Stayed two nights at these hotel and It felt like I wasnt in Dubai. Dusty allover the room and even the reception and the AC is the worst it only makes noise.

Poor hotel... poor staff.... dont have manners to speak... and they are theif.... we just extended 1 hour booking and we was ready to pay but still they forced us to pay the full amount after so much of arguement... we didnt had cash on hand so we booked online again for that particular day only because we were running late for the flight... but they said they dont want online booking and was forcing us to pay cash... very poor service rude staff... i dont recommend this hotel at wll poor poor pooor!!!!

It was THE WORST hotel I’ve ever seen in my entire life!I’m traveling a lot for work and I’ve never seen anything as horrible as this. Unbelievably dirty! The room is impossible to breath at (smells like smoke). NO PARKING. The parking outside is 5aed per hour (120 aed per day) and no one of course will help you bring your luggage.Booked the hotel online and left right after I saw the room. It’s epic (in a bad way).Good for those who want to film a YouTube video (‘I stayed in the worst hotel in dubai’ type). We laughed so hard when we saw it. Don’t trust any good reviews on any site.

I like the Uganda local mandazi. I buy them on daily basis.The girl attendant I forgot her name and the Indian guy at reception are good. He speaks luganda , tulina emere yoona nemandazi 😂😂😂

I would not recommend using this hotel.I stayed for 8 nights the staff were kind and that was good but in the bed there were bed bugs everywhere and cockroaches too the bed sheets were never been changed. I emptied my room for cleaning several times but the room wasnt cleanedThe cleaner and cafe staff wanted to be friend with me and it was nice to make a friend in a new country but I am a woman I stayed alone these man kept on knocking on my door calling me to let them in at night time. This was not appropriate. I had a worst experience in my trip.

Run away as far as you can!! Bed bugs, mould in the AC and on the walls, stained linen. Noisy AC, no towels, bad lights, broken tv remote, broken room phone. Grimy switches, yellow toilet seat, poor shower. If ever there was a zero star hotel, this is it!!Management has no idea how to deal with any of these issues, they treat hygiene and health problems as minor complaints. A disaster waiting to happen here.

Mariana is located at Baniyas 1km from baniyas square metro station.At Mariana there is any kind of African food

Worst experience ever. I was abused by one of stuff at front desk on check out time. He asked me to tourist fee which was not mentioned at check in neither on the form that I was given to sign, when I asked why was not informed warily he just abused me in hindi language thinking I dont understand that language. It made my stay worse more. Despite room was not clean neither washroom. Bed sheets was full of holes and the brackets was smelling andvery old. Ops! What disgusting place!

The hotel is good and comfortable. The security good. The staff are caring and loving. In next visit to Dubai I will want to lodge here. Thanks for your care.

Its a budget hotel

Only stayed for two nights and the three bed room they gave nothing worked, phone worked intermittently, shower didnt work, curtains couldnt be opened and no towels/slippers provided asked them they said they will bring them but nothing arrived. My family had the double room and they were well kept, maybe just a one off.

My worst experience with a hotel!!! I made a reservation as normal procedure, reach the reception and try checking in. The impolite checkin agent keeps speaking to his colleagues amidst my presence. After a period of around 15minutes waiting, he tells me that I have no booking of which I prove him wrong with my booking details. He wakes up from dreamland and checks my guests in.The moment of truth was getting in the room with dirty used towels on the floor, absolutely dirty bathroom with no clean towels and when I complained about this the checkin agent assures me that I can only get proper service during day time.My guest night and entire visit was ruined right from day one.If half star existed they wouldnt even qualify for it😡😡😡😡

Just a low budget 1-star hotel. Location is perfect for local shopping and transportation.

Would suggest you to book online. The online price is as low as 130aed. Good housekeeping. Newly refurbished. Friendly. Right outside the bus station. 5 min walk to banyas metro. Would suggest of you are looking for a decent pocket friendly stay.

The settlement was not. Said that flew off reservation and there are no places. At the reception offered the next hotel for 200 AED. One network. Agreed as it was late and wanted to sleep. Breakfast was offered at Mariana. It is not possible to have a lot of dirt in the room! The Breakfast is disgusting! The hotel too!

Avoid it. We paid in full for one night and when we arrived to Dubai, I called them and they said everything is good they have our reservation, but they dont have a shuttle bus. (They stated they have airport shuttle on another site - lie) When we came to the hotel, they said that hotel is full!!!! They SOLD OUR ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE! We were shocked! So they sent us to another hotel (same owner). The place was dirty and smelly! We couldnt relax at all. They brought towells later upon request. We got bitten by BED BUGS all over. They also  were arguing, held us and wanted extra pay for tourist fee while we paid in full. AVOID THIS PLACE for your safety and health!

Horrible service and property. The stench at the first floor when you step out of the lift omg. The staff wont change rooms for me, poorly trained staff plus I saw a bed bug on the front office staff while talking to him he shook it off from embarrassment phew!
