Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is so beautiful. Recommend a king room with a sea view. Every single member of staff we came across in this hotel was professional, helpful and friendly. Great pool and beach facilities. The food was fantastic for breakfast and evening meal. Would love to return here in the future!

Basement parking has no lift access to the lobby and rooms, the automatic gate barrier has no card scanner, need to call the guard from the lobby to run and open the gate.No bath robes, toilet area smells like molds, and no power outlet for the hair blower. Hopefully the food will be good tomorrow.

Very nice hotel, beautifully situated, great very clean rooms with all facilities and stunning views on Dubai and Burj al Arab, nice swimming pool, gym and beach, good food and drinks, on site travel agency for your excursions, good taxi connection to all attractions and free shuttle to nearby shopping mall. Very nice hotel with an amazing seaview . The pool is little bit a small but it has burjalarab view . Restaurant staff very friendly and smiling all the time and special thanks to chef farahat from Algeria he does one of the best omelets I have ever tried. Warm and Cozy place for weekend stay. It’s located at the last leaf of the Palm Jumeirah Island. Nice interiors and well maintained infrastructure and furnishings. Staffs are very helping and their service is great and well trained.The only drawback which I found is that there is no direct access to the beach from the Hotel. You have to walk to another side through the pathway outside of the hotel. But there they have beach cafe, music and well trained swimmers too.Anyway, it was a great experience for me and my family.

Every employee here was so friendly. We had a great stay here in this hotel and could only recommend it to anyone reading this review. Outstanding performance from Fahad or Farhad, I dont exactly know how to write his name, but he works in the kitchen and wears a cap. Housekeeping decided to throw out my birthday gift. When I complained that the bag went missing, the manager informed me they will check the CCTV and get back to me. They never did. They entered my room, left a bday cake( totally unnecessary ) and ignored the problem. No apology, no explanation. On top of it all, the receptionist told me that I misplaced the bag. What would I gain from misplacing my bday gift?🤔

Cheap & cheerful hotel. If you want a clean bed to sleep in and arent fussed about what colour the walls are painted (bright blue and red) this is the hotel for you.

Bad services! all inclusive is not really all inclusive! we stayed 7 days there was no music they didnt let us use the pool! the staff is not friendly! place a drink order in an hour. you dont have access to the beach after 7 oclock! very big boredom. the staff here counts your food spoons! I do not recommend such a thing! does not compare to services in turkey! very very bad serving! at 11 oclock you cant order anything even if you want to pay.

Its a very nice hotel with all you need for your perfect holidays. It has a nice atmosphere to the lobby and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Farhat makes the best, fastest and most delicious omlette Ive ever had! The buffet is very good. We had a great time.

The room was ok. The service was excellent. We stayed ina twin bed room with a small balcony overlooking burj al arab.The pool wasnt as deep as i expected(maybe 4feet) which is good for kids though i think theres a seperate one for them.Not crowded which i love. Breakfast was good. The staff were very efficient.

Good price good location very friendly staff. The sea view is amazing. They dont have beach for themselves but they give u access from a nearby hotel. 1 thing I suggest for improvement is to keep the pool open till 10 pm or so instead of sunset time which is very early

If you are coming to Dubai, this post might be your best choice of selection this resort hotel. I would like to bring to the attention that my visit for 5 days was extraordinarily. This was not because the view neither the location yet of the warm welcoming and excellent service by the receptionist (Ahmed Abdullkhaleg). He supported me until I got into my room and guided me to the hotel service including the breakfast ongoing discount for 50 dirham. Also, I lost an item during my visit and Ahmed and Mubarak were in touch with me checking every corner in the hotel to make sure my item could be found. This was a great sign of hope 😃. There are a lot to say but I owe Aloft Palm Resort an honor. This is definitely will not be my first visit. It’s definitely will be every time I’m coming to Dubai and will advise my friends, family who is reading this review to come over. Also the price were competitive.Thank you a lot Aloft chain and thank you Ahmed. 👍👍👍👍👍

We had a great stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. The front desk staff, Mr. Bong, provided us a nice room facing the beach side with the view of the Burj Al Arab. The teams kind gesture of preparing a slice of cake for my birthday deserves a satisfactory rating. Bong also recommended to dine at Luchador and proved to be a best decision. The restos staffs especially Roland should be commended for the excellent service. I will definitely book again and will highly recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues.

The four stars are for the hotel. The pool area needs some cleaners around. On another note, Darshan in the restaurant is a great waiter. He provided an amazing service with a very kind smile.

The reception at this hotel was warm, staff was friendly, accommodative and professional. The view from my room was amazing especially at night with the Burj lights showing from across the sea. Breakfast selection was wide and appetizing. Didnt get a chance to visit the beach hardly a 100m bwcause of extreme heat.

Starting from a mouth-watering breakfast at Solo, extremely professional, friendly and helpful staff accommodated our every need. The room was exceptional – luxury at its best. Cleanliness reached top marks.

129 dhs for a such a super limited buffet is over priced. Only tomato pizza which wasnt available all the time, dried breaded chicken and lasagna. This buffet is worth 20 dhs or max 30.

The whole experience was really fabulous. Check in was very smooth and it didnt take much our time. Our room was already ready with a nice sea view. Bong on the front desk was very warm and friendly in welcoming us. We then had dinner at Luchador at 11th floor which offer very nice selection of food and beverage. From guacamole to tacos to quesadilla to empanada to churros and who will forget the margaritas and tequila? - you name it they have it. Special thanks to Ronald from Luchador bar who is assisting us all throughout and showcasing us the best drinks they have. The breakfast on the other hand is to die for. I with my friends are surprised with their selection - like they have a lot of food on the buffet. Ranjana the hostess of the restaurant was very accommodating and helpful.

It is an exceptional stay at exceptional location, its a perfect at all from check in to check out, nice room with balcony, many restaurants and facilities available, swimming pool for adults and swimming pool for kids with play area for kids which is very suitable for families, an international break fast with a magic touch from Mr Farahat and thanks for him, generally staff is friendly and helpful, also they have a private access to beach, aloft hotel at palm is a perfect and enjoyable, i hope to visit it again soon, many thanks.

We went for a lunch buffet and there were no food options available. We ended up eating pickles and mozarella sticks because we were tired hungry and didnt want to spend more time going somewhere else.The seating is kind of nice but its right next to the pool so there is a lot of noise and people launging right next to you.The plates and cutlery was old and used.Staff was doing their best buy the place is not worth it all.

A small hotel on the Palm. Ideal for people on budget. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the Mall of Emirates which is the largest mall around. It has a small pool and the beach is a 2 mins walk. Room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was OK while the dinner was a bit of a disappointment despite being a theme night. However the staff was very accommodating at both meals and were open to make alternate requirements.

The signage to show a customer how to get to the property is lacking. The main sign is on the main road, but the directions are not there. When one doubles back and takes a chance on a random turn, there is still no signage. We found a very small sign on a back wall and the back is very dark. The parking at the front of the property has no outside lights and thus is extremely dark. The basement parking for the guests only has stairs and no elevator. However, the interaction with the staff was positive.

We really enjoyed our stay at the aloft palm:Positive:+ as Platin member we received free breakfast and a drink voucher per day which was a nice surprise (including cocktails)+ During Covid times it was perfect, since it is at the very end of the palm it was not too busy. The size of the private beach compared to the hotel size ist also very nice.+ we booked our pcr test for the flight back directly via the hotel. We paid 350 dirahm. We know it’s much more expensive than the 150 you would pay at the hospital, but after hearing the struggle from other guests we decided to go the easy way. During night the test was done and early morning we received a printed copy. They used the Eurofins lab.+ price ratio is also very good, don‘t expect a high end luxury resort, but you definitely get what you are paying for.+ if you have a sea view room you have one of the best views on burj al Arab and an awesome sunrise.+ from the private beach you have beautiful view on the sunset with the Atlantis hotel in the background.+ the luchador Mexican restaurant is amazing, we ate there four times. High quality food and cocktails with amazing view. Bonvoy members get a high discountNegative:- the Italian restaurant really has not the best pizza, but it is reasonable cheap- Quite some guests could improve following the Covid rules, however staff did at all times- Buffet breakfast was not perfectly Covid conform, guests could still pick there own food and touch everything. In the Delta Hotel and the jw Hotel it was handled differently in a better way.

I chose this hotel for the most special day of my life as I propose to my girlfriend, the staff were excellent for our waiter to Mrs Chane that arrange everything for us and ofc Mr Mohamend . Thank you all for make it that day one to remember and I will be back.

They should replace their mops regularly. When we arrived, the room stinked like pee. So we asked for a room service. The cleaning lady mopped and sprayed the room but after some time, when their fresheners have dissipated, the smell was back. Then I realized its their cleaning materials, especially the mop. I suspect they have been using it for some time and if you keep a mop wet and not letting it air dry / sun dry, molds will grow and it will leave a bad smell. The management should pay attention to these since this is also a health hazard and buy new cleaning materials. Its not the fault of the room service crews as I saw how they cleaned the room.

Nice aloft same as the others. The location at the end of the palm is quite and has good views of the see and Dubai. However it is a long way to get to the rest of Dubai

Great room, amazing view....staff in all day dining a little over helpful meaning social distancing could be difficult at times, but an overall good place to stay.

We have been to Dubai numerous times and stayed at many hotels. We checked out like normal but on this occasion they added over £100 for some ‘soiled’ towels. They continued to show us the towels but struggled to find the mark on two which resulted in only paying for one, whilst we were IN THE LOBBY)!! They had insisted they had washed the towels which was a blatant lie and was proven when at the next hotel, when the towels were washed in a single wash to a high clean standard. This is appalling service, degrading and embarrassing. We have never been spoken or been treat like this before.Avoid the beauty salon at all costs! Incompetent and poor service. Awful to the point we had asked for a nail file and tweezers to do it ourselves!The hotel is also next to a building site, meaning you will be woken up early with loud banging. Everything you avoid whilst trying to enjoy the palm.The one star is for the evening concierge staff who are friendly and will help you with whatever your request is!In a nutshell: Avoid this hotel.

We celebrated my birthday here last weekend. The staff is so accommodating. Room was perfect! The view from our room (sea view) was exceptional, bed and pillows are comfy. Food has limited options hope youll work out on that soon 😉 overall experience was good!

The Aloft Hotel is a quiet gem near the tip of the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The staff is friendly and helpful, our seaside room had a balcony and beautiful view and the bed was very comfortable. There is a pool on the ground floor and a private beach across the road. The top floor is home to a very nice Mexican restaurant and there is a restaurant on the ground floor offering lighter fare all day.Our week stay was very enjoyable and comfortable at Aloft Hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to returning.

Small, quaint hotel. Didn’t feel very safe during COVID times. Breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic with guests not listening. Not all staff had gloves on. Location is unbeatable! Close to the beach. Mexican restaurant upstairs is a must!! Great drinks and food!!

Ordered and paid for drinks that was never delivered. Was told the bar was closed, and apparently only open for taking payment. Never got a refund.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service and cleanliness of the Hotel. Hotel location is extremely inconvenient.My room was dirty upon arrival and wasn’t resolved until the end of my stay. My room was also not prepared for a my stay - the TV did not work, the phone did not work and no in room dining menu barcode.One of the managers named Marta was extremely unprofessional. She did not care about how bad my experience was and was putting the blame on me. She also put me in many uncomfortable situations throughout my stay. As well, not following COVID social distancing regulations and sending 5 male staff members to my door.Staff would call late at night my room and weren’t mindful of me sleeping. I was woken up 2 times.The staff who worked with the Shisha were really unaccommodating. I had to clean my own table and move around the coals because staff wasn’t active.The hotel wasn’t willing to compensate me for the horrible experience. I will not stay at the hotel ever again and no not recommend anyone too either.The best part of the hotel was the Mexican restaurant. The rooftop view is beautiful and staff was great.

Don’t don it! Typical example of “cheap is expensive”, no worth at all for the chargesIn simple terms, the cleanness is a big concern (from bed to bathroom, even the kettle, my Goshhh), maintainability is poor, furniture is stained, strong food smell in the room, not a front beach property and beach access is shared, pool is super small... do I have to say more?Staff was very helpful, helped me out with limited penalty but honestly I’m sure anyone can find better options in the same price range.

The room was good. View ws partial sea view. House keeping staff were very kind. The f&b staff at the breakfast were almost haunting behind you each time you went to the buffet which ws a bit annoying. The bar and the pool was cool

This was probably the best money Ive spent in a while. Great value for money and the staff are super friendly. If you wait a little, they might be able to upgrade you. Left our bags and went straight to the Beach, which was nice. Hope their infinity pool opens soon! Breakfast was average but the Mexican restaurant was fantastic, with the best view & very good Margaritas.

Nice hotel, helpful staff before arriving and helpful and friendly staff while staying. Its a nice place for staying as couples, but I wouldnt recommend it to families with children due to the lack of activities at the hotel. The hotel is good value. The building and furniture is new. Theres a nice Mexican restaurant at 11th floor.

This hotel was very good for the price paid. It is located in the Palm of the fanciest areas of Dubai. The location is far from the city centre but I believe theres a bus that goes to the Marina where theres a lot of things to do. This hotel has a beach and a nice swimming pool. They offer cold towels during hot days. The room was modern and in a excellent condition. The breakfast and the staff were good. I would be back at this place if I have a chance and if I find a good deal.

Staff of the hotel is nice and friendly.But following problems need to be enhanced and awared by hotel management team:1. Basic sanitation supplies always missed to put by the staff. Such as toothbrush package, comb, slipper, ita very suprising that they missed the basic supplies, I feel very disapointed,that nobody answer the phone calls when I asked for service. then I go down to reception ask for items after I stripped all my clothes.2.Some of the room AC damaged and please check before entering the room.So please do maintenance for the AC habibi.3.Front desk phone call they never answer.4. Second door in middle of toilet is very slippery and it makes heavy noise after I just only very slightly push to close the door, need to place some rubber band at the inner wall side as buffer . otherwise customer will be definitely scared like me.Concluision:Hotel management team need to do some enhancement, good attitude shall be compared with good basic need and facilities, I believe this porblems not only happened at room #906, otherwise u will loose more and more customer!

Its a budget hotel on the palm more for business. The pool is quite small. Has very limited dining options. The BF had a limited spread. All negatives were overturned by excellent service at all levels from check in, etc. They have nice weekend offers.

Located on the outer ring of the Palm, this is quiet and has great views. The beach is short walk away but is lovely with good swimming. The pool is in front of the hotel but the road is not particularly noisy or intrusive. The decor is lovely and light, very clean and comfortable and the staff are excellent. A great alternative to staying in the city.

Excellent location, the beach is clean, complimentary access to towels and sun chairs is a big plus, enjoyed complimentatry water on the beach. The location and the vibe of the hotel is perfect. Good quality food, thematic evening dinners were great, friendly staff, super efficient restaurant staff, reception, guest services and housekeeping. Loved using Marriott Bonvoy app- Ive never had such prompt and efficient feedback before. My requests were attended to within 15 minutes. I am taken back. The restaurant manager Ashish was very helpful and assisted with my requests. Usef from the restaurant was a total star and a true peoples person. Thank you to Dilyara, she was great at reception at early morning checkin. Explained everything so nicely;)) Joana and her team - great work. My suggestion is to have water coolers in the corridors in each floor, that way one can reduce consumption of water in plastic bottles. Please also consider installing recycling bins for plastic and paper throughout the hotel:)))) the go green initiative with the rooms as an option is excellent and I enjoyed using it. Please also consider including tea and coffee as part of the HB rate. It is very unusual not to have it especially when one has desserts;)

Not the best aloft. Phone in room doesn’t work. Reception never answers. Pool and beach open late in the morning, so forget about swimming before breakfast or before it’s already too hot. Swimming pool so small anyways. Gym is meeeehhhhh. I don’t know how the rating is so good here. I’m too old for aloft now maybe haha. Not more than a 3 for me.

Great hotel, went on a Friday to have lunch at luchador mexican restaurant! Loved the decor , and the notice for masks and social distancing! Better to call ahead if going on fridays , Fridays they do brunch and dinner starts at 6:30 pm! Need to go back and taste their food to review..will be back 🤩

I stayed with my wife at this hotel during Eid. Honestly when we arrived to the hotel it was very busy that we waited for long time that we just wanted to leave however good thing we have stayed. WE WANT TO THANK MARTHA (the Manager) who took care of us and because of her exceptional service we have stayed longer than expected!!!! the beach is good but could be better, breakfast food selection is very limited and room service took too much time for any request. We will stay her again for sure, not because of the hotel but the service.

Very poor service from the reception team, my room 516 is facing a construction site as Taj hotel neary is building a hotel, which has a partial sea-view and I am constantly getting disturbed from the noise from the construction workSo, I requested to move to a quieter side of the building, the sea-side facing view and they asked me to pay a charge of 60 AED a nightNot fair!!! this should have been offered complimentary for the inconvenience caused by the construction work

I received great customer service from the staff. The food from room service and the Mexican restaurant was the best! The breakfast and dinner buffet was a bit limited and could use some more options. The drinks at the Mexican restaurant (namely the vast variety of flavored margaritas) were amazing! The drinks at the pool bar and beach, not so much. It was a bit of a struggle to get good drinks. The seaview room offers a beautiful view, especially the balcony room I had. Since I was traveling with friends, my only con was the fact that they offered twin beds instead of queens, which was an issue I found across all hotels in the Marriott chains in Dubai

If you choose a sea view room, this will be one of the best choices you can make. The pool is a little too small and there should be more lounge chairs, but the team is great, proactive and ready to accomplish any request. Also, the breakfast should be a little more variated but the the mexican restaurant is nice and cute. The beach is great, clean and very close.Overall, a nice place to stay for both business or pleasure.

The hotel is excellent, there is a good selection of food options (two restaurants and a bar on site), the amenities are good. The highlight of my stay were the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, they really couldnt do enough to make my experience as enjoyable as possible. The location is great for a relaxing break, right on the water with a private beach just a short walk away. It is a little bit far from any of the main attractions of Dubai but this is not really an issue as the hotel does offer free shuttle busses to various key locations.

This hotel was a gem! Very stylish, super friendly staff...probably the friendliest I have ever encountered. Their main concern was making sure we were happy and comfortable. The views from our hotel balcony were incredible. Super nice room with very comfortable beds! Pool/bar area was a fun place to hang out. We ate at Luchador Mexican Restaurant several times on the 11th floor, and the views do not get any better! Great food and drinks! If we come back to Dubai, we will definitely stay here again! Just wonderful!

Area of the hotel is okay, end of the east crescent, beach 200m away not swimmable though as water a bit dirty and , walkable distance, swimming pool not that big but nice, room was awesome. Buffet not much option, but staff were very helpful mainly Mr Prabu Michael, Mr Arshad who went extra mile to accomodate our request.

We wore appropriate swimming cloths but it was little loose and long. but we have worn it to all other hotel pools. Arrogant Manager forced us to change to either bikini or topless. He was teasing us that we are wearing pyjamas. We ll never come here again and not recommending this to any pool lovers! Also point to be noted when calling front desk they rarely pickup the call. We found it so annoying. Reason that i am giving atleast one start is for room and breakfast

My family had a beautiful and relaxing stay in this hotel. We truly enjoyed every moment setting in the balcony and watching the views!I specially want to thank the hotel management for providing a microwave that can be used freely for heating our special diet food. I also thank them for not providing alcoholic drinks in the room, because it is safer for the family 😉!

This hotel is great value. Clean rooms. But the pool is shaded in the afternoon and we found there were so many kids there. The beach is OK better than other places on the palm but still not amazing.

Great place for a staycation with beach and pool. The staff is super helpful. The rooftop restaurant luchador is amaaaaazing. Ronald served us and he was so kind and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough. Loved it and will definitely return.

The worst hospitality experience ever. I think the marketing department did a great job posting fake ads. There was a huge cockroach in our room and the staff accused us to keep the balcony door open-we never did- NO ONE! answers the phone. Not the front desk- not the kitchen- i went down to talk to the receptionist he said there is no enough staff to take the calls or take the food orders.next morning the salad is not washed some insect was dancing on it . At this Hotel you make sure to bring your own food and your own maid. Big shame for Alfot and Marriott group!!!!

Newly built hotel on the tip of the Palm. Experience based on pricing was decent and the hotel has a comfy pool with a bar next to it. The hotel also has access to a beach which is accessible via shuttle bus or if you have your own ride. Since the hotel is new, rooms and amenities are as expected. The check in can get a bit busy, so if you are coming in during a weekend then expect some of delay in the handover of the room keys, etc.

Probably the nicest (and most expensive) Aloft Ive seen anywhere in the the world. There is a pool bar, an indoor bar, a hotel restaurant, and a rooftop Mexican restuarant and bar. There is also a private beach, about a hundred meters away behind a different hotel. Staff is very good. The seafront faces the Burj al Arab

After a fairly busy 4 weeks travelling through Ireland, UK and Europe, our stay at the Aloft Palm Jumeirah was a pleasant way to relax before the long flight home back to NZ. The hotel staff are super welcoming, helpful and seemed to anticipate our every need whether we were by the pool, having a drink in the bar or eating in the dining room. The rooms are very well appointed, the beds uber comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. We ate at Luchador, the Mexican rooftop restaurant - great music and outstanding service. We hadnt realised our booking included half board so we enjoyed breakfast and lunch or dinner in the dining room. As far as buffet food goes, it was good but limited on choice. There were plenty of loungers out by the pool although uur teenagers would have preferred the pool to be a bit bigger and deeper given the number of people using it. Located on the palm, its a good 30-40 minutes by shuttle van to the malls. This could be seen as both a negative and a positive - well take the latter. After a busy 4 weeks travelling, the location provided us a great opportunity to relax prior to our long flight back to NZ. We would definitely go back.

Stayed 2weeks, Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to ensure we had what needed. Get view of Burj Al Arab from the balcony. Beach area although not directly attached was convient and enjoyable. Great value. Thanks to Ranjana, Kapoor, Arshad for taking such great care of us. Farhead, your omulets were exceptional! Good place. Nice ambience and nice pool. Private beach access. Food options were limited for vegetarians but chef Mr Prabhu was kind enough to provide us with food of the set menu.

Great location with private beach. Modern contemporary hotel and really friendly staff. The food is limited but really good. The rooms are really modern and are kept clean. As always in the UAE drinks prices are way over the top, but you wont be disappointed if you stay here.

The hotel was simple and clean. The reception desk was warm, inviting, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was not very good. Marriott Bonvoy discounts for food make it worth signing up. The sea view from my room was gorgeous!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Aloft. The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming. The gentleman who was standing outside to direct us and inform us on our transport pickup was excellent. The pool side resting area is spacious enough. It was a memorable experience.

The stay was great. The staff were very friendly, reception, kitchen all of them. Took the sea view one, it was a delight to wake up with the view. Good options in breakfast but could be better.
