. Hotel is good.2. Prices are reasonable but sometimes they give shocks when raising prices 10 times for next day. That looks scary, as well as foolish. If you are running business, you should not give heart attacks to tourist customers who have come for work/project/spend holidays in peace. Rather than creating peace, such business sense creates a sense of frustration.3. Area around is very clean.4. Has 24*7 shop nearby which is open everytime and anyday. You can buy anything from here almost for eating.5. Has nearby chicken shops and Pakistani eating shops too.6. Crowd here is good and not messed up.7. Traffic rules are followed here by everyone.

Worst stay for 5 nights. No water in rooms. Dirty carpets.High volume music whole night. Broken taps. Beware, Tourism fee will be asked on check out AED 10 per night. Early check in is charged. Ministry of tourism should close this hotel to avoid any mishaps. It is making a bad name for Dubai.

If i can give 0star then i will.. What they did to me is cancel my reservation when i arrive then they asked for a higher price if i want to stay that day..and i know they are doing it to all their customers..i arrive at 4pm.. They told me to wait for a while then after 15mins i received an email from the app that my booking was canceled by the property then ask me to pay a higher price..

Bathroom not clean & accessories not working well. One socket for charger but damaged. They have a small parking space along with hotel but they give it to other agent in rent so guest need to pay parking as well. Rooms are small too. Need to improve the things and service.

Worst management. I have booked this hotel for four days. Management says two bottles of water is provided in the room. We were given only one half leater water bottle on first day. On second day when we asked for drinking water, we were told that as per hotels policy only one bottle is provided irrespective of number of days for stay. If you stay for one day one bottle is given, if you stay for longer period, only one bottle is provided on very first day only.When we left hotel for dubai visit, we told at reception to clean our room. But to our surprise no cleaning is done.Toiletries are also not provided without asking.Restaurant service is also not up to markIn short , a stay in hotel not recommended.

Cheating and worst hotel. Making unnecessary rules so that you cannot check in, when booking online. Saying u need to check in together with your partner. My partner would finished work late night so you cannot get full benefits from the hotel. worst part u cannot refund the amount.

Disgusting and filthy..no water to shower at time they said you will have water till!!! A nightmare .strongly avoid those that r giving positive reviews must be fake cos u cant sleep till 3 in the morning bcos of the noise from the club ..i would give negative marks but this does not have the option .!!!

I did not have the opportunity to chek-in through an Agoda confirmed booking because of a dispute between Agoda and Hotel. Worst, arrogant and unprofessional front office staff ever found in a hotel. The way they handled the things were very unprofessional.

This is Ridiculous, which I had ever experienced. Since evening I checked in till now @12:30am there is no towel.. this is my 5 call to reception requesting for same.Whenever I visit Dubai I always chosen this hotel for location and price. But from now .. I’ll think twice to book this hotel again.

Low budget inexpensive hotel but not very clean.

Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Housekeeping is the worst! Every night or morning you have to ask for towels. One morning there was nothing to shower with. They dont turn the sheets, just tuck back the old linen back in. Toilet was running water like anything, found the bathroom flooded. Any response was 1 hour later. Otherwise the room sizes are big which is why it gets the 1 * only. Breakfast is like 3 days in rotation. There is some loud disco going on every night. Probably some spa running with ladies walking around. Overall a very low end cheap hotel which should not be a choice for families or couples. Crowds are dodgy in appearance. Much better decent places available in the neighborhood. I only got stuck because I prepaid the full 7 days otherwise would have shifted out immediately to better.
