The overall service was perfect.. Was feeling really happy to stay there.. the rooms were very silent.. If you start with a Food availability to the customer through a third part it will be better thats the only suggestion I feel personally..All the staffs are very professional..Al the best..Athira..

My cousin and her little daughter stayed in this hotel for around 40 days and I can say that was the best decision to choose Manor JA. The hotel is very clean, the ambitious is nice, the staffs were so helpful and kind. There is a bus station right in front of hotel , going to metro. Thank you all! You made it a safe and pleasant trip for a mother n a small toddler.💚

We ordered some Moroccan dishes from that restaurant in this hotel. Which was reasonable at the same time very exquisite. Chicken Tagine was undoubtedly nice with juicy sweet sauce. The experience was good enough for us to feel like visiting this hotel soon!

Absolutely loved my stay at The Manor JA. I stay at hotels a lot and I love exploring new concepts. Since I drive and work remotely this hotel proved to be a perfect combination of business and leisure for me.Strategically located near the Expo 2020 area, the hotel has an easy access in and out and is only 10 mins away from Marina. the rooms are pretty spacious and verb clean with modern amenities and fantastic housekeeping team always ready to help.It also has a pool on the rooftop with sun around the clock. Its F&B area is very spacious and well spaced out to keep the social distancing measures and team is incredibly accommodating. Overall a great experience and place to stay in Dubai.

Nice new property in Al Furjan. I was surprised that they are still having some construction at the entrance. The staff is not so friendly and seemed upset for some reason. When we parked at the entrance, we had to go and call someone to help with the bags and they were not so keen to offer help and was acting as if they are doing us a favor. Weird level of service for a hotel.

Hi,The experience was good to stayed in hotel but there is one concern which i want to bring in your management knowledge.Today early morning, my fiancé went to hotel to get check in and the receptionist who was present there he did not respect her as he was directly calling her with name without any respect which is not acceptable.its my advise to brief your recaptioned how to greet guest and call their names with respect.She was checked in today around 06:00hrs and the booking was under name Punam Purkoti.

Overall the experience was great, wonderful atmosphere very relaxing. Staff were amazing so nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and great. Breakfast timings are very reasonable. Great for gateway to be in quite place away from busy streets. You have so many options next to you. Will come back for sure

Good value for money. It is out of the way from central tourist spots and transport limited. Best of you have a car.Front office staff (specifically Hossam) I must say are very friendly and go out of the way to get you the best deal and make you comfortable.

Everything is beautiful and wifi is 200mbps.

The room was good however the customer service was VERY POOR. When I booked the room, I was asked to process the payment online. I did it twice and It did not go through so I called them and sent an email about it. They advised me to process the payment through bank transfer and I did (Payment completed and I sent the screenshot). Next day, they auto-deducted the amount again. I called them and explained, they said they haven’t received the payment yet that’s why their system debited the amount. Later on, they refunded me.When I arrived at the hotel on NYE, Dec.31, the receptionist told me that the address was wrong, I should be in JBR so I said please double check because that was the address on the confirmation email. Then they confirmed, the address was right and then they chased me for the payment again so I explained everything and paid the tourism fee of AED 15. I am very particular with the T and C and Customer Service because I am a Customer Service Manager myself. After all Its New Year, so I was very calm. They forgot to advised about the wifi password so I called them many times, No answer. I understand because It’s New year’s eve and I just went down from the 4th floor and they advised that there’s no password, well I don’t know because there are 3-4 different networks.Around 10:00PM a lady entered my room, she spoke with the staff outside and said there’s still a guest inside wherein It’s my room. Then the staff told me that their system is down and asked for my name. I was still polite although It’s stressing me out.I left the hotel at 11PM and came back at 5AM, another issue, my access card is not working. I suppose It was deactivated because another guest came in with the same access card. I went to the reception and the receptionist activated it and I asked, what happened? He said, I might have used another card. They never say SORRY for all the inconvenience. I was trying to be positive because It’s New Year but they’re working in the HOSPITALITY industry so they should know how to take care of their clients. It was the worst customer service ever that I have encountered. They need a proper Training.When I checked out the hotel, I was asked again to send the screenshot of the payment and I obliged and sent it via whatsapp.Today, January 3, they called me and chased for payment again. I told the guy to check with your bank because It was already deducted on my account. What else can I say? I was very professional and I kept my composure but they don’t know what are they doing. The whole process was so disappointing. I want to start my new year with positive energy however I think I needed to share this.

We really loved the place! Such a quiet place to get out of the buzz and relax. Staycation vibes on point. Cleanliness was great, the room was neat & clean. Toiletries were provided & I loved their shower gel 😻😻The service at the front desk from Mohammed Alaa during check out was so great. He was so friendly and kind. The girl at the restaurant Fasma was super generous and kind to us. Breakfast was served to us and she made sure we were very comfortable . The food was not that great though! We had the manor breakfast! It’s always the service that matters to us, and fasma and Mohammed made that we would definitely visit again for a staycation when v need a break from work.I would love to see both of them again in my next visit. Thank you guys for a lovely stay and keep up the great customer service skills.

Horrifying. We happened to see two buses of workers that got out and marched into the hotel during our stay.My friend was then threatened by the security manager to delete the video otherwise he would call police. The way he did it was literally blocking my friend (a small girl) from moving while holding his phone on the other hand dialing police number. The whole thing happened in dark and there was no face showing, only hundreds of workers marching into the hotel. We felt we witnessed a crime scene or something and could be killed anytime. Cancelled the hotel and ran away. Avoid it at all cost.

I was too much upset about your services, I called many times to request prayer mat no response and I called for iron board again no response. Then today we my kids go for breakfast they just requested cornflakes they are not served although they have waited for 45 minutes which really not accepted. Why I included breakfast prices in room rate while there is no value. Bad service

Well, where to start....Positives:+ Wifi (which is quite normal for 2020;))+ Modern design+ Parking facility+ Clean+ Friendly staffNegative:- difficult to find because the infrastructure around the hotel is basically a construction site (to be fair, that’s out of the hotels control)- restaurant has a very limited choice of food- taste was fine but nothing special- 2 or 3 English TV channels (News)- Breakfast, not worth the money- Kitchen exhaust fan is next to pool - very smelly- A small Glass of M&M’s was 30AED. That’s more than just expensive that’s greedy.Guys, don’t get me wrong, the hotel is fine and clean but nowhere near to what you would expect of a 4 star hotel.

Love the ambiance, full of light and airy open spaces, was really relaxing after a long flight. I was offered some ligh dates and traditional arabic coffee that was very much needed to alleviate the jet lag. The rooms were great for a business traveler such as myself and its locationan is very close to the metro to get into the city.
