I went for my birthday and enjoyed every minute. Upon arrival flowers, chocolate cake, two boxes of chocolate was prepared with a bouquet of flowers. Amazing. Also, we dine inside the room twice and the food was delicious.I am going back for my anniversary in November.The access to the park was also good for my 10 yearly old.Nothing to complain about.

My stay here was great. All the employees are very nice and friendly. Clean room, comfortble bed. If you want to relax you should definitely try this hotel.

I have stayed on many occasions @ jumeirah beach hotel but I have never have an experience like today while checking in … I have arrived earlier and noted that check in is only @3 pm I have requested an earlier checkin … I understood that I would not get it @ the time I arrived due to it been quite early but I was surprised after waiting for 3 hour with a baby of 6months old , another party with 3 room that has come 1 hour after myself got there rooms before me …after I inquire why I haven’t been treated fairly the reception lady by the name of Edna come over and says she sorry the house keep is super busy today and say ‘O I didn’t know u had a baby’ after that I requested to speak to the manager which then tells me that they couldn’t find my booking (booked with emirates holidays) and that the reason … I eventually received my room after showing my frustration.Just got a bad taste with Jumeirah Beach Hotel service today … wouldn’t be staying at the hotel on my next visits to Dubai in a hurry …@JBH should really look on improving customer service

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The male staff at kitchen connection is very accommodating. However, the beach lobby male staff doesnt know where we can change clothes inside the lobby. He said we can only change near the beach. Luckily the other staff came and tell us where. Overall it was a great experience. Well recommended. 👍

After spending 7 nights at the Mandarin oriental down the road we thought we would try this hotel out for a change of scenery. The check in is very slow- not enough staff at the front desks. When you go to the pool- it’s takes an eternity for you to be offered a towel or water. Rooms are dated, balcony door was a wrestling match to open and close. I have also been trying to call them for the last 15 minutes as I am not sure they have refunded the charge on my card and no one is answering…

A really good place to stay in Dubai. Love the buffet breakfasts. We get to easily access the Wild Wadi and the Souk Madinat. It may get a little pricey but it’s worth it. We enjoyed our stay here. We also got a surprise from the guest relations team since we were celebrating our first anniversary. The cake was so good and the card was so sweet. Really appreciate the effort. It was so cute and genuine. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Room had a touch of Arabic design and tastefully designed. Room was spacious and security was good. The hotel was a beachfront property and was assessable to an adjacent restaurants and shops. You will get a remarkable view of Burj Al-Arab from different parts of the hotel. The overall stay was very good.

It has been over more than a decade which I have been a guest at this hotel, the management and services not only has been optimized but they have always made me feel wonderful while staying there.

We are staying at the Jumeirah beach hotel. Everything from start to finish has been excellent. I would like to say our baby got ill in the middle of the night and the on call paramedic NEELA CHOWDRY assisted us. She was an angel sent to us. She made sure our baby was ok assisted us in every way possible, went above and beyond for us. She even checked on us and our baby before she finished her shift. We really cannot thank her enough. We got checked in by Celine who was nice and polite and met all our needs great members of staff thanks to the management.

Appreciate we are coming out of a pandemic but by far the worst experience at JBH in over 20 years, very very average

At the end of our 3rd stay this year, over impressed as always with the service and hotel! The staff go above and beyond for us in every way possible. We are forever grateful to Kevin from the front and Paul from executive pool who goes out their way every single day to take the time to help in every way possible and speak to us which makes the stay more rememberable we have built a great friendship up. We look forward each time to seeing these 2!

Luxury feel without the luxury price. Staff provided exceptional service. Food and restaurants were all top notch! Will stay here again if I ever come back to Dubai.

Always a good Idea, bit pricy but worth it, love wild wadi, hotel is great and in a (for us) perfect location. Excellent and very helpful staff. Not sure what mote to say, we have stayed here on several occasions and are always satisfied.

The hotel has taken a huge dive in quality and service. It is more like a 3 star than a 5 star.To name some issues1- it takes 15 minutes to answer the phone, not even guest services.2- mini bar empty3- the pool was dirty4- wild wadi overcrowded and disgusting5- huge construction site outside6- limited choice on restaurants on half boardMuch better to go to Atlantis, its cheaper and a million times better

Once settled in the stay was excellent. Unfortunately there were hiccups in the room, but by the end of the day this was all sorted. A very special thank you to the Manager Waad who is outstanding in her role.A few more mentions were Kabir, Raushan and Walter at Breakfast. They knew our orders, remembered our names and always gave that special touch.The housekeeping staff and assistant general manager Mehboob and the head of Housekeeping were also extremely accommodating. Sending flowers when unwell, and remembering our requirements as well as a lovely decoration for our anniversary.All restaurants were faultless, I think Shimmers is the one that could be improved. Service by the waiters was cold and lacked the personal touch. Otherwise the key standout was definitely Rockfish, from the food as well as the service by the friendly lady. 10/10.Jumeirah Beach Hotel has always been, and will continue to be my favourite resort in Dubai.

We had an amazing two holidays here a few years back! The resort is amazing and the food is so good there! The water park is great and there is basically nothing bad to say about this hotel!

Well with hotel construction we don t feel the water is clean or even the sand. The swimming pool is perfect. Also the staff are 5 stars

I booked smoking room through the jumeirah website and sent an email confirming that and they replied back with confirmation , When we reached they said they dont have any smoking rooms!!Also they didnt mention that they dont have any restaurant with open buffet !!And The check in took a long time ..Hope the rooms and half board restaurants are good so we wont be so disappointed from the whole stay cation .

I order two coffee in the lobby the waiter ask me to settle the invoice immediately i tood her we still setting she said this the system here i do understand and respect, my last visit

This hotel was great for kids. amazing kids club with a lap pool and gym nearby. the older ones loved wild wadi water parque and every night we ate in the souk at different restaurants. we barely left the hotel area but had such a great time with the families we were with and all of our kids. super easy and highly recommended.

For the first time got preferred dates within less than 10 days booking a head. Had an excellent and enjoyable time cant be discribed in words.

Ive been calling the hotel to book a room from several days and no one has been answering, the reception transferred me to room reservation but still no one answered, and ive sent an email complaining to the reservation team and even there no one has replied. How do they expect us to want to come when they cant even answer the phone or reply to an email.

Not good at all i would not recommended this hotel first time iv stayed here but definitely the last no coincidence for guests who oay alot of money manegment never called on requests queuing for 30 mins at breakfast, not a good start queuing at checkinn fot two hours construction site next door water in the sea looks contaminated really is the worst hotel ib stayed in dubai,,, very suprized coss it lookd like dubais top hotel it all comes down to service!!! Only two dayys inn lol

Slow at check in again compared with other hotels in Dxb, not the staff but the IT systems being used it seems. Pool and beach is lovely despite the construction going on. Staff are friendly welcoming and on the ball ready to help from the moment we arrived. Half board was a little unclear as supplements apply for most main meals it seems so worth looking into with more consideration before committing to it. Wild Wadi was fun if you dont mind the ques- would be good to see some entertainment/games/interaction/physical challenges maybe in the longest ques to minimise the wait.

7 star hotel in dxb not expensive just enjoy your dream and enjoy your life

Nice hotel gives you access to parks on bookings. Went to a restaurant there for lunch the portions are huge but the food is good. The electric rolling blinds give you much needed shade from the sun.

This hotel is magnificent, it has good location near the sea, picturesue views and polite and responsible staff which is ready to help you 24/7. Of course prices are quite high but level of service justify it at all. Also it has stunning design, i think minds of architects are blessed by Leonardo da Vinci! Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel . We had written to Jason Harding in advance with our requests, which were fulfilled. Sadly the cake for our anniversary wasnt vegan, so we gave it to housekeeping.Our room had a stunning view of the Burj Al Arab .The swimming pools were lovely and warm -as a keen swimmer , its the main requirement for my stay. The lane pool closed later, and I used that once too .Only criticism is lack of knowledge from staff on what is vegan/ vegetarian.. at one restaurant we were offered an eggless dessert (we are pure vegetarians), but were disappointed to later find out that it contained gelatin.The hotel has their own clinic downstairs for no fuss PCR tests at 250AED. Hotel staff are hit or miss, but the hotel stay itself was fabulous.

I came for a 2-night stay in a Beit Al Bahar Villa.The villas are simply amazing with a unique view on the Burj Al Arab.There, you are taken care of by a wonderful Butler team.Cannot recommend enough for a peaceful escape.Beyond the stay itself, I have chosen Jumeirah Beach Hotel for a one-time moment, a proposal!The least I can say is that the whole team has helped me organize this dream day to become beyond magical for me and my fiancée.Thank you Elias for ensuring that all my requests were met.Thank you Kathy for being so helpful and from your genuine investment.Thank you mehboob for making sure that every single details were perfect and for having even been beyond my expectations for this beautiful set up.And definitely a big thank to all the team members who have been involved.We left with lifetime memories.

They promised us on the website that wildwadi entry is included we reached there and they said it is closed on monday of each monthWhich i was saying you can not be fair with all of your guest you should compensate us for another day entry to be fairBecause i booked the room so i can enjoy the wild wadi park but i didnt and i already paid so i stayed without doing anythingMy question for a big chain group is it fair to make people spend for misleading information

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the service is absolutely amazing, all the staff are incredibly helpful and kind, the chefs there are very experienced and you can tell as the food is absolutely delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is right next to a massive water park which is amazing if you are going for a family holiday with your children. Another thing is that you can see the Burj Al Arab right from your window which is lovely. If you are going to Dubai, I definitely recommend that you go there! There are so many things to do, the staff are wonderful and you will definitely not forget your stay there!

Came for the a family of 7. Mother, Aunt, nanny my daughter two sisters and brother with my year and a half daughter. Spent more time managing the service then enjoying a day on the beach. From being harassed if we had all paid to repeating orders for lunch. Dont stay here they will never get them selves in order unless you know someone and someone else knows someone or your a tourist from out of the country and dont know what your getting yourself into. Ontop of that they closed the beach cause of strong waves. Thanks for a wonderful birthday.

We stayed and the place is great with great views of both, the city and the sea.We had a treatment at Talise Spa (Signature Hammam Ritual) and it was amazing!!! Clean, peaceful and the girls (Dewi and Nitu) were very profesional and made sure that we had a great experience.Great place also for the kids, with loads of activities

Overall a very good break. Staff, food and hotel all to a high standard. Access to wild wadi and the beach was great and the availability to use all the facilities of the group of hotels along the beach. Unfortunately our holiday in August had to be cancelled due to the pandemic and decided to reschedule for Christmas.

One employee can make or break your experience and Ms. Melody made my day better yesterday when she accommodated me and booked me a bed on the beach. When I arrived the hotel she also helped me to with my beach bag. Although I always go to JBH for a day pass, yesterday was nice and smooth, the beach was not so crowded (I believe bcoz JBH increased prices as it was in the past, and it is now booking based) it was clean, the life guard on the beach was watching everyone to ensure safety of people. The only thing I ask JBH to do is to send me my Sirius card which I never received :)

You can make good photos, but for this price (50 Euro oder 200 Dirham pro person) for the beach, I was waiting for more... The see was very dirty, the beach alone very good, but the see not. JBR-beach more better for less price.

The service wasn’t that good to be honest. They take a long time to bring you things you order to your room. Once I wanted to check in I stayed there standing up about 1 hour. I don’t recommend it.

Best Hotel, the gym is amazing

Hotel is close to Burj Arab and have nice beach and pool. The only problem is the reception is extremely slow, it took me 1.5 hours to check in. When check out, they also missed up. One of the good hotel and bad starting and bad ending.

Very highly recommended! It is a beautiful hotel with very nice staff. The cleanliness is very good and the breakfast as well.The rooms are very nice and the beds super comfortable and the view over the sea and Burj Al Arab is amazing. The bathrooms are very nice with huge ceiling showers separated from the huge bathtubs.We stayed over Christmas and on Christmas Eve we were surprised with a Christmas stocking each filled with goodies what were placed on our beds when we came up to our room in the afternoon.Their private beach and bungalows are great. The customer service is impeccable and when ordering drinks or food they arrive promptly. Their roof top bar is exquisite with a wonderful view over Burj Al Arab as well as the city.I recommend this hotel highly because it is family oriented but at the same time perfect for couples or friends. It is so grand that you never feel crowded or bothered by others around you.

I had an awful experience with very rude staff. I brought this to the attention of the FOH manager but he obviously didn’t take it seriously and I have not heard from him since (he took my phone/email). Having used many of the Jumeirah facilities at various locations it is very sad, I won’t be using them again. Avoid.

I want to thank all the staff of this hotel for their responsiveness and courtesy❤️❤️❤️ special thanks to Sreerag Chandran for his care for us, he fulfilled all our little whims and was very patient with us. Beautiful stay. Great restaurants. Spacious clean rooms. Very friendly staff. I loved the food in the Mexican restaurant and the breakfast was amazing. I was sad to see the fish dead in the see though. I don’t know if this was a problem in the Jumaira beach or an environmental sea issue in general.

Great place for family and kids. The kids club is fantastic.

Stayed here multiple times and always love it. Family oriented, so maybe explore Jumeriah Madinat if you are just a couple, but this is a reliable fun vacation.There is neighboring construction now. Something to account for when deciding where to stay. My family and I have a pretty high tolerance for it, so we weren’t bothered. Food is great and I love how you can enjoy the other parts of the resort too by staying there. Grab a golf cart and go all the way to the other side of the resort to enjoy a new adults only pool. For the kids, it’s hard to beat the kids club there! Best we’ve ever seen.Even with the construction, this place deserves the 5 stars. It is a “must do” with a family in Dubai.
