Very helpful desk personnel which were looking for solutions. I learned for the future that its better to book directly by contacting the hotel than to use a booking agent or others. By contacting the hotel directly the hotel would have had special offers for long stay residences which I had to pay when using a travel agent.Thank you for the honesty and all the good services.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, specially Sandeep- house keeping supervisor. He was very kind, accommodating and he went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Dubai. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The staff was accommodating and friendly, this is one of my best hotels I visited, one of the staff named Sandeep was really friendly, he gave us complimentary fruits and guided us thru out our stay, I highly recommend this to others, we went here for my dad’s birthday and we got a complimentary cake and my dad got surprised, they give out the food instead of the guest getting the food, Thank you!❤️

Great value overall. Clean room, AMAZING BREAKFAST. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is regularly changing. In seven days we had a lot of different options from one day to another. The staff some times seem like they don’t really know what they’re doing but overall it works ok so don’t be too surprised. Good internet connection. Location is not so good if you want to be close to downtown, the Marina, or Burj al Arab, but very good if you want to be close to Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Fahidi and the airport.

I booked there an apartment for one nightand they gave me an apartment in the first floor and the balcony is fully blocked I cant see anything.

The food was excellent and service was very good too! Thanks to our waiter Joven! He was so kind and sweet.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, near to many of the attractions. Pool, SPA is relaxing as well. Loved it.

There was No Valet Parking and no signage in the packing directing to the entrance of the hotel.

Nice hotel !Staying here since 2 months in one bedroom Appartment.Staff is very professional and nice.Close to the hotel you have a west zone and a few restaurants.Breakfast in the hotel is ok, they have selection of fruits, pastries. Coffee could be better.Cleaning is well done.I have a balcony but view on the A/C and a little bit noisy and don’t smell very good.But the inside is amazing, modern decoration, kitchen is fully equipped. There is no oven but a micro wave.Bed is super comfy.The building is very quiet.I recommend this place !You are around 10 min away from La mer and 20 min from Dubai Mall.

New hyatt hotel opened this week located in north of jumeirah near mina area (Rashed port). 7 story buildibg Very clean . Top of the line amenities. Excellent and helpful staff. Nice selection of TV channels. Swimming pool and gymnastics in first floor. The breakfast comes with each room as hyatt palace chains offers the breakfast buffet daily with each room.The breakfast has good intrnational selection suites all flavours.

Horrible, we arrived at 1 a.m., we learned that our room would only be available the next day at 2 p.m., they made us wait all night in the hotel lobby without trying to find any solution, unpleasant staff and no professional !!! Ive never seen this, its unacceptable !!!!

After I booked, with the breakfast included having paid a lot more, I arrived at the hotel no breakfast included, it was not enough and after a few days they also discounted me another 60 euros from. Card without authorization and without any notice, be careful where you book ..

We rested in this hotel (in apartments) from 12 to 23 November 2019. Our family is 4 people and friends are 2 people.1. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.2. Rooms (apartments) are spacious, clean and tidy. The beds and sofas are large and comfortable. The technique works well.There are all the necessary utensils.Rooms are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.3. Linen and bath accessories are constantly changed to clean and fresh.4. Bathrooms are new, clean and comfortable. Quality cleaning is constantly carried out.5. The pool is clean. The sun beds are comfortable. The water is always clean and warm. Towels are provided.6. Corridors are clean and tidy. Pleasant, non-intrusive quiet music sounded. The elevators are good big high-speed and clean.7. There is a good gym.8. The cuisine is a little specific, but they cook deliciously. Guests are greeted with a friendly and helpful attitude.9. The hotel staff are friendly. Help in everything. They tell and explain everything they asked. (especially Julia at the reception desk). Although the staff is mostly English speaking, they patiently listened to us and helped with everything.P.S. there is a small request to slightly adjust the time of the transfer to and from the beach.THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL TIME AT YOUR HOTEL.
