Poorest customer care services I have ever experienced starting from the receptionist to the room services..I wouldnt recommend it to a friend..

A wonderful hotel located in Al baraha which offer good service you will feel and find it lovely friendly and luxury hotel in Dubai,you can easily reach every where becoz a bus stop near to it take 3 min to reach bus stop you can reach union metro,gold sok,naif raod, and any where else I think its a better choice for every one

Wow I must have been staying at a different hotel last year because the first night i arrived there where cockroachs in the room i immediatly asked for a change of room. The second room was ok but the bathroom was mouldy and the fridge was dirty and mouldy as well. Suffice to say one day a rat run in from the reception area to the managers office and the staff seemed remarkable calm about their lastest guest.
