The filipina receptionist is so rude, giving wrong information, and continuing to argue to the customer instead of giving sololution for her fault. This kind of attitude of receptionist should go back for customers service excellency training ... We lost our appetite for a breakfast.Since our check-in this lady keeping to wait the customer long time and not focused to the right details. Receptionist should be hospitable in all nationalities. Yesterday she also answer badly way to the African guy who is just asking if there is any available rooms the lady answer them in a badly way. This kind of receptionist will not be an assets of the company. Very bad experience 😞😞😞

The worst hotel i have been to ever!! Trust me i have seen bad hotels but this one outdid them. First time ever i saw cockroach in the room. The manager was so rude to the receptionist for just doing her job and yelling at her in front of the customers. Moreover the bathroom was disgusting. Carpet had stains,the room had hair!!!! Not clean at all. And if you pay by card extra charges, didnt know that. No toiletries. No bathroom slippers. Everything chargeable. It was a very bad experience. Wouldnt recommend at all. You can pay am extra few bucks and stay at aloft dubai which by the way is an awesome hotel

Very very absurd and disgusting approach from the hotel staff.stayed there for a night by mistake!!!!!!! while checking out staff came to me and ask towel is missing 🤬🤬.i mean seriously who will take those used dirty towels and for wat.worst part they charge me AED 100 for the towel.never ever again!

Great and affordable hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Srini, Nikita, Diane, and all others whose name I unfortunately forgot are great people. rooms are comfy and spaceous, the breakfast has a nice variation for good price. The shower has a loud noise when you open too much, but it doesnt take away from the overall experience. Its also near supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, super convenient overall.

Me and my partner stayed last December 9 and everything was great for the price. Service is great special thanks to the front desk and bellboy who, sadly, the names I forgot but I would remember them when I see their faces again.Anyhow, the room was fragrant and clean. The hotel still looks new.Two things we got disappointed about was, no parking space for the guests and that we had to park in public parking and pay; and there are no smoking rooms! But the reception was kind enough to give us tips, if you know what Im saying. ;)Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

We have been coming to this hotel countless times and the high quality of service and attention to details remains. The staffs are exceptionally helpful and cheerful especially Suresh who works at the front desk. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. And loved the fact that its a smoke free hotel.

One of the best hotel i have ever stayed in dxb.no doubt they know how to make there customers happy. Friendly staff with approchable attitude. Prices are very reasonable and they are following all the SOPs of covid 19 without any fail. One more thing which is very important is about the cleaning of hotel. I did not find any thing tidy everything was very good and clean so my highly recommendation to everyone to book this hotel. Even for food also you willget good variety of food outside the hotel as it is located at the main street of al muteena.

Me and my gf went on holiday to dubai for one night. I arrived at the hotel around 12:15 pm and both of us were satisfied over there. i spent 50 dollars, the rooms were lovely, very clean but there were not bathrobe and slipper. there.the other facilities are fine.There was a nepali restaurant nearby . my girlfriend ordered food the food was good .definitely look forward to coming there again soon.

It is very pleasant place with a lovely color in the room, ok breakfast buffet (limited one), still you can find not very clean bathrooms or molded walls and loud sound in some rooms.It is cheap option and the staff is very friendly.

Nice place but higher price

Staff is the only positive thing. They were helpful and professional.Other than that, its pretty bad. Dirty carpet and you get no rest or good sleep, between South Asians screaming every night and waking me up at 2/3 am and planes flying every 8 minutes. Many technical issues in the room that I had to call maintenance for. Also many light bulbs dont work, light very dim.No privacy as window looks straight into other buildings balcony which were close with people in it. I had to keep the curtains on at all times.The worst is that I found a pubic hair when I first got in the bathroom. Disgusting!

There was an awesome room and facility. No any kind of complain related to hotel.

We checked in on the 17th of August 2020 me and my wife. We had a problem in our home so we checked in for 6 days until the 23rd.1- The towels were very dirty we asked for replacements (they have replaced them).2- There was a cockroach in the bed the room service came and confirmed it.3- No sound proofing.4- Not for family.5- We were asked to pay extra when we requested for an indoor slipperthe only good things were1- The people in the reception/room service (specially room service) are really nice even before the cockroach2-Although we they have reimbursed our money in full we had no place to stay in the middle of the night.

It’s a 3 star hotel. Fairly new just opened about 2 months ago it seems.. But somehow smelled weird inside elevator and when you enter the room. Bathroom floor is not leveled according to drain hole location. Water keeps accumulating on the floor. There is no convex mirror near the sink. Basement Parking entry is from behind the building and the entrance and exit is narrow. Will be difficult for SUVs to turn in.Don’t know about their other facilities since We dint use them. We had breakfast outside. Lot of cheap restaurants nearby for a wholesome breakfast.

Their service isn’t very satisfactory taken the fact that this is a 3-star hotel. I’d rather recommend to take a look at the other hotels in the same pricing range instead of ending up in this place.

Nice new hotel smaller in size next to lot of good restaurants and 20 feet from Lulu super market. Staff was mostly friendly, I guy was bit rude. He was of Middle eastern decent and didnt under English much.

Unfortunately, reception desk and service desk theyre showing partiality and wrong Behaviour with nationality. May be Racism. That too, some Kerala Staffs are behaving and showing their Racism. Otherwise everything is fineMy allegation is some KERALA STAFFS.. SO. DONT EXPECT . SOMETHING...AND SOMETIMES...

However it is registered under a 3 star category hotel, but I will give a 4 star review to this property.Fresh, extremely clean with a very guest-friendly personal.I arrived too late but they were kind enough to smoothly check me in.Breakfast served in ground floor is not really the most inter-continental as one should expect but cleanliness is spotless.Very affordable for economic travellers who want to be pocket-friendly yet very close to Deira with its absolute tourist attractions.Its 10 minutes walk from the hotel into Abu Baker metro station which potentially takes you all over the city without extra or hidden costs.Rooms are spacious and well equipped with basic supplies which makes your stay enjoyable.Wish you more success and keep up the good work!🙏👍

Good affordable hotel

Excellent Stay, good Hotel with large rooms, neat and located in a place where everything is accessible to go around. friendly staff, we stayed here with the group of 45 for 6 days, the entire group members were happy and the breakfast options spread was less, chef was very friendly to extend his support to prepare our own taste of food. Managers Mr. Suhas and Mr. Kiran were very supportive and helpful. Not to miss Mr. Srini for his help and support to all the guest. Overall had a wonderful experience.
