One of the best three star hotel in Dubai. Has a good vegetarian restaurant at the hotel. People can access Al Ghurair Center where all the quick shopping done before packing to the Airport in Dubai. Easily accessible to the Dubai Airports. Has access to two metro stations namely Salah Al Din and Union where you can travel Dubai easily. Also easily available are bus stop access at Union Bus Stop where you can travel to any Emirates.

The front desk office staff are extremely polite and make arrangements for all tourist requirements including the famous desert safari and other attractions of Dubai.Their specialties as far as cuisine is concerned include Iranian, Continental and South Indian. Their bars serve all sorts of liquor and have a great variety to ambience of your choice. Utmost care has been taken in ensuring no inconvenience of any sort is caused to their inmates from the loud music in their bars.Located not far from the city limits, they have all possible amneties including the Metro station and large shopping malls to smaller eateries in the vicinity.All together an excellent experience with this hotel. Will visit again!

I was there at 2011. It was clean, but not the best 3 star hotel in the city.

There is a restaurant and a cafe inside. Average for a quick bite. QOS is average. Hotel is on the main road so its easily approachable..

Washrooms were not cleaned. management shall take care of cleanliness of the place which is very important to the places like hotels. However, place for drinks with reasonable prices.

Location is very good. but they allotted a room with very very bad smell. I felt vomiting to go into the room. i refuse to stay then they upgraded another better room with charging 100 AED. I didnt had the way in the midnight so accepted it. I never written any bad review to any hotel till now and ignored the small things but for this definitely, I will avoid to stay in this hotel again.

They charge you 20direham for EACH DRINK in the fridge! What a total rip off! Room was dirty there mould on the floor and was constantly noisey due to the nightclub downstairs. Had random calls in the middle of the night from girls asking for a massage? The hotel is definitely not 3 stars for its old and rundown condition. The only plus is it’s close to the metro. Not worth the price.

Hote staffs were friendly. Common area cleanliness is not bad. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom had a leak, changed rooms and they refused to give a second bed (we have 3 people) despite us asking the reception many times. When the bed came they said they didnt have enough blankets to give us. Rooms have dirty floors, loud music playing downstairs at night and lobby smells like smoke. Horrible service from staff. Dont waste your money here.

The most horrible hotel in the world. Stayed in room 202 between 31st dec 2018 till now, 3rd jan 2019 and had a hell like experience till yesterday night. They didnt clean the room from the time I checked in. Had to follow up from evening to late night and then they cleaned at midnight. Waters get logged in bathroom. There was no response after repeated complaint. Simply horrible experience. Travelled dozen of countries and stayed in numerous hotel but never had such irritating experience.

Claridge hotel near Union station is worthless. The people who sits in the reception acts like theyre the supreme boss. Someone teach them how to act nice. A word for familes- Please dont book here, youll be having the worst time of your life.I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay in claridge if they want to spend some quality time.

Room service was not good and some of the essentials, such as towels and toothpaste, were not provided correctly and on time.Our room had a water leakage problem, and the floor of the bathroom was constantly full of water, which was likely and increase slipping. In our room, the air conditioning switch also did not work properly. The hotel facilities are a bit old and some rooms may face similar problems.The room is full of small beetles and if you leave the food or the food in the room without a cover, be sure that the beetles will come to it.There is disco and nightclub inside and thats free for guests. If you stay in the first and second floors, it will sound and bug you until the early hours of the morning and may cause sleep disruption. The hotel also has a dry-cleaning and massage section.There is no problem in the vicinity of public transport stations and it is good. I believe this hotel is more suitable for singles than married.The hotels mini-bar, which is sometimes may not be available, is expensive, and each bottle of small mineral water is 6 AED. While in the supermarket across the street is 1 AED. At this hotel a very ordinary breakfast is served.The behavior of the personnel, except for few security forces, is not kind and warm and they dont care much. Once a day I requested for room cleaning service, but they didnt respond.Wi-Fi internet is free and will be available at the time of arrival.

Very bad hotel. Very old , with old furniture , bad smels , poor service , very poor and bad quality breakfast. Is good only for enjoy for single mens in many night clubs that included in hotel. Much noises until the morning . No for familys. I stay only 1 night and change hotel and when back in my country change and my traveller agent.

Its one of the best hotel in deira located in fish round about. 3 min walk from union metro station. Just near to Algurair mall. There we can find kerala restaurant with bar, dance bar north indian restaurant and many more. They provide good hotel rooms അത് affordable price on daily or monthly basis.

Worst Shisha experience ever- for one hour I am sitting in the hotel shisha bar and nobody changes charcoal or asks if I want to have something else. Poorest service

Will not recommend this hotel .The rooms are not even clean,when asked for a second bath towel (as we had two of them) they didnt give it.Even the kettle in the room wasnt working and the lamp in the room went off multiple times due to short circuit.We were there for 2 days and no one came to clean the rooms and even the bathroom is really disgusting .Not even going to give 1 star.

Value for money hotel inside old Dubai. If u are out to explore the deira & the naïf souk, this would be an ideal location to stay. Hv some nice restaurants too.
