I visited for 7 days. From the moment of check-in the staff was very friendly. My requests were accommodated and the staff always kept the hotel very clean. The breakfast is also amazing. Front desk also gave amazing recommendations for activities. The hotel is a 1 minute walk from the train and I found it very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Terrible hotel and poor cleanliness and rude staff!The room was dirty and I asked to please clean but they don’t and when I complained the receptionist was like it happens! Yes it happens in a cheap hotel not in fairmont and not in the middle of the pandemic ! I’m really disappointed never ever again fairmont Dubai you have no respect to your guests not even a sorry stay away people !

I been in Fairmont dubai couple of times ..but this time newly renovated rooms looks very nice ,comfortable and clean. The lady who clean our room was very polite and amazing.Lobby and spa area smell very refreshing.Highly recommended this hotel if any one visiting downtown .

I’ve been trying to get in contact with the reservation team since 5pm till 8pm and shared my number more than once and till now not even a call back. Plus the operator had to be very rude when I asked to talk to the front desk !3 hours and a customer can’t get a call back is frustrating

My family and I looked forward to breakfast everyday thanks to Christian who was really wonderful. Not only was he efficient and remembered what we wanted to order from the previous day but he was so friendly specially with our boys. He’s an asset to the hotel and we will come back to visit specially to see him!

Very nice hotel except for one cheap experience with in room dining. The rates are affordable for the great quality. We got a one bedroom suite and unfortunately there was no available two bedroom suite to upgrade but the suite we got still felt luxurious and spacious. The in room dining is excellent and the bedroom and living room spaces are cozy. The bathroom facilities could be improved but they’re not too shabby. However, I was not satisfied with how cheap the in room dining service was. Not only did they make a mistake with an order of Buffalo wings by giving us BBQ wings instead, but they asked for the BBQ wings back to “take a look at it.” If this is a high quality hotel why are they requesting the food back? So they can just throw it or give it to somebody else? It seemed like they thought we were lying and didn’t want to just outright accuse us, but we definitely still got the message. Usually if a hotel makes such a mistake they will fix the problem and on top of that giving us a complementary dessert or something of that sort. They didn’t charge us for the French fries that they also failed to give us when we asked for it the first time, but it still looks very cheap for the hotel to ask for the food they made a mistake with back. I believe they should have handled such a situation in a more professional manner that reflects the high quality “5 star” look and feel that the hotel wants to give off to its guests. Anywho, we had a great and peaceful stay and would choose Fairmont again in the future.

Booking through website is tricky because once they ask for credit card info , they actually holding the actual amount which is non refundable and no cancellation which is not really explained on the website at all during the process of taking the money!Holding time on phone is endless and very annoying and you can’t get anybody to speak to you even if you have a reservation! I guess not all hotels in Dubai are well prepared for Expo 2020 after all!The operator doesn’t mind hanging up on you because he can’t transfer calls to other departments!!!!

In 5 days we have already encountered several problems.We have found glass in pool, we reported to the pool staff but they did nothing. it was only when we came back 2 hours later and our friend stepped on a piece of glass that they finally made the decision to evacuate the pool to clean it. actually we still have not received compensation for this serious incident.I found my pyjama in a ball in the closet while they were on the bed when I left the room.I have a personal effect that has disappeared!!! I went to tell them, I asked for compensation but it took a lot of struggle to get only one massage offered and Im still waiting for someone to find me what has disappeared. They offer me a plate of fruit in compensation. I hope for them that they will find hit.Its a shame because except for these points the staff are pleasant and the hotel friendly.I wonder how will be the rest of the stay….

The hotel is very good and the rooms spacious and very comfortable. We had paid for an extra bed and when we arrived at our room they had not placed it and when we called the reception there was a complete misunderstanding, but in the end the problem was solved. Also, when you wanted a regular taxi, a lady would come and literally argued with you for taking the hotel taxi and not a regular taxi. We were quite angry because after that she did not even say good morning to us when we saw her. In conclusion, however, it is a good hotel, new with a very nice view and very close to the dubai mall. Breakfast was also quite good with variety.

Fairmont dubai is the best hotel in town.Rooms are very neat and clean,very nice atmosphere at the hotel, all staff was very helpful and welcoming, special thanks to Mr.Subham very attentive.Highly recommended.

Underwhelming 5-star hotel. The rooms are great, spacious and luxury, but everything else is not 5-star worthy. The pools are super small and there are literally only 2 sunshades. All other loungers don‘t have them, so you can‘t use the pool area longer than 15min with the Dubai sun and temperatures. Furthermore the food quality and choice at the breakfast buffet is quite bad for a 5-star hotel. In addition to that there are way too less employees at the buffet, so long waiting times, as you can’t get the food yourself due to covid measures, even though it wasn‘t too busy. Also no employees coming to you by themselves to offer coffee. You always had to ask them. That is not a 5-star service. In general the staff in the entire hotel, despite the house keeping, which was great, could be more attentive.

I arrived around 9:30 pm, noticed that the safe doesnt work, called front desk, the technician arrived and determined that the safe needs to be replaced but nothing happened. throughout my stay, I kept asking for a replacement and it was until my last day (third day) that i was told they dont have a replacement and cant move me to another room.Calling the room service was impossible the first night, there was no QR code in the room for the menu as well??? food arrived way too late that I didnt feel like eating anymore.Purchased a fill to the minibar, but unfortunately, refrigerator doesnt work and they couldnt fix, replace nor move me out of the room. I kept my purchase and left some of them in the room when i checked out.Worst part was construction work that starts from early in the morning and lasts until after 7:30 pm with Jackhammer noise.If there is something less than one star, I will give it to this hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Fairmont. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the entire staff. We really felt taken good care of and everyone was very friendly.I am unfortunately not on Tripadvisor and I do not want starting it as it comes with too much hassles - sorry.I am looking forward visiting the Fairmont in Dubai again in the future.

I used to go to the sushi bar for more than 10 years and due to COVID I couldn’t go for more than 2 years. I visited it last week and the taste is just amazing and they managed to maintain the quality and the good service. Unfortunately I couldn’t take pictures as I enjoyed the food so much but I will go next time and will post some pictures definitely

Had one of the worst experiences in Dubai, parked for 1 hour and couldnt find the parking ticket, were forced to pay a whole AED 150 (around 40 dollars) for this.. so sad.. they have no idea how to respect their customers

Located at the most prestigious, the sheikh Zayed road, Fairmont at the World Trade Center Metro Station is one of the most luxurious 5 star hotels of Dubai. They also have office floors and great restaurants at the ground and first floor. The best Sushi you will find here, the club here is also pretty famous. Very big parking with Valle facility. The interior is great, however the lobby is surprisingly small as a 5 star hotel

A great place! Nice collection of restaurants, two pools taking into considerations the sun direction (Sunset and Sunrise), the best of it all is the staff, they are amazing, friendly, and helpful! There is a person at the reception called Ahmad! This man is extremely friendly, helpful, and you can feel that from the moment of checking in!

The hotel is in good location and the staff were very co operative the only issue was the construction on 9th floor which was very loud and breakfast was not creative at all staying 8 days to see same and limited items on the buffet

The rude service ruined the whole night for us and overshadowed the food and the singers.If you want to have better customer service go to any fast food chain.Details were in missing in service and at the end, the ushered us away from the table in a rush, although we still had full glasses with drinks. They said we can finish them at the bar, which was empty. After a few minutes there, one waiter said we can stay until the other guests arrive, but one of the managers, Sergeij, was so unfriendly and rude and basically kicked us out of the bar.Unable to finish my full glass of wine, we left this place all furious. When service staff is behaving like bouncers, you know that something is wrong. Even when I mentioned it was a birthday celebration, the manager did not care.I wont be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We spent a day in trophy room, the place was cool and vibrant. It was a cozy place to hang out after work. The staff were friendly and accommodating especially Zara, Raihan and Crista. Overall, we had a great time and well recommend it to our friends.

The worst 1 star hotel. The valet took my Rolls Royce and forced me to pay 210 dhs for VIP parking even though I asked if the parking for The Theatre restaurant was at main entrance or not.The place deserves to be shut down. The valet threw money back into my car. His name is Mahendra and when I complained to security they did nothing and the valet kept shouting and abusing.The hotel deserves 1 star status for both its horrible service and the pitiful quality of its status.Do not go.

Nice and elegant place to stay. Hanging in Trophy Room and having good services from Sheena, Zara, Teddy and Bikash. They all are very welcoming and best in what they do. You have to definitely come to them. They’re fun to talk as well and well look after you

It-shirt shocking experience as i have never ever met someone in hospitality as rude n unprofessional as lakshan, the restaurant manager of trophy room, Who claimed that hes the duty manager, and rudly said I dont hv table, even tho We had a confirmed table at the trophy restaurant.He is not even try to make a simple effort to accommodate us, he just said ddont hv a table for u, call whoever confirmed ur table n complain for them.

Beautiful, luxurious and enchanted, I am in love with this hotel!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, service from check-in to housekeeping is ok. But my stay is ruined when I decided to book a spa treatment. The lady there, I think her name is Made or mad looks like she doesnt want any customer to be there. Even with a mask we know that shes frowning and shes not knowledgeable of the services available. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with the appointment and we regret it as it is the worst massage experience I had. Im surprised a brand like fairmont have staffs like this, I never experience it on my previous stays from other branches worldwide. Dont get me wrong the other facilities are amazing but one bad service ruined our stay. My friends are planning to book here during summer, will definitely not recommend.

Best Hotel on Shaikh Zaid Road in Dubai. Cool and Calm little bit Expensive but a very good place.Having multipal options in it. Having coffee bar, Club and other offices options too.

Can hang out here with WiFi a pint and a cigarette during Ramadan without offending anyone whilst watching sports. Chili fries during happy hour just AED 35 and there’s plenty of other items at reduced price for several hours. Smart hotel located on sheikh Zayed road near the trade center. Recommend for meetings or just hanging out.

Everything you would expect from Fairmont.Gorgeous rooms and buffet breakfast was right up there with the best that Ive had. Great location with easy highway access was important as I had to drive to Abu Dhabi for a day during this visit.Overall top decile of luxury hotels in Dubai (and anywhere else for that matter).

Really disappointed with the staff and lack of communication. My husband booked a treat for me as I’m heavily pregnant. No one informed him there was no valet , and to park for the spa you must park in a building opposite the hotel on the third floor. To then be told I’m 8 mins late I can’t now have my treatment. Staff were really rude, no managment available and a very disappointed client. Wouldn’t recommend to go if you want to pamper it’s so much hassle.

As I entered hotel with husband after having a dinner I’ve been told by security guard to leave my ID at reception. Which really confused me. He assumed that I was a “worker”.

One of the most relaxing hotels Ive stayed in. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were courteous and tried to be as attentive as they can thanks to Shubham. Food was good and it was an overall a good stay.

We had dinner in Cafe Sushi and we it was an amazing experience. Our server was Carmie. She was hospitable and nice. The chef was Robert and I know he prepared the best sushi I had in Dubai. I will be coming back to Cafe Sushi
