Hospitality at its best with a vibrant welcoming atmosphere! We chose the Aloft Dubai South hotel to host a corporate team building event followed by an iftar dinner, and it was a phenomenal experience! The staff is well trained and knew us by name, which is a great personal personal touch. We were escorted around the hotel for meeting rooms, entertainment areas, dining and pool lounge. The food set menu options includes a large selection of starters, mains and desserts, meeting everyones preferences. The food portions were very generous and delicious. Highly recommend the Aloft Dubai South for a unique, memorable and personal experience.

Even one star is too good for this hotel.Poor location, no basic humanly logic from the hotel receptionist. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Anyone who comes here feels at home. The food is excellent, custom preparations upon requests and the staff is always trying to give you the best service. Especially Sharon and Silvia, they both have great orientation towards customers.

The hotel has achieved great respect from my side , as the team delived out standing service. Cant wait to visit them as soon as possible.

Just ordered take out from Nook and it was outstanding- highly recommend the chicken tikka sliders, beef sliders and flatbreads. Impressed with the care and caution placed on the boxes of when it was packed. 5 star all the way!

Pathetic service, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.. I am really surprised that its a marriotte property.. Fridge not working, tv remote not working,Slow internet, irregular housekeeping as they clean only after 3 days, no water , no tea..would never book it again and advise everyone to stay away from it...

I chose the Aloft Dubai South due to its location and good pricing.Check-in by Yana was professional, thorough yet still friendly and welcoming. She gave me a superb upgrade and later in room the hotel gave me some complimentary fruit. Very good first impression by Nana, that made my stay feel special.Also on reception was a nice gentleman who arranged a take away breakfast as I was leaving the hotel at 500am. Sorry, didnt get his name.The gym is perfect for this hotel, with new modern equipment. There is a good pool as well.My room was large, modern, well fitted and had nice views. The TV package needs an upgrade. 1 or 2 movie and sports channels would be a great improvement.Perfect stay, and as long as the price remains reasonable, I will visit again.More

My Wife and my I stayed for approximately 1 month at this Hotel in Dubai South, very close to Al Maktoum airport, where you can grab a bus for 2 dirham from there to Ibn Battuta Mall where it interconnects to multiples metro stations.They also have complimentary shuttle to Ibn Battuta for free so if you can stick to schedule this is greatThe hotel is beautiful it has a swimming pool, gym, restaurant and a relaxing area.The staff Members, Ramesh, Sylwia, Vikash and every single one of them were excellent. We felt right at home.For 3 days during the stay I was not well due to a cold, the restaurant staff Ramesh decided to make me honey. Lemon ginger drink until i was recovered.I would definitely be coming back.

Hotel and service are good, but there is nothing nearby. Not any shops and attractions. From the hotel there is no transfer to anywhere except the airport. Perhaps this is due to restrictions on the coronovirus. From the fact that I did not like this pool. I don’t want to sunbathe and swim when people are looking at you from the bar and restaurant ....

Nice hotel. Very close from AlMaktoum International Airport. They provide shuttle bus to the airport. Very friendly staff. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. The hotel has a decent swimming pool. The gym is very small ( I wish they can expand it and add more equipments). They have an ATM in one of the corridors. Nice cozy restaurants ( Nook).

Its a unique hotel... very clean and neat rooms. well behaved staff.. we stayed here for 6 days.....some issue we faced were like firstly its very very far from city and second is that all 6 days the breakfast was almost the same.. and not even single Indian items in menu.... its only continental.....

A unique hotel with modern decor and great design concepts. Exceptional customer experience with top service and attention to detail not spared. They have a great menu with a variety of delicious treats for all to enjoy. My personal favorite is the Steak - would definitely recommend. :)

I had a very nice time at this hotel. Its a hotel in a modern look with beautiful rooms and a good kitchen. Especially the service employees are doing a great job what made me feel really good. Special thanks and greetings to Elyaka and Ramash. It has to be mentioned that there are roadworks in front of the buildings. But I think they will be finished soon.All in all a nice place to stay. Great new spot! Had dinner with my friends few days back at Nook, love their burger and cheesecake! Yummy!!! Prices are super affordable, been there during happy hours, so we enjoyed few drinks as well. Team was just an amazing starting from the front desk, very helpful and friendly. 100% recommend to visit if you are near. :-)

Very comfortable, I loved it.I like the idea that everything you need is on one floor (gym, pool, restaurant, lobby etc.) The rooms are really comfort the internet is high speed and I was able to charge my electronics conveniently where I expected without having look for outlets. If Im ever in the DWC area again I know where to stay

Its so bad

I stayed at Aloft for their Birthday celebration. I was shocked at the state despite the really good reviews on the internet. Assumed it was new hence why the 8/10 reviews on top platforms. Safe to say my stay was poorly organized. 1)We were promised 1aed drinks unlimited for a selection of 18 but got limited to 2 drinks per person despite numerous advertisements stating unlimited drinks and from an apparent selection of 18 of which turned out to be 4. Apparently they ran out of drinks and decided to set out different parameters 2)we were told lunch finished at 3:30pm, we drove 40 kilometers only to be told that lunch finished at 2 pm when we arrived. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOTEL IS ACTUALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. ZOMATO, Uber eats and Careem eats don’t deliver here! We had to wait for hours for our next meal!!3) our next meal was a supposed 18aed buffet! Good deal right? WRONG. There were 4 dishes being served!! Despite an overwhelming amount of kitchen staffI had high hopes but was super disappointed. The staff despite all this misshappenings were very pleasant and honestly I don’t Blame them for this. I believe they are standing in as the placeholders for terrible management.

Beautifully decorated hotel perfectly adjacent to Dubai World Central and close to Dubai Parks and a Resorts. Brand new facilities and very well thought out. I will visit there again for sure!

Good hotel but located too far from dubai downtown(main town) almost 65-70kms. Room decor is good. Buffet breakfast have very less variety ,No indian menu and hardly any option for vegetarian. No transport service with hotel, still staff will help you arrange local RTA Cab. And there no other restaurant nearby hotel.

The hotel is ne franchise owners guess just had money to make , staff and management is missing. The recipionist is making bell boy to concerige to romm service. Great woman to do all. Other staff like ismail will give 145 reasons why mini bar is not there why the cant serve beer in dubai. Its nonsense any hotel u stay for this amount has 24 hour services. Cant rest because of construction noise. Looks like hotel in grave yard. Save ur money time energy and stay in place where its worth the money. Imagine the hotel doesnt have bell boy poor reciponist comes to oick ur luggage chivalry is dead. If you cal hotel in evening the phone will ring for hours and wont respond excuse is they were busy. I think in aviation center in this hotel not more than 10 guest where there so imagine how busy. Thats ugoiest veiw of Dubai never again.

This is a brand new hotel nearby Al Maktoum Intl Airport at 5 min distance. Rooms and fornitures are modern stile and agreable. Breakfast is from 5.30 to 10.30. There is just one restaurant inside giving a selection of few courses. It holds inside a pub serving draught and bottled beers. It has also a billard, a gym and a small confortable swimming pool area outside. Personnel is kind and always prompt to help
