Hotel catastrophic!No car park and impossible to park except very very far away or in very expensive external car parks.the rooms are very dark and very small.The photos have surely been edited because there is no lighting, the hotel is very dirty.Even free I will never put my bags in this hotel for one night.I do not recommend it 100%.

The management of the hotel is really disgusting, no consideration for the client, the hotel is very badly located, 3 hours to find a place to park, it is very dark and not welcoming.The rooms are tiny and dark, a cellar might be better lit.Very bad experience!

Worst hotel ever experienced.non professional manager no parking even dont provide you a bottle of water but on agoda they are saying welcome drinks and etc . rating is 7.6 which is astonishing.

The Hotel is best Value for money, Clean room n wash rooms... near to Union metro and Baniyas Square, Carrefour AlGhurair mall and many restaurants. Daily room cleaning. Value for the money paid... Check your room AC before, in my room making noise, WiFi fast...

Its one of the best hotel for the price AED 169 for two nights which I booked from agoda website. Hotel amenities are very good and more than what I expected. Surrounded by restaurants and automobile parts market, 2mins walk to baniyas metro station but still quite and calm. Before booking even i was reading google reviews and found negative comments about unclean bathroom and unclean edges of washbasin etc and I dont know why some people write negative comments may b its in their blood.. but still I booked and found it completely opposite and hotel is very good, clean 👍.. you can order food online using zomato app., as there is no restaurant inside the hotel... but overall its worth the price...Note: At check-in front desk executive took addtional AED 20 as dubai tourism charges.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They gave me and my friend the VIP treatment, pampering us. From the front room staff, the dining room staff, excellent food and service, the friendly and dynamic waiters, chef. The rooms spotlessly cleaned by the housing keeping department. And all at budget rates. I shall return to this hotel whenever I visit Dubai. I thank all of them for the care and hospitality they lavished on us.

Night staff very rude. He cancelled our reservation without calling and informing us. Because of him, we needed to look for another hotel during night. I wish I can put 0 out of 5.

I found everything Good being on a Tour with Family. Very close to Metro Station, they give an excelent service. Pretty much liked it as Home.

Amazing location, very good value. Take red line metro from airport to Union station, 10 minutes walk to hotel. Surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores around the area. Very easy for food and daily needs. Walking distance to many attractions. Room is sufficiently spacious, very clean, quiet, with strong hot showers. Staff members Gokul, Aneesh and Jibin are incredibly helpful and makes customers feel like home. Highly recommended.

This hotel only gets two stars because the staff were friendly & cordial, & also because they didnt have any bedbugs. Once you enter the premises there is a wonderful smelling air freshener wish I knew the name so that I could have bought some for my own home. Outside of that cleanliness is not ranked very high. The room that we stayed in had very basic local T.V. channels. Only 2 months prior did I go into Lagos Nigeria. This is a place that most foreigners would believe was lacking in better amenities. However even though I was an American traveling there for the first time I was able to find a variety of stations that were suitable. The rooms look super nice on the website but was a major shock once we got there... There is no microwave in the room. If you have food that needs to be reheated you will have to call down to the kitchen once or twice to have someone come up take your food to the kitchen to warm it for you. The exterior of the refrigerator was filthy. It looked like it was pulled out of the garbage 😑. It also wasnt really cold & the seal wasnt the greatest we had to put a heavy bag behind the door to keep it closed. The phone worked sometimes. It seems that the phone jack was unstable... The sink had a slow leak... The air conditioner stopped working for 2 nights. We accidentally locked our turnkey in the room. Yes... I said it turnkey... There are no keyless entry cards here. There is however a really cool display pad just outside the room door that serves absolutely no purpose (for the guests anyways). But, on the day we locked our key inside the room, a staff worker escorted us upstairs, proceeded to that display pad outside the room removed the cover & hotwired the door open 🤔🤨😮😏... I figure it was so easy anyone could do it... Makes me wonder about the safety of the guests here. One of the reviews that I read here spoke of how there is no street noise but the hotel is right on the street so that is exactly what we heard. Housekeeping was great & did the best they could with what was provided. I can say that this hotel is not representative of what I expected to see in Dubai😶 but hey what do I know. On the flip side if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel that is close to food & public transportation then this is for you...

So many things lacking in the rooms like jug for boiling water to make own tea, rooms are small, no ironing board like you find in most hotels. Tv stations are hmmm.
